Wow. Is everything okay with the employees there? They all seemed unhappy and unwilling to help, and they didn’t appear interested in assisting customers. Very disappointing.

very helpful, almost always got every parts/tools. employee helped with free OBD scanner, very helpful and supportive.

My car battery had died and thankfully Chad was able to provide a replacement battery and installed it into my car without any hesitation! He’s the type of employee that goes above and beyond for his customers. I highly recommend this location for the great service!

I had an issue with a brand new wiper blade purchased at another Auto Zone not sitting flush with the windshield. I stopped at this location (#2993) to get some advice and was immediately helped by miss Kaylen. She was amazing! Her advice got me all squared away! She was so willing to help and I appreciate her time and skill. Had to upgrade to a bit more expensive blade but she saved me money on the possible alternative.

Called the store and spoke with Sheila, she was EXTREMELY helpful and went out of her way to assist me. Sheila verified the item I was looking for was in stock. Upon arrival at the store, she again was extremely helpful in verifying the item would be a fit for my vehicle thus completing the transaction. Thanks again Sheila! and to the management SHE IS A KEEPER.

I made a mistake and gave them 3 stars. Im updated on here that this location is the one that saved the day on several occasions !! When their competitor down the hill are the one deserving a lower grade, and the one didn't solve any problem. Autozone services are extremely kind, knowledgeable, and easy to deal with. Thank you

Horrible service. My husband and I went to buy a new battery for our car. Guy was rude from the beginning. Attitude problem and then looks at my husband and says "I'm not installing that for you". For one my husband didn't need him to install it for us and two that is his job if we wanted him to install it for us. It says it right with everything that you offer FREE BATTERY INSTALLATION! We usually shop at this store all the time for anything we need for our car and never have any issues. I'm not sure who has taken over since the last time we've been here but believe me it's not for the best. So because of the horrible service we didn't buy the battery from you we went across the street. They will now get our service from now on.

Worst customer service experience EVER! Asst store manager (JOSE) refuse to take my return of a battery booster, reasons he told me it was because "it could've been use". So how am i suppose to try the product to see if it works? (JOSE) needs to be handled appropriately or demoted. Not a good fit to run the store. Ended up going to the store on union deposit they were able to make the return EASY and possible.

Store manager (Matt) sold me the the wrong part I did not noticed it was wrong until the garage I took the car too call me to tell me, I took it back and he gave me a hard time and would not change the item, $136 dollars down the drain.
That is not cool autozone, but that manager is wrong, I have never argue with anyone anywhere about things I bought from there store.
Please do the right thing. God bless.

Store manager refused to take my bad battery that was sold to me from another store even though that’s in their return policy. I had my receipt and it was still within 90 days. He acted like he was spending his own personal money and I was told by two other AutoZone that I can return that battery anywhere.
Every time I get a new or different car I spend over $1000 getting new air filters, batteries interior lights, exterior lights. I always buy the most expensive stuff ever I will never do business at this place ever again most horrible experience.

Guy at the front wouldn't let me return items because to him I didn't buy it "locally"...I bought the items from DC so he told me to go return it to DC. I purchased it with my credit card and still have the receipt and he refused to do it. I called corporate and told them and they said i should be able to return it without a problem. The employee was either lazy or this is a normal routine for them coming from someone higher up at this location

I ordered a torque converter on December 28, 2022. I kept on calling about very 5 days to find out on status. Now on January 25, 2023 they Said it was picked up. I never went in to the store to pick up. But why will they say they will'check on FedEx to see on what happened.

The staff seemed a little non chalant and uninterested in helping. Maybe it was a bad day but the vibe didn't feel helpful. I wanted to ask for help to put on my purchase but I chose not to. FYI - I went there because the competition didn't have what I needed. If they did, they would have put it on for me. Maybe some training is necessary.

Found what I needed after wandering around aimlessly for a bit. No one asked if any help was needed. Line moved slow, but staff were helping other customers so not a total complaint. But they had what I needed and that was the important part.

Wanted to get a part that I had a hard time finding in the store. I asked a staff member for help and I will admit he was quick to provide assistance. However he could not find said part as well in the store. Given that their website for the specific location said that the part was in stock and ready for immediate in store pick up, the kid came up with a couple excuses as to why it was not in the back rather than just looking in the back when I insisted for him to check the back. I didn't want to make a big stink over it so I left and went to a different autozone where I ran into the same scenario,. However, this time around, the employee went ahead, checked in the back, and got the part no problem. This will not prevent me from going back to the Paxton street location over one staff member, but it does leave a bitter taste in your mouth.

This store is terrible. There was only one person working in the store. The employee had his nose sticking out of his face mask along with the customer he was attending to. The customer was behind the counter with the worker. No social distancing whatsoever, I left the store. I was at this location because I was visiting a friend in PA and needed a part for my car. I went across the street to Advanced Auto Parts and got better service. I always use AutoZone for my car parts. Trust I will never use this ratchet location.

Store with downhill ever since they fired that Anthony C guy. He always had the store fully stocked and was always ready to lend a hand ..nowadays I'll stand in line for 30min before getting help. Just last week took me 25mintes to get a tail light when tony would only take 10mintues and that including installation of lights

BEST AUTO PARTS STORE IN THE AREA!! Had tho order a part thru the commercial parts guy Brian. He went above beyond do make sure I got what I needed and that it was correct when it arrived. Prices are great and service was even greater. I would highly recommend This AutoZone for all your auto parts needs. Thank you Brian in the commercial dept.

Very good place I ordered a part what's the first being the next day I received the five days later I'm hoping if the manager will make a right for me the car wash it in in the garage but if on spectrum that my part did not come on time and my car was sitting at the garage for 5 days due to my part not coming in on time.

Usually pretty courteous service and knowledgeable help. Loan a tool program (give deposit-get tool / bring tool back get entire deposit back) is helpful because you don't have to spend $ to get a tool you'll only use once or twice.

I went in to have my check engine checked and battery tested. It was to busy when I went it. But they only had 1 worker there and she got really busy. I had to wait to her to take are of the other customers that were there. The minute I stepped to the side to more customers came in and kept coming. I wanted it wasn't a problem for me seeing I had no appointments that day or anything else to do really. So I was ok with it and I wasn't in a rush either. I've always like the service here and never had a problem once.

Anthony is the BEST and friendliest employee at this location. He was so sweet and knowledgeable and also very friendly to my dog. He helped me find many different items I needed all over the store- he didn’t just tell me what aisle - he walked with me and helped me find each specific item. Anthony is amazing! He also put my wiper blades on for me! 5 star service all the way around!!

Just your run of the mill auto parts store. This location has a few multilingual employees. All employees seemed sufficiently knowledgeable in automobiles enough to get my parts I needed. Although they did not have my part in stock at that location, they did offer to have it shipped in. They shipped the item, and it arrived the following morning. Nothing extraordinary about this location, but it is functional enough for you to get what you need.

Helpful and friendly staff! Went to AutoZone after dealing with a rude and unhelpful staff at another auto parts store across the street. Staff helped us determine what was needed and lend us tools to clean a battery in the parking lot. While we ended up not buying anything, I will definitely be returning to this store to get any thing auto related I need in the future.
