McMinnville Towing provided extraordinary service during one of the most traumatic days of our lives.
After our vehicle was severely damaged in an accident, Gale and Dan went above and beyond to help us recover our belongings — including medications, luggage, and work equipment — with patience, kindness, and genuine compassion. Gale was incredibly supportive over multiple calls, and Dan was endlessly patient and helpful at the tow yard and beyond.
Their care made an overwhelming situation manageable, and we will never forget it. Thank you, Gale and Dan.
Refused to come and get my vehicle from a parking lot which regularly receives semi truck shipments, on the basis that they did not think their truck would fit, despite this location receiving deliveries from semi trucks on a regular basis. As you can see from the photo.
If I had the option of giving NO stars I would. The lady is VERY RUDE and unprofessional. My car got towed at 4pm called the next morning at 10am and she said the tow was gonna b almost $500 dollars to get my car out. When asked if she could work with us she literally started laughing and said I know u have $500 cuz the tow truck guy told me so. Then when we said we couldn't afford that much she laughed again and said well just remember the bill will go to collections. With my son just getting released from the hospital with influenza and RSV I now have to figure out a way to at least get my children's belongings out of my vehicle which the rude inconsiderate lady probably wont allow me to. Situations like this is why I always record my phone calls and or my conversations with people!!!
VERY VERY very very Unprofessional and disrespectful. No communication, makes me feel like I’m getting scammed. I recommend “LB’z towing and recovery inc.”
My car was totaled and Mac Towing picked it up and moved it to their yard by Linfield University. They couldn’t have been nicer and more helpful during the whole process.
