What happened at this store they used to be helpful now u have a lazy guy sitting in a chair with a nasty attitude y'all need to get this store back in check I think his name was Bryan or Ryan pretty bad that I have to get his attention while he is on his phone then gets an attitude I'll just take my business elsewhere after dealing with him.

WOW! This is the BEST Auto zone store around! I needed help today and the people at Hatfield Auto Zone were not helpful. Jamo and Andrew at Souderton Auto Zone went above and beyond to help. THANK YOU! What a great place.

They were open They had my wiper blades I can see clearly now

Ian helped me find the right headlight replacement and installed it quickly. He is very professional and respectful. Highly recommend!

Chilie was such a both help when it came to the last minute battery replacement. She was patient and was able to get us in and out asap.

Closed before before 5 on a weekend, even though says 9. And employee’s excuse was family diner. This is why stores like this don’t stay open and go out of business

I really appreciate the help I received from Erick Edwin Zapata Gomez today. I was hesitant to spend more on a new battery, especially since my old one didn’t last long. But Erick took the time to explain the benefits of choosing a slightly more expensive battery—with a one-year warranty and strong cranking power. I’m so glad I listened. When I got home and pulled out my old battery, it turned out to be the cheap brand I was considering again. Thanks to Erick’s advice, I now have a reliable battery I can count on every morning. Highly recommend!

I had a terrifying thing happen today where my car conked out as I went to pull in to the lot today, I was half in on coming traffic and couldn’t budge it. A man from Auto zone I think named Justin came running out and helped me. These guys are wonderful.

At Souderton AutoZone, Drake and Trinity were amazing changing our dying CRV battery!!! Better than could have expected. Peace of mind for my wife to drive away. Still churning…

Stopped by to get my cars check engine light diagnosed and Drake was a big help! Scanned the code found it was the mass airflow sensor, Drake then got me the part I needed super quick and efficiently! Will be returning superb customer service ??

Whatever happened to customer service. I stopped in to the Souderton AutoZone to purchase a set of auto ramps. The young lady did not understand that request. Then she turned to a gentleman wearing a baseball cap and a Gray sweatshirt and asked him. he motioned towards the back of the store and said back there by the oil and antifreeze. I did find the one set that they had available. There was no price anywhere to be seen. I approached the gentleman wearing the baseball cap and gray sweatshirt that was behind the counter and asked him if they had any other others and if not, how much were the ones they had back there. He shook his head, no with a look of consternation and mount the words I don’t know. he did not even move to find out. so I just said never mind and left that store. And you can bet your last dollar I will never go in there again. And the strange thing is a couple of months ago. I actually applied for a job there. I guess I’m glad I didn’t get through the whole process because if those employees are gonna treat customers that way, I can only imagine how they would treat an employee that they felt was inferior to them.

Mark as well as his staff were helpful, detailed, and polite. We had an issue with a dead battery and he was thorough on troubleshooting the issue and warranty. We are making the Souderton Advanced Auto the only one we shop at from now on!

The Employees at Souderton Auto Zone are Awesome!!! They are not only courteous and knowledgeable they are kind and go above and beyond to help their Customers. Thank you so very much to this Autozone team in Souderton; I had a bad battery in my car and called before coming, They were very thorough in explaining next steps depending on the proximity of the battery in my vehicle. Would up purchasing from them after a jump of my car. Could not be happier with my experience. Very professional, empathetic and thorough. Top notch.

Mark was super helpful for me today. I was dealing with a bad battery. Mark tested it, answered my questions, explained the situation to me, explained the options for a replacement battery, changed out the battery, and made a recommendation to buy additional anti-corrosive discs to provide additional protection for the terminals of the new battery. He was friendly and did a great job!

So I have been here twice, once for a headlight bulb and once tonight for coolant. Both times I had different people wait on me but great experiences. They were so helpful and both times. I will definitely be coming back.

I was referred by my daughter she was right! The salesman Chuck explained everything that I needed to know before making any decisions to fix the problem...very professional and pleasant I believe an asset to Auto Zone. My goal that evening was to purchase brakes and rotors for my Mazda CX30. While I left the store without making a purchase that night, I was armed with information which led to a better informed decision. Later that week I made my purchase. Drake and Steve were great! No pressure, no condescending attitude, just great customer service. When I returned a few days later, I received friendly customer service with genuine smiles from other employees who worked there. Will definitely ship there again!

Ian waited on my daughter and I. It was a small purchase, but his customer service went above and beyond! I could not get her license plate attached to her newly purchased vehicle. Ian not only helped me with finding the proper piece I needed for the job, he even came out to assist me when I realized the tool I had was not the correct one! Customer service like this ensures I will return to this store and share with others that they should shop there as well!!

Worked with Chuck who was awesome, very personable and knew his products. He tested a battery that I brought in and hooked me up with an appropriate replacement. He also went over all of the warranty info with me, and educated me about how the batteries are built and how they can fail. A+

Just had two late night- close to store closing visits- while trying to piece together an exhaust on a car we needed to get back on the road, and cant say enough about how helpful and determined Chuck and Ian were with us, trying to make sure to find us the right parts we needed to make it work while they were getting ready to close. Can’t say enough about how nice and helpful they were, and what an asset they are to that store and Auto Zone. 10 stars plus ⭐️

Ian replaced my battery today. Since I walked in the store Ian greet me with me most friendly smile and with such great energetic attitude. He helped me to figure out if my battery was bad or my alternator, he was very knowledgeable and patient and he explained me what was wrong with my car. Employees like Ian make stressful situations much bearable and actually enjoyable! Thank you so much Ian for going above and beyond, EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE! :) if I need anything in the future I’ll surely be coming back here!

I went in to have my alternator and battery tested. They said I needed a new battery. I replaced my battery but that wasn’t the problem. 180$ on a battery I didn’t need. So since light was still on my dashboard I asked to have the alternator tested or use a multimeter through there loan a tool promotion and was told I had to purchase it. Not happy at all. Save your money and go to Napa
