I visited AutoZone to purchase a replacement bulb and asked for assistance. Unfortunately, the customer service I received was disappointing. The associate at the front desk appeared irritated when we approached, as though we were interrupting a conversation with a coworker. The transaction felt rushed, and there was little effort made to ensure we received proper assistance or a positive customer experience. I hope this feedback is helpful in improving service for future customers.

I pulled up at 9:15 am, the manager was short handed, but she grabbed her boss to help me. Josh came right out fixed my issue and had me on my way at 9:44 am.

EJ was very helpful. He helped me find the right headlights for my car and even offered to help install them. I also saw him answering phones, helping a coworker, and show kindness to customers. Great experience!

Max and Max (other manager at Paxton St) helped me out a ton with replacing my battery after it died today. My old ‘98 gave them a hard time switching it out, but they pushed through to get it done. Can’t thank them enough for their efforts!🙏🏽🙏🏽

Worst place to go, specially if you call they will make up that they have customers and tell you to call 30 minutes later, and when you go there the store is empty

Went there for a battery testing they tested my battery told me my battery was completely dead got me set up for a new battery and installed it great customer service I was in and out in 15 minutes

HUGE shout out to Rob, who I'm fairly certain was covering from his home store in Reading! Even the gentleman who was working with him tonight! Both were absolutely champs about helping me. My home store in Lemoyne was NO help after placing an order for a part that showed in stock and available for same day pickup. Car was already lifted, and the part that needed was NOT an anticipated fix, so I was happy to see it, and local! Placed order online and called to verify that I was able to come immediately to get it, that same day, as advertised. Only to be told, and rudely, nope. Not in stock, so sorry. So sad. I immediately called the Union Deposit location, the next in proximity, because I still NEEDED the part. Rob was amazing. He said come on out and they would take care of everything to get the order transferred. I headed out to get it. Only to discover that the Lemoyne store just up and canceled the order, so there was nothing to transfer. Goodie. Great communication on their end. So for Union Deposit? Send the man a pizza! Or a raise... or both! Both him and the gentleman who was working tonight (8/9/25) were SO friendly and ready to help. The place was busy and lots of calls. But they juggled and were awesome. Thanks, guys. Thanks for helping a gal out when she needed! Appreciate you!

Was trying to make a return. Older guy had the biggest attitude try to tell me I already returned the item when I was physically holding the item. He got the manger Mary and she easily did the return in 2 seconds and told him he was doing it wrong… this is after he argued with me for 4 minutes telling me it’s already returned and he can’t do it. Then decided to try to come around the counter and act like he was going to fight or something. I’m just confused on what happen with the disrespectful man and corporate better do something with him working in your Company.

Went into the AutoZone at about 6:05. Will never go there again. The guy was more concerned with his personal phone call then helping us out to find a battery for my lawn tractor the girl just stared at us like she had no idea what she was doing I will not be going back to that one

Supervisor needs to be placed in a customer service corse. HIGHLY rude! Darn sure wouldn’t be in my store, refused to listen when I only had a question. Began screaming at me. Female to female you should have understood I had questions. Will not ever use Auto Zone again. I’m good I’ll go to advance.

Jay and his coworkers were very helpful while I was stuck at Weis, which is on the complete opposite side of the Auto Zone. Would recommend it. Very nice associates, and helped me with my flat tire on a bad day.🙂

I had to go to 3 different stores the staff was not knowledgeable how to handle Delayed orders in short I had to go to them 5 x to get 2 rear calipers 😢

I normally don’t complain much but I had went in the other day to ask a question about a part I needed for my Honda CRV. I spoke to the manager because she seemed to be the only one available. I’m gonna be honest it was rudest experience I’ve ever encountered. I didn’t bother to get her name because she’s that irrelevant to me but I thought I should write a report because the service here sucked. Never again will I be returning AND I’ll be contacting corporate for the way she spoke to me!!! If I can remember correctly her name stated with a C.

I went in on July 3rd 30 minutes before they were going to close to get a part for my car before the holiday and was greeted by Alex, who graciously helped me. I don't know much about cars, but Alex was helpful and explained what he was doing and why. I wish I could give Alex 10 stars for his customer service skills. While I wasn't able to get the issue resolved tonight, I did leave feeling like I knew more about what I needed to do next all thanks to Alex. THANK YOU!!!! P.S. Give Alex a raise!

Came in to ask which fuses I needed to replace for a front and rear acc socket, but the cashier who I thought was looking it up was not and his other two associates were on a very long smoke break. Not sure why this store is open if they don't help their customers. I like leaving good reviews, but this was just awful! This doesn't even deserve a star.

I don't normally complain but I ordered a part last Tuesday and told would be in Monday AND I WILL BE CALLED. I called Monday evening told part not there yet but still getting a delivery later today. Never heard anything so I went in today and parts were placed to be sent back because I didn't come to get it. Lol today is only 8 days from when it was originally ordered. You need to follow the procedures

Shout out to Alex!!! Thank you so much for helping me! My car wouldn't start after getting gas at Giant and when I walked in autozone Alex was ready to help and professional! He hooked me up with a new battery after testing it! Fast and efficient! 10 out of 10!

I had to change my battery of a key. I was in rush, stop by here because it was closest one thinking it would be faster. 2 registers employee and other were talking about football. I had to wait for 5mins to get called by one of employee hope to get it done. Unfortunately he doesn’t know how to open up the remote he asked me the size of battery goes in it and asked me to open up the remote. I didn’t had an idea to do so. I got phone called from my boss so I had to go get battery change in giant which was quicker than I thought. Not going back to this place I choose to drive 5 mins away. Thank you giant for helping me out.

I had to make a return for items i bought out of states and they assisted me with no problem (another store wouldn't let me). The manager (Male) and cashier (Female) provided great service. I'm sorry that I forgot to ask for the name. This will be my go-to location now

Went to buy two wheel cylinders for a 1995 Camaro. They had "0" in stock. WOW, These are compatible with 60 vehicles/years of cars. Went to Advance a mile away and got them. I told the worker that skull valve stem caps and bedazzled license plate frames do not keep my car on the road ,...... but that is what's in stock.

Horrible experience the lady that was there wearing a waist trainer and suspenders was very rude gave us the wrong part twice after having the correct one on hold. Gave us attitude multiple times while having our own conversation on where we can get the part closer to home. Very very rude lady.
