Gotta give it out to these guys, tonight was my third time using them for roadside.(2 tows, 1 lockout) They are fast, reliable, and affordable… all of the things we need today! The drivers have all be extremely friendly and professional! I would back their guys in the trucks all day! Thanks!

10/10 will always go to Eastmont. Anytime I have an issue with my vehicle they are quick to get me in and fix it! Have also used their towing services and they are fantastic at what they do.

They responded when I was in an accident in June. Very professional… The driver handed me a business card when he was there (apparently some towing companies don’t do that?)… They were very easy to work with when I had to retrieve the rest of my items from my vehicle.

Absolutely unprofessional, rude and horrible service. After finally getting to look at my car to see what was wrong with it after 2 days, I was given a ridiculous quote. I changed my mind after finding a better with and decided to have someone else do the work on my car since I would save $400. After being screamed at by not only the owner but the wife as well, I would never recommend this garage to anyone with the rudeness and unprofessionalism that was shown today. Freedom of choice and the right to save money while the world is in a crisis and this man is angry that he has to put some of my car together as I'm going to pay him for his time.

Saw a man just had upper & lower ball joints put on his truck, he was sitting off the road, the ball joints snapped and his wheel collapsed . Good thing he was not on the highway at speed. Won't go here

Please do not give John Klanchars truck back. He is online slandering your business and making indirect threats. Please re consider. I’ve used your services before and was very pleased. I’m so sorry this man who has harassed virtually everyone in the tri county area is now doing it to an innocent business.

I had a phone call with the owner of eastmont auto repair and sales, and i will say i spoke to him with the upmost respect and what i got in return was the most vile and feral attitude, after dealing with this gentleman today i can say he has a vendetta against anyone with a skin color different than his. Absolutely disgusting.

Called them when my son was locked out of his car. They were able to get there in about 15 minutes and it only cost like 35$. Got into the car without any issues.

My wife had a flat tire this past weekend (Sunday) in Richland (we live in Greensburg) and State Farm contacted Eastmont Auto Repair... the gentleman was prompt, professional and courteous. He changed out the flat for the donut tire and asked if there was anything else he could do? I know this sounds like such a small task, but when your wife calls with car trouble you need all the help you can get... and when the person who shows up shows 'true concern' about your situation... well, that's worth a lot!

Sunday November 6th around 5:45pm, now dark at this time, driving south bound on 22. I round a corner and there is a tow truck sitting right in the middle of the road. Looked like they were seeing if someone needed help but to be right in the middle of the road they put other peoples lives in danger. I will edit to add. Although you can not control when and where a car breaks down it’s common sense to get off the road. Pull behind the car or in front of it. It was right around a curve. Emergency lights or not tow truck drivers are supposed to provide assistance in a safe manner. We have to make sure the car/person is in a safe place before being dispatched we also need to make sure we (the tow truck drivers) are also in a safe place to provide assistance. Cars had to cut over into the other lane last minute almost causing an accident.

Manager and driver was very polite. Picked my vehicle up and deliver it quickly. I would use them again.

We've had several vehicles towed by Eastmont, and they have always been prompt and reliable. We are outside their regular area, but they have never let us down! Dennis and AJ are not only professional and efficient, they are super nice and trustworthy, also!!!

Eastmont Auto Repair and Sales rescued me off the road with a tow to Sendell VW in Greensburg. I use AAA and the operator incorrectly told Dennis the wrong directions. Dennis and his wife stuck it out and continued to call me to try and find my location. I sent them my GPS coordinates vis a text and they were able to pin point me exactly. They are a really nice couple who are great at what they do, helping total strangers! Thanks again!

AAA sent Eastmont and AJ arrived in no time at all to jump my battery.. he tested it and it would have recharged but was only 25% good. I decided a new battery was in order. He installed a new one in minutes. Awesome service !! Thank you !

Bc of this star review, dennis roles is a Thief , he will get your car into impound and if you have anything in it that is worth anything, he will not answer your calls, and he is never around to make arrangement to come pick your car up, then rights it up as an no abandonment of vehicle just so you dont get get your car back and he gets a free car, well not this time, i will be sewing him, so he wont do this to no one else, ill make sure of that.

Eastmont had to tow me around town on two separate days when my car had a recall which made it inoperable. I'm thankful AAA contracts with this mechanic because he is very commutative throughout the whole process. Both times he has been professional, prompt, and thorough.

This guy DESTROYED my Blazer. Gave him $1,500 told me no receipt because he would have to "tax me" I drive it off the lot and it won't shift at all now. Didn't do that when I brought it to him! SCAM. DO NOT GO HERE. Anyone who won't give you a receipt is SHADY too. He is a SCAM. COULDN'T EVEN DRIVE IT THE WHOLE WAY HOME. INSANE!

Horrible. Called and the first thing said to me was WHAT!? and given their drivers do double the speed limit on city roads, they're more of a liability to the community than the service they provide
