The men who took the electronic recycle were incredibly nice and helpful. They unloaded the items from my vehicle, and they took everything I brought, including a floor model air conditioning unit, Christmas lights that don't work, a vacuum sealer and a vacuum. I highly recommend this company.
The E-recycling was amazing. Streamlined service: greeted as I drove through; cordial workers directing me where to go; volunteers unloaded my vehicle; and so was told that if I had more items to bring them up. I didn’t have to wait in a long line, either. You did a great job.
When I bought my house the previous owners left a bunch of electronic junk in the basement, stuff like a VCR and an old satellite box. Mamoth took them, no questions asked and they took them for free.
Mamoth ITAD is a fabulous company to deal with. I met Cody at a recycling event in the building where our office is located. He and his team were very professional, accommodating and provided a great service at little to no cost. I contacted Cody to pick up another batch of electronic recycling a few months later. They come when they say they are coming and they are very personable.
WE APPRECIATED MAMOTH DELIVERING THE LAPTOPS TO OUR DOORSTEP IN MARYLAND. WE ALSO THANK THEM FOR BEING PATIENT WHILE WE SOLVED A PROBLEM. THE PRICES AND QUALITY OF THE LAPTOPS ARE GOOD. WE WILL DO MORE BUSINESS WITH THEM.
It’s been an exciting experience transacting with Mamothitad company. I just wish the quality of systems will improve especially ensuring systems have complete parts.
Do not do any business with Anthony specially if you’re overseas. On my last shipment with him I lost about $4000 of missing laptops and the units coming complete scrap. I’m starting a lawsuit against him and also warning other people to prevent doing business with him on LinkedIn.
Run away if they ever come close..
We received these computers that bid through Gov Con. They were majority damaged. We were overcharged and felt like we were being taken advantage of because of the country we are located in. Buyer Beware!!
