Great customer service at the Berwick, PA office. The lady who assisted me was very kind and willing to help. The entire process took less than five minutes to complete what I needed. Thank you very much for your help.
HUGE thank you to these guys!! I managed to get myself in a pickle just as I started my new job that I've very much needed by (somehow ??♀️) losing my license... when I logged on, I saw it was going to expire soon so I also renewed my DL. I thought I would have to wait the 15 days till my camera card came in and wait AGAIN till my local photo centers were open (only on Fridays ?), but I was told to call Leonard's. The woman on the phone was a life saver and gave me the directions and everything I needed to fix my issue within 24hrs. So thank you!!! ?
I took my son yesterday to get a title transfer which was being put in my name. The woman we dealt with was beyond rude. After telling her multiple times that my son was not the seller she was insisting on seeing his ID. After telling her that the seller already signed the back of the transfer she threw papers down complaining that none of those worked. I was on the verge of tears. She then was complaining that the cost of the truck wasn’t on the title. I told her again that we were not involved with the seller signing over the title. Absolutely horrible customer service and her attitude was poor. I’ll never go there again
Easy one stop shop for notary tags and titles for just about anything for ownership transfer for automobiles and identigo background check and fingerprinting
I had to go in to get fingerprints done and the two ladies behins the counter were SO sweet and helpful. Completely worth the time!!! WILL return for future services.
This is the worst place you can go the lady that works there Is very ignorant tried to overcharge got caught wish I can give less than one star do not transfer anything at Leonards auto tag
They provide a great service and you have your paperwork immediately, except titles(they come from the state). You can end up waiting if you get there when they are busy.
Fast and efficient with title transfer paperwork. But, don't walk in 30 minutes before closing time. Also, make sure you have a physical paper insurance card as they will not accept a digital "on the app" copy.
The ladies are amazing in there. I am kind of an impatient person and they didn't mind when I called or stopped in for what I needed. I'd recommend them to everyone :)

Wait staff is rediculiously rude. You're required to wear a mask as you should be but employees do not. Employees are loud and unprofessional. I'd go somewhere, anywhere else if possible.
They were nice. I was only in to get fingerprints done. I just don't like how they don't allow children inside, and they have posted "no kids" on the door. I had to take my 7 year old with me, not all of us have babysitters every time of day ...
Friendly and accommodating. Came to our house when my father was too sick to get out and process the transfer of their vehicle to me. Then processed the transfer of my vehicle to our neighbor. Very easy process.
I walk in at 5:05 to see if I can get fingerprinting done for my job which I work at all day, there are 3 people there talking with 1 customer, I ask if I can get my fingerprinting done and was told no it's after 5:00. And they don't do them on Saturday either. Not very convenient for the working class.
Efficient at getting done what's needed but the entrance to the establishment is absolutely disgusting!! Doesn't hurt to pick up paper towels and cleaner when things get that bad.
