My morning did not go as planned, unexpected dead battery. I called Autozone and they had the battery I needed in stock. Within ten minutes Greyson was waiting outside the store ready to diagnose and replace my battery. I shopped for products while I waited and they even brought them to my car for me after purchase. Customer service is not lost at this location. It's the little things that make a difference and I fully experienced that with all three gentleman in the store.
Went in for windshield wipers and had no idea what to choose. Jim and Myles were so helpful. They helped me choose, put them on and filled up the windshield fluid tank. All in 15 minutes! Very much appreciated!
Not sure why auto part stores are hiring people that have no clue or any sort of knowledge about cars. The process is so complicated and even after telling them the part number they question you if that’s the part you need? Like obviously that’s why I’m telling you I need that specific part! Not to mention I went in the one time and this worker pretty much followed me around the whole place just stalking me. I guess he thought I was going to steal something ? Ridiculous, he tried to “organize” stuff that was already placed correctly in its place. I Walked around the store just to confirm what I was suspecting and sure enough every time I looked behind me there he was. Very uncomfortable to shop here.
Kind, helpful gentleman helped me find one of the last gift cards I desperately needed to finish my holiday shopping, and made friendly conversation during the transaction.
I had an issue this morning with my car, stopped in to have it looked at and Axel was super helpful and kind! I really appreciated how he spoke with me and how fast he was able to help me!!
Car had problem starting . Battery almost 5 years old so stopped at Autozone / Pep Boys in Collegeville and within the hour they had new battery installed and had me on my way. Efficient service. Good job. Hopefully that will fix start up problem. Good job.
