I had 2 different people do not know one another recommend them to me when my power steering went out. They got me in right away and fixed it up. I thought their customer service was genuine and to the point and I don't need a lot of chit chat. They did the job right and didn't overcharge me.

Very bad costumer service! OVERPRICED!! I was told Inspection would couldn’t me $99.10. & would have to leave my car so they can mess with car and I can keep coming back to them. Don’t trust them you can feel their energy these people are just trynna scam you out your pocket.

The husband took my car here & it's worse than it was before. I'd rather have my 3 year old fix the car. Went back & forth and still have problems & new problems. Stay away from here unless you like to keep throwing money and have other issues. I would give it a 0 but it only offers a 1.

They charge extra for cards. They replaced my starter then I had to go back bc it's faulty, something they probably should have discovered when they fixed it and started the car to move it. I noticed a weird sound when I started it at the shop but thought I was hearing things. Nope, bad starter.

Was there yesterday for a new blend door actuator and the part they had was defective. The mechanic ended up rigging something to get my air back on until the new part came in. When I asked how he got the air on he stated “I work on cars that’s what I do.” Not even 20 minutes later my car starts bucking and my engine overheating. The break pedal also felt tight. I pulled over to let the engine cool then when I went to start it back up my car would move!! Couldn’t reverse, couldn’t move forward nothing!!! I had to leave my car on the side of the road and walk home with my 2yo daughter in 90 degree heat! Don’t waste your time or money!!!!

Drove in from Michigan on the weekend. Had a busted ball joint. These guys are so awesome and professional. I was afraid I would have to wait a couple days to get the work done since they are only open short hours on Saturday. They were so accommodating. Got me in, and out same day. I had called 4 other shops and they told me "not til Monday" Thank you all so much!

I hit my car on a curb. The owner checked it out personally, even though I made no appointment. We found no damage (he let me look as he did it). He told me I will need an alignment at some point though. He did not charge me for labor even though he used one of the lifts. The owner is extremely nice and professional. I strongly recommend.

We were in town for only a few days. Our gas tank straps broke and we couldn’t drive the truck let alone pull our camper!! We called them Friday around 4 and asked if they could fix it this weekend. They got the part from the warehouse and had it fixed in a little over an hour!!! They were awesome ❤️❤️

Wayne's Auto used to be a reliable repair shop when Wayne was there but new people are running it and they either totally don't know what they are doing and/or are trying to scam people out of money. They didn't fix what was wrong with my vehicle, did not let me know what the cost was prior to ordering parts, lied about checking to make sure it was fixed, and had it for a week.I am thinking about getting either a lawyer involved or contacting the Better Business Bureau. And I am not the only one, a friend of mine went there only to find out that they left a part under the hood of his truck.Do not go to Wayne's Auto, unfortunately it is not the repair shop it used to be.

Really fast, flexible, and easy to work with. My bill was significantly less then I’ve been charged elsewhere in the area, and the work was solid. Good people.

In and out for a oil change in no time! My full experience... I thought I was had a great experience at this shop until I realized a couple discrepancies a couple days later. For starters I was suppose to get a full synthetic oil change and I was charged for a full synthetic oil change. But upon looking at the oil change sticker I noticed they put 5w-20 instead of 0w-20 oil. 2nd I was told my total was $68 and change, but when I checked my bank statement I was charged $75 and change. When my brother spoke to them they apologized for putting the wrong oil and offered to put the right oil in my car (inconvience to me). And then was told that there is a 4% charge for using a card for payment. I was not informed of that 4% charged nor did I see it posted anywhere in the shop. When I inconviently went back to have the right oil put in my car there was no apology offered for failing to inform a new customer like myself that there would be a 4% charge for using my card. One of the mechanics did come out and apologize for putting in the wrong oil. The mechanic who drove my car back of the shop offered me a very non empathetic "mmm hmm" when I said thank you when he gave back my keys. Needless to say I will not be returning to this place...

None other mechanic like Waynes auto. But he has left since everything has changed never the same again Very honest and the best job for the money. Trust me he's the best. Good bye my friend Blessings to you in your retirement.

They have always been ready to help and offer references when you need it. Very fast turnaround and high quality service for very reasonable prices. We have called for work and assistance on 3 of our family’s cars and they have been able to resolve every issue every time. We never leave reviews for anything, but their services are truly worth 5 stars.

I've taken my cars to Wayne's more than 20 years. There's no other place I would go rather than Wayne's garage. I always expect good quality and professional advice. Timely on their work too.

Honestly! I never care to write reviews but Wayne’s Auto got me out of my comfort zone. These are top notch workers the customer service through the phone and in person is phenomenal and I would recommend them to anyone. I called in a favor and told Wayne that I was flying in from Florida to pick my car up and needed to drive it back down. I had countless things to fix on my vehicle before making the trip from Pennsylvania to Florida and I needed them done by the next day so I can make it back to campus on time. I honestly didn’t think it would be possible to fix everything I needed fixed in less then 24 hours but little did i know he calls me less then 24 hours later and tells me my car is ready. When I went to pick it up they honestly took their time to explain everything they did and why they did it so you don’t feel played or cheated out of something. The best part about it is they have warranty for everything they do. If something goes wrong just bring it back. They have great sense of humor and always want to make sure the customers don’t pay too much money! There is so much more i can say but honestly I would just say you to check them out your self and you won’t be disappointed!

I needed my car inspected ASAP. I called Wayne’s and they got me in immediately that same day. I was very happy with their service and ability to accommodate me on such a short notice.

Customer Service was very lighthearted but professional the prices are inexpensive but the quality of the work was fast, yet efficient. Top-notch and all-around good experience will definitely be going back...(I hope not though cuz that would mean something's wrong with my car LOL) but you get the point....

Had my car there last year for a new clutch. Cheaper than anyone else on labor by a few hundred bucks. Took it back this year for an engine problem. They had everything sorted out in a timely fashion. A few days later one of the replaced parts failed due to manufacture error, nothing they could have avoided at all, dropped it back off late at night unannounced. They called the next day saying they had found the problem, got the part, and already had it fixed. Everyone was extremely nice both on the phone and at the shop. I will definitely continue to take my vehicles there in the future.

My Gf took me to Wayne's. They're reliable, honest and doesn't try to take advantage of over charging you because they can. As long as I'm local ill be back!

I needed my car inspected. They were kind, courteous, and reasonable. They took care of my vehicle in a reasonable time and the repairs it needed. I will say I will not do business anywhere else from now on.

Wayne has been a good automechanic for many years in our community. He is fast and fair. He always takes the time to fix my issues quickly with a kind explanation. I would recommend him to anyone looking for a good mechanic!

WOW! Dont judge by the outside. It is what they do inside the building that matters! Wonderful customer service, friendly staff. Nothing fancy or frilly and how they do great repairs at great prices . Major brake job and I did a stop in without preview at 0730. Job with parts needed and I was in and out in less than 2 hours at far less than anyone else quoted...and they all did the "can't even look at it for 5 days" routine. Wayne's had a line too but understood my problem of being a one car family. This is my new mechanic! Not going to anyone else!

My mechanic Wayne is so great & the most reasonable mechanic you could ever get to work on your car. I have a BMW & I don't trust anyone to work on it but with Wayne, I have no worries. He will always try to find the cheapest prices for you. Give him a try, he will not disappoint.

This is the most honest shop I've ever brought my car for work. Owner (Wayne) overcharged me. I didn't notice the overpayment. He called me after the shop was closed to inform me he overcharged me and to come pick my money up the next day. I was amazed. The work performed was outstanding and on time. I was charged $177 to change my tires and engine coil on my 2007 Dodge Durango and nothing changed. The engine still runs rough and the steering still pulls to the left. The owner told me all I needed were tires replaced and an alignment. No alignment was done and I bought the tires to him that he replaced. I could've had the tires mounted for the same price as the tires. He did not inform me that he could not do the alignment at his shop!
