Had a dead battery and AAA sent them. Before he installed a new battery he showed me mine was still under warranty with dealer. I went ahead and purchased anyway. Love the honesty and integrity.
Jack Nolan’s towing and auto repair helped me out when my car was towed there by AAA. Jack had my car fixed within a few hours. Everyone I spoke to was kind, friendly, and helpful. I’m so grateful that AAA suggested them.
OMG where do I start? I needed a jump thru my AAA. Nolan garage was chosen because of how close they are. I understand this is a family business. When this woman called me, she was RUDE the entire time. She constantly tried to interrupted while I was talking and because I pointed it out, she said I WAS BEING RUDE. So it was rude of me to correctly inform her that SHE is being rude. Then she said she had to ask certain questions, I never indicated that I had a problem with any of her questions. What she said made no sense and I will show you that NOW. I purchased a battery from AAA less than a year ago. She told me that I should have the paperwork for that because SHE tells everyone to keep the paperwork in the car. I did not do that and for very good reason. She never told me this because I never spoke to her in the past. Then she CHANGES her story and says the DRIVER tells people this. So I correctly point out that "you said that you tell everyone, and I never spoke to you before," Well this really set her off. She started YELLING at me and i am NOT exaggerating. YELLING at me RAISING HER VOICE AND SOUNDING ANGRY as I calmly pointed out that she was yelling at me and currently being rude herself. SHE THEN HUNG UP THE PHONE ON ME..........A CUSTOMER. I called back, still remaining calm because no matter what, I conduct business in a professional manner because that's how you get things done. She continually told me hold rude I was being, I guess when I told her that she kept interrupting me while I was trying to enlighten her with my points. No logic whatsoever, but I guess you can expect that from a woman that conducts business in this manner with a customer. Highly unprofessional. No customer should be treated with such indignity as this woman provided over the phone from her family owned business. I guess because It's family owned, she thinks it's ok to treat and talk to people and kind of way. Well my complaint says that it's not ok. I can't help but notice that there are many complaints about this company. And I now see a pattern so no, It's not just me.......................Well it's now days later and I see the LIES in the reply by Mrs Nolan. As I continued that day with AAA, they told me that several complaints about the Nolan business were conveyed to them by other drivers. To all customers and potential customers, let me bring to your attention, the undeniable numerous complaints about Nolan's garage, not just by me, but many other customers as well. These Nolan complaints are verifiable because they are right here. As far as the LIES told by Mrs Nolan, good luck in finding any complaints about me in the hands of AAA because they don't exist. I love verifiable facts, don't you?
Again to potential customers. All you have to do is look at ALL the complaints that customers took the time to try to warn you with about this operation. Mrs Nolan was so rude that she hung up on me TWICE. And nothing I said is slanderous when I have the calls recorded. She is incredibly and obscenely rude on the phone and she never wants to let you talk. You can be in the middle of a sentence and she will start talking right over you. I don't waste my resources on businesses with rude behavior and practices. 1/16/25 today. I wanted to point out that this woman is a bold faced liar and I have proof of that. I copied and will paste below, her saying that AAA told her about a file on me as a problem customer to multiple garages. I copied it because if I didn't, she would probably edit or erase it. You KNOW that AAA NEVER tells garages about a customer THAT PAYS THEM being a problem customer. THAT NEVER HAPPENS AND IS NOT A THING. And now you all have PROOF that this woman is a LIAR. Here comes her lies from above before she can edit or erase it...........................WOW - this is just the opposite - I was very nice to you from the beginning as I always am professional.
AAA has notes in your file from previous issues you had with other calls from different garages that I found out after our phone conversation.
These guys are the BEST for inspection, oil change and routine maintenance.
This is the third time I’ve been here and every-time they’ve been more than honest about any issues with my vehicle and very reasonable on cost!
From the front desk to the mechanics, these guys are awesome!

Had my truck towed to a shop. The amateur driver cracked my oil pan. When I called them about it they said it was already like that. I have videos of all the oil leaking out of the truck onto the flatbed. Do not waste your time with this place. Replying to your reply, it was you. Mari al auto body to caliber collision.
Left us stranded told us be here at 725 no show had to find a different tow truck company called multiple times and no answer recommend do not use them
Driver almost killed at least 5 drivers including my family. Switches lane way too fast without looking and tailgates everyone so they move out of his way. Hurts more people than they help. If you see this truck: please be careful.
So my car broke down and I needed a tow. AAA posted my service request at 9 and the tow driver was there by 9:20 Pm. He had me call my wife to come and give me a ride since I "can't ride in the truck" even though AAA said I should have been able to. He proceeded to tell me his shift was almost over and that he didn't think he could take it because he had work at 3:30 am as if it was my fault or problem he accepted my service request... he tells me he can't take it and he'll call the other truck who is less than 5 miles away from my location. So my wife and 8 week old baby are now waiting with me (it's about 9:45-10 pm). I wait another 40 minutes with no update or help. I finally call AAA to find out what's going on. They tell me that you dropped my service request because now, somehow, I'm "out of their service range". I waited until 11:20 until AAA could find another tow company cause Jack Nolan's not responding and just canceled my request. This is an outrage and unacceptable. I was stranded for over theee hours with my wife and 8 week old baby in the car. Btw the other company that finally helped me was ACTUALLY out of my service range and where the ones that helped when you guys just left me hanging. Disgusting and disappointing to say the VERY least. You don't even deserve one star.
Absolute garbage. One of your employees doesn't like to finish his shift, and also doesn't like to pass on the word that someone else will need to pick it up. Waited for two hours because someone's shift was almost over. Lazy and unprofessional is an understatement. Whoever left us out there should be fired, 100%.
Needed my truck towed, so I sent out a request at 6:15pm to (AAA). A driver from Jack Nolans was sent out with an ETA of 7:05pm. Sat and waited till 8:15pm! An hour late is unacceptable. I then called the driver and canceled. Said he was servicing a repeat customers vehicle and that the customer offered him a bowl of soup, and wouldn't take no for an answer..... don't make excuses for not being on time. Not happy with the service provided.... when you are already late you don't take a bowl of soup.
Timing belt started to shredded self pulled into the gas station not knowing what it was and he came out and asked what’s wrong I told him about it and fix it three days for decent price.
So pleased with my experiences- two to date! A couple months back, I locked myself out of my minivan 🙄 and in less than 30 minutes I was back in and on my way to work! Most recently, my power steering pump (and some other things) gave up and I needed to be towed from my sons school to a local garage for work. Gwen, who was setting things up and taking my info, was absolutely amazing; calling to check on me, dealing w AAA, etc. I’m new to the area and being treated so kindly while dealing w a big, expensive problem was really comforting.
Very timely, respectful, knowledgeable and reasonably priced. I requested battery replacement on my car which was parked in my driveway (because battery was dead) and Jack was prompt in his services.
Today was my 5 year wedding anniversary. My car broke down. I managed to make it to Jack's. They really saved my anniversary. The young mechanic there definitely fit me in to just help! Don't see a lot of that kinda help these days. Thank you so much Jack Nolan's Towing and apparently more!
I have just moved to PA from out of state, and was unfamiliar with the PA three steps process of having to get a driver’s license from DMV, then registration and plates from the private tag shop, then vehicle inspections. I was at this final stage where I was given 10 days to get the car inspected or running the risk of driving a vehicle without inspection. I was lucky to have found Jack Nolan, who was extremely understanding and helpful in helping me to get to the finishing line with the vehicle inspection. Gwen was extremely friendly and accommodative, especially during this COVID-19 situation, and has given thorough instructions on contactless transfer of vehicle to keep everyone safe. Both Jack and Gwen are honest and straight forward and are trust-worthy (which is important for an auto shop). Price was fair and work was done right and vehicle was kept clean after returning to me. I am so grateful to them and am absolutely happy to have found a local family-run business that I can go back to and support and trust.
Great family owned business. Jake did an awesome job replacing the entire suspension on my 1970 Chevy Nova as well as a few other odds and ends that needed to be done. I won’t take the car anywhere else
The staff is amazing! The receptionist was really sweet and claimed me down, not to mention the best tow truck driver, Cody :D. Really good people. Recommend them everytime!!!!
Never used their service but one of their drivers just almost ran us off the road. They looked like they were texting while driving and came completely over into our lane. We tried calling the office but got no answer.
My son had his car towed to Nolans because it was overheating. They claimed that it was the water pump which they replaced for $600+. Unfortunately they never checked the thermostat. When he picked up the vehicle, he was assured they drove it and let it warm up. Vehicle overheated after leaving causing the head to warp. The dealer was shocked that someone would not check/replace the thermostat. Nolan promised to pay the cost of replacing the thermostat which he then decided not to do. Cost $2000 to repair the head. Don't use this repair station.
Great people, could have ripped me off because I messed up a simple kill switch and he just checked and found my mistake and only charged me $42 for the time spent.

They get no stars..i HAD TO GIVE THEM 1 STAR SO I COULD POST..Poor service. would never recommend . ,MAKE THIS YOUR LAST OPTION..I WAITED 6 HRS FOR MY CAR..NO CALLS.. NO COURTESY..I HAD TO CALL 4 TIMES AND HERE THE SAME LIE..THEN DRIVER TAKES OFF TO AVOID ME AT DESTINATION AND DECIDES TO LOCK MY DOORS AND PUT MY KEY IN DROP BOX AFTER I ASKED NOT TO BECAUSE I NEEDED ITEMS FOR WORK..WORST EVER..JACK Nolans how about an apology..who care about the $39 i saved on free tow.If cant do your job let another creditable tow service take the call..
