I had a very bad experience at this location. I came in looking for a tool to unlock a car that was locked with the key inside. I even showed a picture of the exact tool from Google and explained clearly what I needed.
Unfortunately, the employee was not helpful at all. She kept asking for a part number, which I obviously didn’t have, and didn’t make any effort to assist me despite having the name and picture of the tool. There was no attempt to understand or help solve the problem.
The customer service was very poor and unprofessional. It honestly felt like they didn’t know what they were doing.
The store advertises that they close at 6pm and i showed up 10 mins beforehand and was already closed! oh well lost a sale and back to autozone for me!
Site has keys online. Went to store and said they don’t sell keys nor make them. They referred me to Home Depot and I said I don’t think they do. I went to Home Depot and they only make keys that unlock car doors. Key was bent. Napa site says one thing store says other and bad referral. I ask for local locksmith and they couldn’t answer it. Desk agent appeared to be high. Waste of time
I had a great experience at 5420 Jonestown Rd Harrisburg, PA Napa Auto Parts. The attendant Josh was incredibly helpful, going out of his way to ensure I found the right parts. His deep knowledge and friendly approach made the whole visit seamless and efficient. It's rare to get such outstanding support; I highly recommend this store!
Had a great experience with these people. John really went the extra mile to get me a part I needed the same day. Will be getting parts here a lot more often!
Love napa auto parts. But this store in particular needs to put a bigger sign closer to the road like a big sign with an arrow or something that you can see from both directions on jonestown rd. I live like a block away literally and only just noticed the store was there 2 days ago! I would have been going there since they opened, but no one knows that they are there! .it's preventing them from getting customers.
This is the auto parts store that we have wanted back on route 22 for a long time. Outstanding customer service. Very happy with my transactions and the high quality parts that I purchased.
We have some great auto parts places here in the area, and my experience with NAPA (first visit) was awesome. I “thought” I had the right headlight bulb, but the clerk left the counter, came over and assisted me in making sure I was buying the right one. Who does that anymore? The gentleman at NAPA did and was grateful for his assistance. Personal service, plenty of stock and a very clean store! And a very impressive layout!
Very helpful. We figured out the part that I needed was about $40. The parts store nearby told me I needed a part that was $551. Very kind and respectful service!
Great new location, with extremely helpful staff. When I needed an odd part, that nobody stocked, they were able to get part from Warehouse in less than an hour!!
