The employees here are great and very helpful! I’ve been here twice in the past week needing two different types of batteries. One of them being for a mobility scooter which surprisingly they carried! The second time they replaced my lawn mower battery. Before selling you a new battery they test the old one to make sure a battery replacement is what you actually need. 10/10 recommend!
I needed new RV batteries and happened to see this place while running errands. I stopped in and talked with Colin. I had expressed interest in Litihium batteries, but little did I know you can't just switch to them. After Colin educated me about what I would needed I went back to my RV to confirm what I had. I discovered the Lithium batteries werent going too charge properly so it was best to get the best thing which are AGM batteries.
I went back and Colin was there again and he helped me choose the best option based on the dimensions I took, amp hour capacity, and pricing. After leaving I did price compare before leaving this review and they were cheaper than other stores of the same or similar batteries.
I look forward to getting many years of use out of these.
In an era where the ground-level customer service has gotten worse and worse, the experience here shines in comparison.
So far, I’ve gotten good + honest advice, answers to all my car battery questions, free (no up-selling) on battery tests, and most of all, great value on my purchases.
I got a better performing battery with the same warranty as competitors for significantly less ($40+) than Advance Auto Parts and the battery itself has a lens on it to inspect it (the other store’s batteries didn’t have this).
Feels good to support the smaller, family owned store and save money at the same time.
For the owners here: whatever you’re paying Colin, pay him more! He was awesome.
I highly recommend the store. I stopped by today to get a watch battery installed. Colin waited on me. He was amazing. He was very gentle with my watch, was extremely polite and only charged me five bucks. Prior to stopping there I had gone to batteries & bulbs, and Mountz jewelers. Each of those places wanted 15 to 20 $ to replace the battery. I will always go to Battery Warehouse for my watch battery needs. The customer service and the price was amazing. Thank you Colin for a great experience.

These guys are top notch and they stand behind what they sell. Let's just say we had an issue with my replacement wheelchair batteries and they worked with me to find a satisfactory solution. These days, it is getting more difficult to find stores and people that back what sell. You will not go wrong by patronizing this Battery Warehouse. The staff is great to work with and extremely knowledgeable.
I am from Massachusetts and my battery was weak on my motorcycle I went to grab a battery from here and after installing it in the parking lot I had no power.
The tech Collin stayed with me after closing to help. Found out it was a fuse that blew and he drove me to get a fuse. He was a tremendous help, we got the fuse and I was able to head back home for the weekend! Stand up service!

This place is awesome they took the time to help me with all my needs I need a battery for my Car key Fog I Needed a battery for my watch and I need some batteries for my water system Alarm And sensors at home and Plus I was having trouble remotely starting my car from my key did a reset it and started my car got all that done at 1 time 1 place in my bill was only $11
I needed a rechargeable battery pack for a NEXT-DAY vacation departure. Like I always do, I looked on-line, but delivery wasn't going to work. So I called, and talked to a GREAT employee... knowledgeable & courteous. It cost me $10, instead of $7.25. She took the time to discuss my EXACT needs... for a $10 item! I am impressed. Worth the drive to pick it up. HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS PLACE.
The whole staff at the Harrisburg store on route 22 is so amazing. Mel the manager, she is the bomb she took care of my cable insulation problem in two minutes. Would highly recommend company. They sell awesome products, top-of-the-line. Will definitely go back.
I have been a regular customer at this establishment for over 5 years. I have never been disappointed and even more so have been VERY impressed with their efficient and expert assistance with every need I’ve taken to them. Ended up calling battery warehouse to check a battery for me because my company vehicle was having a tough time starting. This was after Goodyear on jonestown road turned me away after learning the car was a hybrid. They stated that they didn't have the manpower or equipment to check my battery. I then asked what place they recommended and they replied with the Honda dealership. So I called up battery warehouse and a lady named Mel answered the phone. She was very helpful and said to bring the car down and that she would be able to diagnose if my battery needed replaced or not. So I went down,she tested it, and it ended up needing replaced. She through a new battery in for me and took my old one and gave me a great deal on a new battery plus installation. So if anyone needs a battery checked or replaced and or just has questions don't hesitate to call or stop in. Thanks again Mel for all the help and hard work.
Mel and the staff out there at the Battery Warehouse are the most professional and knowledgeable people you will ever meet, TOP SHELF PEOPLE that REALLY do care!!....I had a problem that was plaguing my truck battery that was driving me crazy with it always being drained dead when I went to start it in the morning, I was SOOO worried I was gonna have to go to a service garage and spend a lot of money having them "chase" the problem, but a friend of mine recommended that if I have any battery related issues with my truck I should go see Mel and the people over at The Battery Warehouse first before I go anywhere, I'm REALLY glad I did, they helped me out with some solutions (which WORKED) and fully charged my battery for me! They really helped me out and saved me some time and money :-) I HIGHLY recommend you go see them first for ANY battery related issues with your car or truck before you go to a service garage!!
I found the battery for my Honda Fit that only Honda carried and it was 1/2 the price, with the same warranty. They came highly recommended from a friend and I can see why, they were fast and professional with a clean facility.
Earlier today I went out to warm up my car and it would not start. It's and old 1998 Mazda with just over 118,000 miles. I noticed signs that the battery might be near the end of its life and planned to get it checked but I did not drive the car for the past week. So I was not surprised when it did not start today. When I checked my auto repair/service records I realized the last time my car's batter was changed was in November of 2011. Woo!!!! That battery was installed 8 years and 1 month ago at Battery Warehouse. Talk about getting your money's worth! And when I called to get a price quote, the price has only increased by $5 in 8 years. Perfect!!! Then I found a $5 off coupon on their website. That is even more perfect.
I have bought 4-5 batteries for my cars from them in the last 10 years. Their service is top notch and prices are a lot cheaper than the big chain stores. I highly recommend getting your batteries here over the bigger stores.
Was there for 10 minutes with new battery installed. First come, first serve, so I got there first on my day off. More reasonable with price compared to others. Highly satisfied.
Amazing customer service experience. My battery died in a parking lot down the road. I called 5 different places and only Battery Warehouse had my car battery in stock, and it was 2/3 the price it would have cost at other places. I walked there and they offered to drive me back and install it for me at no extra charge!
Only place that had the product I needed and at a better price than anywhere else and they did a huge favor for me. Great place and I will be going back for all my battery needs.
They quickly assessed my battery needs, and swapped it out faster than I thought possible. Now add to this the friendliness of the staff and the best price I could find, I am one happy customer.

Great people and great service. I thought my battery was bad and they helped me identify that it was actually the starter. Their prices looked very reasonable as well!
Needed a new battery for my 2005 Ford Ranger. After I got to the store the gentleman quickly helped me decide what battery is the best and had the longest warranty. Gave me a great price and installed it for me scabs I was headed home, only after an easy 35<40 minutes.
