We called Welsh’s for a tow due to our car dying at McDonalds, Justin was there in 15 minutes and drove us to a Mechanic. He was so friendly and professional, thanks for coming to our rescue!
Got me off the highway within 10 minutes of my call, had a tire, fixed it and showed me the cracks forming in a second one and got THAT fixed for me as well. Super cheap and eternally grateful for their help as AAA quoted me a possible 4 hour wait, to take me to a hotel because their shop wasn't open.
If I could I would give these guys 10 stars. I got stranded in the middle of the road in the middle of nowhere at 1:30 in the morning and these guys were the only company that picked up the phone. Not only did they arrive promptly, but the service was exceptional and reasonably priced. If I’m ever in need next time I won’t waste time and I’m just going to call them first. Shout out to Justin the driver for being so kind as well.
I would like to thank Collette from your shops office and Justin who towed my vehicle while I was visiting in PA. I’m sorry I don’t remember the names of the other guys in the shop but everyone was very friendly and helpful. I was 4 hours away from home which made this more stressful. Colette invited me to join the employees for pizza while I waited (a first for me). I met George from the shop the night before and he told me even though he was off their staff will take care of me. He was very nice and answered a lot of questions. The following morning Justin arrived with the truck and Colette kept me advised of when the truck was coming via phone calls. Thank you to a great caring wonderful group of people at your shop. Their customer service was excellent and they made me feel like family.

On Thursday morning Nov. 3rd my boyfriend Jan was driving on I-80 in my Hyundai when the alternator went on the car. Luckily he was a 1/4 mile away from the Mifflinville exit and pulled into a Sunoco gas station, went into Love’s minimart and a very nice cashier gave him the number to Welch’s towing, George came with a flatbed in no time at all, brought him back to the shop to check the car and was nice and drove him to the Super 8 motel, being they couldn’t get an alternator until the next day.
This morning George came back to pick him up and went back to the shop for Jan to get the car. George, Colette and staff went that extra mile to get this repair done ASAP and back on the road in no time, they went above and beyond.
I would absolutely recommend them to whoever would need their services if in that area. They are some of the nicest people you would ever meet.
my Ford Fusion had a blown rear tire, we called them and they came quickly they were very kind I am very grateful to them I was with my little daughter, my husband and my dog, that's why I really appreciate their services, I highly recommend them
Starter on my 2018 Subaru Crosstrek went bad while parked at a grocery store. AAA contacted Welsh's Towing,gave me an ETA. The tow truck driver,Chad,called to let me know he was on his way. Very polite and efficient. This was the second time Chad helped me with a vehicle tow and I had a great experience each time.
So a friend of mine try to get hos bosses work truck inspected ther and they told him it would not pass because it has headers and not factpry manafolds and i called three other garages that do inspections and there is nothing in the inspection laws that says u can cant put headers on ur vehical so the are just so much for be a honest business
Took my car for an engine misfire. They repaired a coil and a fuel injector. Engine was still misfiring and they told me to go to a dealership. I took it to a another mechanic for a second opinion, said it was the fuel injector, the part Welsh's claimed they fixed and washed their hands of. Waste of my time and money.
