I called this garage for my truck the guy was very professional and got me in right away and solved the problem of my truck 5 star all the way great communication and great prices as well informed me in all the information that was done to my truck if I need more repairs in the future I will be returning to this company for sure great jobs guys thank you again
I am so happy with the service from Cook's!!! They were able to help my mom with her minivan when the dash lights warned against driving her car at all. She was told by other mechanics and even the dealership that her car was unsafe to drive, which left her unable to make it to her doctor's appointments and unable to get to the grocery store, etc. Another mechanic wanted over $150 just to hook it up to the computer to diagnose the problem.
My mother is disabled and on a very small, fixed income and was so depressed thinking she'd have to let go of her car because she can't afford the outrageous prices the other mechanics were quoting.
Cook's took her car in the very same day and was able to run the diagnostics to see that it was actually a very small problem and easily fixed!!
They are extremely fair priced and I appreciate that they went above and beyond for my disabled mother.

Definitely recommend service was amazing and definitely cheaper then all the other mechanics but just because they are cheaper doesn’t mean the will half ass it they put in the work to get the job done and as best as possible
This is one of the best mechanic shops you can go to ever . Went into his shop for an oil change , There was a weird noise that had been going on for a couple of days after a visit to a different shop and he noticed that there was a nut or something loose in my car while hearing it run and he tightened it for me . My car runs so smooth now ! I recommend this place a million times , best service ever .
took my car to steve shannon’s they couldn’t figure out my issue with my car. went straight to cooks and within a couple hours they had the car in tip top shape!
I was visiting from out of town when I had car trouble!! Posted on the local community page and Cooks was one of the suggestions. I tried a couple of other garages, but they could not fit me in until the following week! Cook’s was able to get me right in, evaluated the problem and it was fixed within a few hours!! Plus they were able to replace my rear struts that I was planning on doing in the near future!! The cost was at least $300 less that I would have paid at home in NY!! They provided the used parts and even sent me pictures during the repairs! You can’t find a better group of mechanics!! I highly recommend you check them out!!
Kurt and his father are such amazing people they didn't hesitate when I needed them to fix my car both times! And it was also done fast and the right way! And not to mention it didn't cost me an arm and a leg! Keep up the great work you guys are life savers!!!! 5+++++ stars
Very appreciative of there immediate attention and professionalism to fixing the issue with my truck. I took it to multiple repair shops the problem wasn’t resolved at any of them. But i took it to cooks automotive they got it done in a timely matter. They found the issue repaired it at a very fair cost. I recommend them to anyone in the construction industry.
