Recycle your cans and bottles here. Staff is knowledgeable and friendly. There are some manual bottle machines for you to use. Or there is a staff member running the belt machine where you just dump your recycling on.
On My 18th 2026 from 1:40p-1:50p the employee behind the drop counter was extremely rude & using profanities at customers, yelling at everyone that was on the “other side” of the line, even those that had just arrived & had no idea of the processes. He was rude the entire time we were in the building! He was wearing a grey tshirt, blonde long curly hair under a hat, & heavy set build.
1. Never come here before or after lunch rush hour
2. You will be kicked out even if they think you are blocking the door, when you are not.
As a young or old person they will kick anyone out, this place is popular. I may end up getting green bag or STOP RECYCLING here so I don't get kicked out for waiting in line? I see mixed review of green bags, also I see many people walk here and not really drive yet I live across town so that concerns me when we can't drive one day! They need another bottle drop not near any train tracks.... Just saying.
The last three times I have used the green bag service at the McMinnville location I had to call customer service to get my account credited. Most recently I dropped off one green bag on August 4th. It has yet to show up in my account. I am vigilant about tying the bags and affixing the sticker.
I value the green bag service for many reasons, including convenience, but it has been rather inconvenient lately.
Only three of the machines are working and when the employee was told he acted unconcerned and like it wasn't a big deal when it is because the line is long as hell and it's hot as hell out, if your employees can't have a good attitude then maybe they should be in the back and not up front and maybe fixing that broken machine, so being there takes less time for everybody involved
I’m so glad they have a BottleDrop in town since the machines at the grocery stores sucked they were constantly breaking down, get full fast, only $14.40 per person per day, etc. And this is the place to turn your cans in for cash better and faster. Employees are chill.
This was my first time at this location and I must say it was not what I expected. Usually I drop off my bags when I grocery shop, and have only driven by a few of these bigger dedicated drop centers and they’ve always seemed pretty crowded and dirty. Not this place! Very clean, and was able to get an issue with my card resolved very quickly. Pretty impressed at the cleanliness considering the product being dropped off. Kudos to the staff!
Best redemption center. 1/3 locations with conveyer belt counter (Mac, Gleason, Coos Bay) not a fan of green bag drop-off, so it’s perfect. Nice guy, they clean the place pretty well which does a good job at holding back the stickiness etc. never waited more then 5 minutes in line, and the convenience of the mass counting machine / conveyer is so nice. Better then forest grove, Hillsboro, Beaverton or any other location (aghem… FredMeyer), in both wait time, service and technology
Should be open later than 6pm and if you are allowed in the door they should take your cans just like any other business. But instead 6pm on the dot even if you're in line they boot you out. So messed up
Employees are friendly and keep the place as clean as they can - given that they have to do so (from what I've seen) during the constant inflow of people. If you're bringing in for the conveyor and there's a line to wait, be damn sure it'll be the shortest 'wait' you've ever had to endure! BOOM! In and out! Even the manual return machines are fast and don't "break down" or need some sort of maintenance (I've almost forgotten how awful of an experience it always was to take back bottles and cans the old way!). I am ever greatful for this place and we no longer have this huge mountain of bottles & cans in one corner of the backyard!
Puedes llevar todo tipo de botes y lo mejor llegas y si tienes prisa hay una máquina en dónde va ias todos tus botes y los cuenta automáticamente tardas como 5 minutos máximo exelente lugar yo IVA hasta cerca de Portland a cambiar los botes pero desde que se de este lugar vengo acá

I love that they opened one of these in McMinnville! The staff was super helpful. Even though they were all relatively new if they didn't know the answer to my question, they were willing to find out to get me the correct one! Thank you! The manager was super helpful! Loved my experience!
