I want to thank Michalak’s Auto Repair for the excellent work they have done on my car. My car has needed several repairs done. When I take my car to Michalak’s I know I can trust their work to be done right. When they recommend other repairs that will need to be fixed in the future they are not pushy just warning me ahead of time. Which I appreciate! Whenever I have a question they are always willing to answer my questions and to help me understand. Jarrod even took me into the garage while it was up on the lift and pointed out a problem I had. I very much appreciate the guys in the office, they are very friendly and so helpful. They always have a smile. I also appreciate that they offer a shuttle ride while my car is being fixed, they even come back for me when my car is done. I can’t say enough about them. I could keep going on. I highly recommend Michalak’s auto repair shop. Thank you guys! ?

It was my first visit there. A positive experience overall. Upon arriving, I was welcomed with a smile. I sensed a friendly, warm and positive atmosphere. All good! Took my car for inspection. Everything was done in a timely manner. TJ was very informative, helpful and knowledgeable, which made me feel at ease. Great communication! You went above and beyond. Not only was the service great that we contracted, but when we got the car back they went the extra mile and made sure we were safe correcting other needed work. Very impressed with not only the service but the care for superior work to take care of their customers like they were family.

I was provided EXCELLANT service on my tire replacement. I have talked to several residents here at Arbour Square and I'll need to stop by and get several of your business cards for them. I need a Car Inspection in April 2026, also a Oil & Filter change. Took two 4Runners for New Hampshire Oil Undercoating. We had an absolutely wonderful experience with the staff at Michalak's especially with TJ. I've called him at least 4 times with a ton of questions about the process and he was always super helpful and never got tired of my relentless questioning. The undercoating is not cheap hence I wanted to do proper due diligence before we went forward. For those who don't know New Hampshire Oil Undercoating (NHOU) is very special; it is nothing like what auto dealers put on locally. Plus Michalak's Auto Shop is the only place in Philly suburbs to offer it. Google NHOU. Anyhow, we had to drop off our cars for the day and were given loaners by TJ. He was nice enough to preheat the loaners too as he knew I was coming in the morning! How about that?! The undercoating took about half day and our cars were done by mid-afternoon. As advised by TJ the undercoating does drip a bit for couple weeks until it got really cold outside in December. We ended up placing cardboard under the trucks in the driveway to catch the drips. Rather throw out the cardboard than have to wash the driveway later. It is now January, about 2 months after the undercoating was placed. Not seeing any dripping at this point. Overall we highly recommend Michalak's and TJ specifically. Excellent service all around!

TJ squeezed me in for quick oil change and with their complimentary check found out my battery tested pretty low, so I got that done too at a very reasonable price!The pictures and details they send when discussing on the phone is a plus. If your looking for a great shop for auto work, give them a call!

I took my car to Michalak’s when I realized my inspection sticker had expired. They weren’t able to work on it that day but were gracious enough to give me a loner car for the weekend until they could inspect my car on Monday. My car passed inspection and they also pointed out some other areas that needed attention in the near future. The prices were reasonable, the workmanship great and the customer service was the friendliest and best we’ve had. We will continue to take our cars to Michalak’s!

Pro: Friendly service, comfortable waiting area. Con: Did not salt icy areas near office entrance. Promised 45 - 60 min waiting time, but it was more like 90 minutes. Expect to wait longer than their time estimate.

I'm happy to find a place that does rust prevention and undercoating. The price was reasonable for work that tends to be difficult and dirty. They provided an overview of what they were planning to do and a firm estimate. It appears they sprayed a healthy layer of NH oil in all the required spots. I'll be back for sure.

TJ and logan were great! Great place with fast service.Got my car inspected, which came with a very detailed inspection report that they went over with me.love how it has pictures to support issues. Can't beat the great prices too!

This was my first visit. I was looking for a place that had online booking, was local, reasonably priced. Michalak’s is not far from home and just down the road from my office. I was happily surprised by their service! I dropped my car off earlier in the morning, and while at work received a text link to a full report with photos and explanations for each concern, followed up by a phone call in case I had additional questions. I then received an estimate for each suggested repair via a link where I could check off accept of decline, see my total and check out online. I was then also able to arrange with the shop to pick up my car after hours, since they close at 5 and I work until 5. TJ, the person I communicated with throughout the day, was very kind, courteous, and informative. I will be returning to complete the suggested repairs from my inspection. Michalak’s provides everything you would want from a local shop.

Excellent service! Excellent advice and assistance. I just bought an antique Corvette (26 years old) with no historical service records (the previous owner did most of the service work himself and passed away). Michalak's gave the car a thorough checkout so that now I know where things stand. They took care of several issues right away and I'll certainly be going back to have them address remaining items. My first experience with Michalak's and I'm very satisfied.

I had a marvelous experience at Michalaks! They took my car in for a battery change the day I called ( holiday weekend) and kept me informed of the progress. They were done in a short time and the work was perfect

This place is amazing. After years of going to Firestone with my previous vehicle, I got a state vehicle inspection and rust prevention coating done here with my new vehicle. They don’t make you feel like one cog in a long assembly line like Firestone chains do. They’re always polite on calls, happy to discuss your questions or concerns, keep you in the loop, and offer very competitive prices for phenomenal service. I’ll be leaving the area soon but if I were living around here, this would be my one stop shop for all future vehicle maintenance. This is how car maintenance should feel! Low stress and high trust. I’ll be recommending to everyone I know!

Called these guys in a pinch when I realized I had to get my inspection completed in just a couple of days. They could have easily said no, but they found a way to fit me in. They were honest and up front about pricing and didn't try to upsell me or push unnecessary work like other shops I've tried. They did a phenomenal job of keeping me updated on my car, provided me a quote and diagnosis of an ongoing issue that other shops haven't managed to diagnose in the past. Overall, great company with an excellent staff that's invested in quality service and integrity.

I took my car in to the Souderton location for the first time for an oil change and had to have work done in order to pass inspection. I spoke with TJ who was very helpful and friendly. Before any work was done on my vehicle, I was sent a report of the diagnostics on my vehicle which actually showed me the areas that checked off well and the areas that may need some work. I liked actually being able to see this for myself. I agreed to complete the work that my vehicle needed. They took great care of my car and the work was finished same day within a few hours. I'm very happy with the service I received! I highly recommend Michalak's!

The experience you get from Michalak is first class service. I had a screw in my tire and within a few hours they were able to ship in a tire from a local shop and replace it. Their communication was better than any mechanic I’ve been to. They even texted me an update. They are very trustworthy and it’s nice to have a mechanic around with integrity.
