If you choose to purchase a truck from Bergey's, be sure you live and register it in PA. All out of state permeant registrations are handled by an out of state third party company ! The wait time for plates are two to three months !!!! I think the sales force should inform the consumer this prior to the purchase. In some instances, permeant registration are required for additional permitting and without it, the vehicle can sit in yard for three months ? Really ?

i would not recommend having your trucks serviced here over 2 weeks for a radiator replacement not 1 phone call regarding the truck that was in for service this is a 24/7 shop someone should look at their values in the service department very unsettling to say the least feel free to reach out to me

They didn't treat me badly but charged me 389.87 for a 3-way hose, which I saw at Pilot for 167 only, I would understand a $100 more but 200 plus !!!..... I wish the day I rip off someone WHICH I WOULD NEVER EVER DO !!! They will b kind to me and give me 2 starts

Whoever is driving your company utility truck through Asbury, NJ is a fool. Blew past me on the right at an intersection, passed a school van (that was doing the speed limit) on Asbury Anderson, and then proceeded to go well above the speed limit until catching up to another car. Really professional. If you’re going to drive like a fool at least make sure your business name isn’t plastered on the side. ***update 05/13 as the employee clearly didn’t take the concern seriously. On my way to work today THE SAME UTILITY BODY FLIES UP DOING OVER THE SPEED LIMIT ON ASBURY ANDERSON!!!! And then once we got to 78 BLASTED up the left lane. Really bad look for your business.

You may be “experts in your field as you claim.” However, customer service and how you treat people you need to work on. Mike, was rude, unprofessional and his behavior unacceptable. We are very disappointed in Bergey’s after being customers for years. I suggest you watch your security cameras for proof- again we are disgusted. Oh, and our truck was never fixed.

do not recommend $300 and a 4 day wait for an alignment on a 1/2 ton truck, no communication what so ever and when I asked them about it the service manager just shrugged.

Broke down and needed repairs. I personally dealed with Mike and Joe. Higher than expected customer service. Very easy to deal with. Straightforward and to the point will definitely return.

The company I manage fleet maintenance for had a commercial box truck with a broken glow plug. I was told by this company that it was more complicated and beyond what they could do and I was told it would be best to send it to the dealership. I sent the truck to the dealership after waiting 2 weeks for an available appt. I was told they were not able to remove it and sent me a $10,000 estimate. I did not agree with it and my contact at my other shop did not agree with it either and recommended I call Bergey's and see what they could do. I spoke to Randy, I believe, who informed me that they were more than able to get it out and that they have a guy that comes to the shop to specifically remove these and that he could save me alot of money. They had availability as soon as the next day but I pushed it out 2 days to coordinate picking up the truck at the dealership and driving approx an hour or more away to drop off at Bergey's. I got a call at 10:37am the day of the scheduled appt that the truck was done and ready for pick up. The invoice for the job came to just under $1,000. I had a smooth painless transaction and they saved the company $9,000. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

Excellent service I understand that cost is going up but many businesses need to go for job cost instead of hourly charge. But they had me in and out. Brake chamber work replace brake pad and replace hub seal. Highly recommend plus you can eat at local restaurants within walking distance.

Took my truck in for repair. Was presented with an estimate of $12,000 to fix it. I explained that being in the trade show business we have had no revenue for a year and $12,000 was certainly unexpected. The attitude was sorry there is nothing we can do for you. Then had my truck towed to another shop and was told half of the repairs Bergeys had estimated weren't needed. Also the Bergey technicians when taking the truck apart to do the diagnostics broke two very expensive parts. I had to pay $700 just for the diagnosis which was inflated with unnecessary parts. Terrible service and uncaring attitudes! Beware business owners of trucks.

They took care of my truck as if I was coming there on the regular. I picked up a part from one of their facility in NJ, brung it there. They put it on with a one year warranty. And plus they checked out codes on my truck which was something simple to do, and they fixed that issue as well. Great job Bergey's maintenance team. Im a very happy customer.

Broke down on the last stretch of my already late delivery run. After losing my clutch, the wrecker was with me in less than 25 minutes. The driver was very knowledgeable, prompt, and after Ali breakdown very warm easy to talk to. Staff at the dealership although did not have the part to fix my vehicle hook me up water and food and drinks I love being very kind and understanding while I waited for my ride. I was an hour and a half away from home and had no idea about the area and they all made me feel a little bit better. Thank you

pretty bad business in general. make sure you do not use the gas pumps or car wash and don't expect a receipt or anything.also, the dealer in Horsham prices cars way way way better than these guys. do nobuy a used car here unless you want to get ripped off

Yesterday was my 2nd time visiting this shop. My battery light was on. The service mgr was preoccupied when I walked up to his office door as soon I began to speak he pointed me to service desk. 1st I thought was rude. Its how you do things. 2nd I walked up to tell him to go ahead replace 2 batteries I new was probably bad. Same response. Nobody came out to tell me anything so I questioned what was going on. Met with the a pessimist who insulted my intelligence. 2hours to replace 2 batteries. I get ready to leave battery light still on they said it was cluster. I get down the road low voltage on. Now I'm broke down again. Really too much to put on here.

They were able to quickly replace my rusted brake line after I noticed my pedal went straight to the floor. I'm so grateful they were able to make the repair in such a short time despite the fact that they were booking customers a week out.

Their service department is supposedly work 24 hours they constantly push back with the promised time. Left our truck for a week with possible clutch issue promised would be taken in within day or two. 6 days later we are STILL waiting... Frustrating! Update 15 days passed by yet the same truck is still allegedly being worked on! Unbelievable!... Update. After Bergeys team replied to our rating we called Greg (again) and could not get a hold of him. Even the service department is dodging our phone calls. Its has been 28 days!!!

Glenda was awesome. No pressure but there to answer questions and knowledgeable about their inventory. She even recommended a few trucks that were a better fit for me than what I had originally picked. Thanks!

Great and friendly used car dealership. I traded in my old Jeep Wrangler and the salesman, Jeff was a super nice guy. When I asked about a SUV with good gas mileage he actually recommended me a car they didn't have on the lot and didn't try to force me into a car he was trying to sell me. Jeff made the buying process really easy and there was no pressure at all from him or any of the other staff. The car I purchased had a torn leather seat, and they fixed that free of charge before I drove it away. I also reported a cracked side mirror housing which they repaired free of charge and gave me a courtesy car for the day with no questions asked. I used to hate buying cars, but Bergey's changed all that. Great family run business to deal with and I will definitely be using them again in the future.

Not your typical dealership. This family friendly dealership makes car buying stress free. We just purchased a GMC Terrain here and the process was so smooth thanks to John Rider and his team. I sent an email requesting a quote, which John promptly replied to. I spoke with him on the phone and he set up all the financing with the business manager. By the end of the day we were driving home in our new vehicle. I would highly recommend Bergey's and make sure to ask for John Rider. This was the easiest car buying experience I've ever had.

I found a car online that I wanted to look at - coming from an hour away. Scott held the car for me, and then spent a significant amount of time going over the details of the vehicle and explaining the care that Bergey's takes in preparing pre-owned vehicles for sale. Zero pressure, and zero games.

Brought a 12 GMC Terrain, did just about everything online and spoke with Scott De Ment, who assured me that everything was taken care of. I went there the following day and was taken care of by Glenda, though busy she was very attentive to our needs and even made sure my phone was programed to the suv. Even Derrick who handled my paperwork at the main office was nice. While I've bought a few cars in my life this is one of the best dealership I've dealt with. It was a pleasure buying my car from them. Thanks Scott, Derrick and especially Glenda.

Very pleased with the service. Online appointment system did not appear to work. The Facility is very spread out; had some difficulty finding service department which was separated from the showroom. Signage could be improved. Just moved to this area from Defiance Ohio and was used to a different procedure. Took the time to go to the showroom to look at a Buick and another GMC. Mr. Rittenhouse was very helpful. Will probably trade in my 10 year old Envoy for a new GM product this Spring. Will continue to use Bergey's for service.
