Now I know why these guys have 5-star reviews! My Honda Pilot was making a squeaky noise for over a year, and the local dealership couldn't figure it out.
I took the car to these guys, and they were able to fix the problem! It took a few tries, but they were incredibly persistent and found the issue. They even let me take the car for a few days to make sure the noise was gone, and I didn't pay for the service until I was completely happy. I'm so glad the noise is gone!
A big shoutout to Rick, Bryant, and Rickie for finding and fixing the issue, and for providing great customer service. I will be getting all my vehicles serviced by them in the future.

If you own a car and it needs service you must go see Rick and his family. Yes it is a family run business. They are very honest. If something can wait they will tell you. If a repair is needed they give you options ( if there are any ). If there is only one option for a repair or any repair they do you can be assured it is done well and complete. Like I said if you have a car you need to make friends with this team
Called them 8am the Friday before Memorial Day because my alternator crapped out on me in my 2013 Acura Rdx. The guys were able to get my alternate replaced the same day on short notice for a fair price. Highly reccomend this place!
You will never find a better place for your vehicle than Righter Automotive. Scheduling can be tricky - but if you want the best, you have to get in line - there’s a reason they schedule so far out. Their accommodations for emergencies or dire repairs goes above and beyond in those situations. Always pleasant, always accommodating, they really treat you like family.
Absolutely the best mechanic I have ever dealt with. Rick (and his son Ricky) are the kind of mechanics who, when you bring in your car for a routine brake job, tell you it's not time yet, and come back in six months. There are never any surprises with bills, either--they let you know in advance and along the way what to expect. We've been going to Rick's for over 30 years, and are almost despondent upon realizing that when we move out of the area soon, we will not be able to take our cars there.
My car was slow to start over a weekend. I called the shop on Monday morning and she told me to bring the car right over. Rick and his team replaced the battery on the spot. I have been going there for years and fully trust their work! Thank you!!
I was too ambitious to try break actuator repair by myself on my 2010 Toyota Prius. After the replacement, I kept getting error messages in the bleeding procedure. I understand that other places often refuse working on this type of work as customers could make messes in unknown area but they kindly accepted the work. After several times of attempts, they were able to repair the bleeding error issue. Very honest, reliable and friendly people. Finally, I found a place that I can stick to.
Honest, responsive, and knowledgeable mechanic. Took my vehicle here for the first time recently when I couldn't figure out why my 2015 volvo s60 was burning oil. Rick gave my dad and I a clear explanation on what he found and even recommended that we not dump a lot of money into attempting to repair the issue. I plan to only use this mechanic going forward. It's impossible to find honest and affordable servicing these days, but they are both. Thank you to Rick and his team.

Visit this place recently initially after seeing so many 5 start views. I was doubtful. Rick took care both of my car with reasonable charges. Rick is extremely humble person. I wish I would have find him earlier.

Rick may be a bit more expensive for your run of the mill services, but he makes it up by being an honest straight shooter who will give you an honest diagnostics. He actually told me not to do some repairs as they are not cost effective for what the car is worth as it is not a real safety issue. That is after he spent time diagnosing the issues. That is an honest mechanic. I will gladly pay him more to support his business as we could use more honest mechanics.
Very friendly family owned. Best part, they are honest. They were recommended by my old mechanic that retired. We’re moving out-of-state and the owner offered to help us if we go to a new mechanic and need a 2nd opinion. He said to call him anytime!!!

My car was on its last legs and died over the weekend while I was visiting the area. I had to drop it off with no notice on a Sunday morning, simply leaving my keys and an explanation. There was nothing to be fixed (needed an engine replacement) but Rick was kind enough to go through three reasonably priced options for me. I opted to simply junk the old car, and his wife was kind enough to ask around to find the best price I would get for its parts. I don't live in the area anymore, but I definitely recommend this mechanic to anyone who does! Great customer service and very accommodating.
Great group of personable guys from top to bottom. Rick took great care of me and even took time out of his crowded schedule to take a detailed look & drive with my newly purchased truck with me to confirm it was a good buy.
I'm positive Rick and his guys are great with all vehicles, but I can personally attest that if you have a GM truck, Rick is the guy to go to. He'll give you a great price and do great work. He's busy, as any good mechanic should be, but he's well worth the wait.
