Honest, reliable and trustworthy! My husband bought his 2015 Ram 1500 used about 7 months ago and has done a few upgrades since all at B&M. The truck looks incredible, we now go to them for everything from routine maintenance to major repairs. They truly treat everyone like family. We recently moved and we still travel an hour for their services!
About 2 years ago, I stopped into the shop and started talking with Ben about putting a lift kit on my Jeep. This was my first time doing something like this, and I told him I wanted it to drive just as good — if not better — than new. At the time, I wasn’t doing much off-roading, so he recommended what I’d call the perfect “weekend warrior” setup.
Ben took the time to work with both my wife and me, explaining everything that would be required and answering all of our questions honestly and thoroughly. We never felt pressured into spending more money than necessary, and he made sure we understood all of our options before moving forward.
The entire experience was great from start to finish. Since then, I’ve trusted them with all of my vehicles and regularly recommend the shop to anyone looking for honest, trustworthy people who truly look out for their customers’ best interests.
No matter what I bring over, it always leaves better than when it arrived — whether it’s my RAM 2500 with the Banks Monster Ram intake, my father-in-law’s VW Alltrack, or my Jeep. I always leave happy.
As for my Jeep, as things break or wear out over time, I know it will be fixed the right way. It’s refreshing working with someone who is knowledgeable, honest, and completely no-pressure. That kind of service is hard to find these days.
Ben and Mike are rockstars. It's hard to find honest, dependable and fair help these days, but these guys hit all three.
Every single time I've been in an "automotive maintenance" jam, they have bailed me out and put me back on the road ASAP. This is the shop I'd send my wife, daughter, mom, and grandma to without a hesitation. 5 stars is not enough.
I started going to B&M years ago based on a referral from a friend, and I'm so glad I did. Prices are fair and reasonable, and the overall experience can't be beat. Would highly recommend to all my family and friends.
If I could give 10 stars I would. Ben and Mike are nothing but absolutely the best of the best. They fix it right the first time, every time. They get you your vehicle back quickly and they don’t ever try and upsell you on things you don’t need. They treat every customer like family and are truly an honest shop. Can’t recommend them enough, I won’t go anywhere else: customer for life.
Drove 2 hours to have this shop do some work based on a recommendation and they did not disappoint! My jeep is built for hard wheeling and after their alignment, it made the 2 hour drive home feel like I was in a new jeep! I highly recommend this shop if you have a Jeep with modified steering and adjustable control arms!

Ben provided excellent service. I contacted him over the weekend through Facebook regarding mounting a set of tires on my TIS 20x10 wheels. He was consistently responsive and helpful throughout our conversations. When I had an unexpected opening in my schedule, Ben was able to accommodate me on short notice.
The team mounted 35x12.5 Nitto Ridge Grapplers and installed the GM TPMS sensors I brought with me. The entire experience was smooth and professional, and I would not hesitate to return or to recommend their services to friends.
