Horrible service from the start. Whomever answered the phone initially hung up when I ask a question when I called back. Don't know how they're in business with this. If I could put zero Stars I would.
Absolutely the worst customer service and reliability of any company I have had the opportunity to conduct business with. After a 5 month delay on a product that was purchased, a brash and unprofessional representative informed me I have no choice but to continue waiting and the next date provided will not guarantee the product will be delivered. Additionally, I was informed never to call again due to the fact that I purchased the product through another company. I guess time in business does not equate to good customer service, integrity or honest values anymore.
