Do not buy from. Bought a hydraulic pump was clearly defective and leaked out the front seal. Got a little scratched installing and accused us of taking internal parts out. Ridiculous. Bought many parts from them in the past never again. On top of all that the parts guy gives my 20 year old son a hard time and says to send me up so he can argue with me. Not very professional on that end.

So I sent in a Box truck to get the lift gate repaired because the hydraulic fluid was leaking. I took the truck in Monday and didn't hear back from them until Friday Saying how the truck is fixed and the total comes out to $287 for half a gallon of hydraulic fluid. And it took 2 hours? So they didn't call us to tell us how much it would be or what the problem even was and after picking Up the truck I realize that it still leaks. And when I took it back and discussed how much it would cost because I want to look around for the best price Clint Rudely threw the paper at me and said go get it some routes and then started walking off with my keys. Personally I just feel like he did not need to be disrespectful because I had questions

I've been using this company for 6 years now renting bucket trucks for property maintenance. They always supplied me with quality equipment. They explain the functions clearly, their prices are fair, and not once have I had an issue with the vehicles or rental process. They also build quality vehicles of all types to suit your business needs. Service bodies, roll backs, wreckers, lift trucks, and so on. The staff is friendly and easy to work with. Talk to Mike, he will get you the vehicle you need to get the job done.

Mobile lifts is the first place I call when it comes to tow truck parts. Fair prices and their quick to ship them out. I would recommend.

Fast, friendly knowledgeable service. We own a transport truck for our business and these guys service the Tommy Gate lift on it for us. They installed it and have refitted it into a new truck for us too. They are busy but recognize that the trucks and equipment they service are tools that keep businesses running. You definitely feel like you brought your truck to the right place. Clint is all business but smart and friendly.

WOW!!! I'm SO angry!! We rented a 60ft lift over Memorial Day weekend. The thing was constantly shutting off and leaving people 40-60 ft in the air, and refusing the re-start. We thought because the office was closed over the weekend, there was nobody to call for help. We lost a lot of time, and eventually just stopped using it because we didn't want to leave anybody stranded, and didn't finish everything we should have due to these issues. My husband told them about the problems, but because he was trying to sound positive and not complain, they didn't really seem to care. I called to complain and ask if we could have a partial refund since we lost time and didn't finish our work (and now will have to hire someone else to finish), and the representative basically accused me of lying because her notes showed that my husband said everything was fine. She confused "we are done with it" (meaning we are at work all week and we have no more helpers) with "we got the job done", even when I insisted to her that no, we did not get the job done, we just couldn't use the lift anymore. She got mad at us for not calling when it was malfunctioning (even though nobody told us that the office had a 24/7 answering service). She also wavered back and forth between acting like it was no big deal that the thing randomly shut off at least 8-10 times while someone was 40-60 ft in the air, and saying, "of course that's not acceptable, so you should have called to complain". I do not recommend this company and will never use their services again, since I have sunken enough money into them and they clearly care more about their wallets than the customer getting what they needed, or whether their equipment functions properly or not. *** Added 9/1/18: In case you thought this review wasn't accurate, go ahead and read the response from the owner below. That pretty much sums up the way they treated me as a customer. The last line in their response about their great customer service is laughable. It's quite rare for a company to respond to a poor review with even more rude remarks directed at the customer, instead of trying to offer a reasonable solution. The funniest part is the assumption that our problems were the result of "operator error" since we were "first time renters". My dad, who picked up the lift with my husband and was the primary user, literally has almost 50 years of experience using lifts, and operates a bucket truck daily. He was probably the most frustrated because the equipment was so faulty, and he kept getting stuck up in the air. My conclusion is the same: highly unrecommended.

I have dealt with mobile lifts for over a decade!!! Best in the business!! The only place you can call last minute and get a rental delivered the next morning. If there is a service issue they are out within a few hours to repair it. Reliable and trustworthy staff that go above and beyond to make sure the customer is taken care. I always recommend this company to everyone in the business for renting aerials and booms as well as bucket trucks!

Superlative staff! These guys represent the best in hydraulic lift mechanics. No one knows the parts and systems like Mobile Lifts.

Have dealt with Mobile Lifts for 20 years. Never had an issue. They have always gone out of their way to be courteous and true to their word. Lifts arrive on time or early. They will deliver the day before you need the lift so it's on the site early the next day. Their freight is in line or sometimes a little less than their competition. Dave is a good salesman and Rick has never been anything but polite and accommodating. They never gave me a reason to look elsewhere in all these years.

Good stuff

The owner/sales manger (Rick) has a fetid attitude. You'd expect someone in his position to set an example of what customer service should look like. Unfortunately not the case, look elsewhere where YOUR MONEY means something.
