It wasn't easy but I got the parts I needed when none of the other auto parts stores had it.

Delivery guy Gary slow as a sloth & rude. Doesn’t like to pay core deposits back in cash , says “we don’t have that kind of money in the drawer” it was $49.50! They’d been open 6 hours. Went to get Travis and the cash magically appeared. Idk maybe I didn’t look the mechanic part so I was treated differently?

Good shop! Knowledgeable staff. They take the parts to the vehicle for you. Top notch service! I needed brake shoes and drum rotors with a spring/service kit. I'd rather get parts from someone I can talk to and allow me to physically see the parts before I make a purchase. Napa has excellent parts and convenient location close to my home.

Good selection of parts. Nice parking lot. Salesman pointed me in the right direction. Even though they didn't carry what I was looking for.

The staff was friendly and willing to help me.

They didn't have what I needed and didn't know what it was, said they could order it for another 11.00 and change... no thank you!

At least Advanw Auto has a knowledgeable staff who are there after 4 and Advance is open on weekends!

They have parts in stock, but they don't do returns even when its in the package. The older gentleman said it's not a rent to own store.. I felt that I explained what tool I needed and when I realized I got the wrong one he should at least have let me exchange it. So I went to autozone.

They had what I needed & the price was decent for a new starter
