I purchased a new GMC Sierra from Bergey’s. I appreciated the work that Dave Rittenhouse put into the new truck transaction. He was fair, honest, and accommodating. I would definitely buy from him again!

Walter McGinty was a great salesman to work with. Wouldn't have asked for a better salesman. If you go please ask for him. Laugh the whole time we were testing vehicles. Sales process was quick. Id go there again.

My visit to the dealership for my oil change was a very good experience. Everyone was kind and greeted me with respect. The service waiting area was clean and comfortable and my vehicle was serviced promptly with very little wait time.

Extremly easy buying experians. I called and spoke with Walter McGinty who was very knowledgable and professional. In reference to the vehichle I was interested in. The staff was very friendly through the entire purchasing process. The process was essentially seemless with very little time spent at a desk. All pre-purchase logistical requirments were verbalized to ensure myself and Bergy's interest were meet. Dropped off my 24' GMC Canyon to get a few things checked on and couldn't be more impressed with the service team at Bergeys. Good communication and people who actually provide solutions. Highly recommend working with GMC Bergeys if you have a GMC/Buick or or looking at buying one.

12/30/25 was my first ever appointment at Bergey GMC for my 2025 Yukon Denali. Everything about the experience was awesome. For my BMW & Toyota vehicles service at dealerships there have been some good & bad experiences, so I was a little concerned about this visit. From the very beginning of making the appointment to checking out, the appointment & service people were absolutely amazing. I am looking forward to many more great experiences at Bergey GMC.

I brought my vehicle (chevy) in for a recall on the engine. I began having issues with propulsion immediately after the appointment but waited a week or two to see if it was related to the oil change they did. I called to explain the issue and that it was a safety issue when it would just lose propulsion when driving and that I was almost rear ended several times. The best they said they could do was make another appointment which would be 3 weeks out. Same day I had someone look at it and without even having to open the hood, they knew it sounded like the main bearing had dropped, which was a known issue with my car. I called the dealership where I purchased it, also owned by same family, and they were LIVID that the dealership that did the recall didn't find this urgent. Chevy told me to bring the car in immediately and they'd give me a loaner since there was no way that I should be driving it.

Over the summer I bought a used Subaru from them. Seemed all good on the road test but when I drove it home the breaks were squeaking and at higher speeds I felt a slight shake. They had just inspected it and said it was good to go. I brought it back in and they said my breaks were metal breaks, not ceramic and the metal is more likely to squeak but there was nothing wrong with the breaks. They did an alignment for me for the shaking. So I left with squeaky breaks and a car that was a little better at high speeds but still shook. I spent my budget so I waited to look into anything until I needed an oil change. I had to replace two of the tires to fix the shaking and didn’t have enough money left to figure out the squeaking but did get my break fluid flushed because it was “puke green”. The car is a 2019 so not new but not super old. I knew I would have to put some money into it at some point but buying it from Bergeys gave me some peace of mind because they have a good reputation and my dad has been buying cars from them for a while. But I would not get a car from them again. The whole process was disappointing.

We had a great experience working with Jeriah at Bergey’s Ram. This was the second truck we’ve purchased from him, and he continues to be excellent to work with. Jeriah took great care of us, made the process easy, and kept everything straightforward and no-pressure from start to finish. The truck is amazing, and Bergey’s is a great place to buy a vehicle.

I recently purchased a Buick Enclave and I love it. The sales rep Jeff was so nice and very helpful as well as the rest of the staff. They made my husband and I feel welcomed and very comfortable. The experience was great and fast. I will come back to see them if I ever need to purchase again on the future.

This was our second experience at this specific dealership, but we are faithful "Bergey's" customers. We purchased a 2024 Enclave for my wife almost 2 years ago. She hit a deer in Canada the end of November and her car was written off. Thankful the Enclave kept her safe going 75 mph, hitting a 200-300 pound animal. Tim was our salesman and he did a phenomenal job. Tim was impressive with his knowledge of the Enclave, the differences between it and comparable makes of cars. He was not pushy, he did not demean any other makes of cars, he simply gave facts and responded to our questions. He allowed us to come to our own conclusions, but with his knowledge and the reality that the Buick kept my wife safe in what could have been a life altering accident, he had us quickly sold to invest in quality. Tom and Kevin helped to wrap up the deal, and find the best warranty and financing for us. It was absolutely seamless and we didn't feel like we were being pushed out of our comfort zones. They heard our lifestyle and did not push us into anything we wouldn't need. There are many cars and options on the market but having a dealership that overflows with character and integrity in this day and age is worth its weight in gold. We knew we were in excellent hands, and look forward to the next chapter of our lives with this car. Thank you Bergey's Buick for being a car dealership that is truly driven to serve.

Went there to look at a truck I saw on the website. I called and scheduled a test drive, and purchased the truck that day. The staff was great, customer service was on point. I legit drive 20 minutes there just to use it!
