Installed my battery after Auto Zone, and Firestone gave me the brush off. For less than either of them would have charged. Highly recommend, and will be returning for all my battery needs. ?
My husband and I stopped to purchase a battery for his golf cart. Excellent service. The gentleman carried out the battery and put it in the car for my husband. Definitely will return for future purchases.
Went there on Wednesday and the tested the battery in the car which drained it completely and the only had one of the batteries I needed. They said they would have the other one the next day so I said I’d just come back. Went to pull out and the car was in limp mode couldn’t go over 10mph. So I left it there and came back Thursday after they got their truck in. I was in line for 45 minutes after they took two people that pulled in after me before me. I drove the car somewhere else at 10mph and got batteries elsewhere. Will never shop there again.

I purchased a battery on the20th today is the28 and the battery is dead. The person working their never tighten the battery terminal just put them on and tap them with a hammer, never check to tighten the terminal bolts.now I have a dead battery that costs me 145.00 dollars. I should have gone to some where they check to make sure that everything is tight.you don't take a hammer to put battery terminal on like this person did and doesn't tighten the terminal bolts.

I called ahead to make sure they had a battery for my vehicle before arriving. I called around 10:10am, jumped my car and got there around 10:30am, and was back on campus (UPJ) by 10:50am. They checked my alternator to make sure that was okay and checked my battery to make sure it was dead. Super nice people/service and a good price.
