I bought 2 five gallon gas cans and a funnel for almost over $90. Seems pretty overpriced. The staff was unfriendly so if you don’t have to shop there, it’s probably worth going somewhere else.
This is the worst auto parts store and machine shop. They will take your parts, grumble about it, not do anything on them, then blame you for not leaving enough instructions. They are not interested in providing services, they are interested in getting you to leave the store so they can get back to their sandwich.
Bought a drive axle had the guy going around and around about making sure he could get the right one. I could’ve bought two for the price I paid for the one.
can't order parts on phone 10 minutes before closing so I saved $20 at O'Reilly's in stock
now I'm moving the roughly $28,000 a year in parts and machine shop work to another shop thanx
Best local auto parts store. They have an electrical and machine shop. They have many on staff that have been there for years, so you're likely to find what you need. They also carry a big supply of hydraulics and welding equipment.
Went in to Davidson Auto Parts the other day needed to pick up a socket and a oil pressure device for my wife's 2007 Subaru. They always have what I need. Their parts are always reliable. I will continue to use Davidson's Napa Auto as I have been for the last 25 years.
I wouldn’t recommend this store at all. The guys were rude and non responsive. I’ll never go there again. I’m not one to post any negative reviews, quite the opposite, but I couldn’t let the lack of customer service here go unspoken of.
Davidson's NAPA Auto Parts always has all the parts I Ever Need I've been using Davidson for 20 years and their parts are top notch not the cheapest but they wear really well and last a long time so I always use Davidson in McMinnville as my go-to auto parts place.
The guy's that work there are awesome they really do know their stuff. Don't dout what I have to say come on in and see for yourself. Best parts guys and gal's on the coast ? ? if they don't have it they will try and find it no worries. ?
Now days this is really the best knowledgeable parts store that answers your questions. Auto Zone sucks. Went to purchase fuel line and there computer has no information... Now that's crazy... Bet they have a lot of returns.
Ordered what I wanted online to be shipped to the store. They called back and kept trying to sell me on a coolant that would completely end up destroying my engine because hey, they sell parts they know everything. I think I will go with what the Ford dealership and mechanics are telling me to use. Be careful people and do your research with your actual technicians not some parts boy trying to sell you on color of fluid.
Nice and clean store. Ran about the same as other Napa stores I've been to. Only reason for the 3 stars is I was quoted a couple days for some machine work and when i showed up to drop it off (same day) I was told they wouldn't be able to get to it for atleast a month and would take a couple weeks to complete. It was just a simple hone job that takes an hour or two to complete. Still a good store tho. Just shouldn't quote unrealistic times over the phone.
Had my dirt bike cylinder honed and hot tanked at the Machine shop. Only reason i didn’t give 5 stars was when i dropped it off and picked it up i interacted with Victor “Vic” who acted and treated me as if it was a giant hassle to deal with. The machine shop guy i talked to was great and knew what i needed but Vic acted like i was a nuisance. Sad that such poor customer service is allowed to fester in such a great Business.
Worked with counterman Scott. Very helpful in getting me what I needed to fix my car. Even when it seemed the part wasn't where it was supposed to be, he continued the search until he found it under other items. Great job. Customer service like that is always appreciated.
Best parts store around. I’ve built two rigs using Napa brand parts and have never really had any major issues with quality or longevity. Customer service is great, although sometimes a few of the old timers can be a little “cranky”, just be respectful and you’ll get respect. All these guys know their stuff well, and if they don’t, they know someone who does.
Pat is especially helpful and knowledgeable. This Napa store stands behind their products and in my experience, any issues are promptly resolved (even if the issue is my fault). Five stars Napa!
If you need an automotive, lawn mower, or any gas powered part, there's a very good chance Napa has it or will order it for you. Service is way above par. They try thier best to get the right item you need. Great work.
Do yourself a favor and use another parts store. They will not honor their warrantys and their parts are inferior.
After replacing a break caliber for the third time that froze solid after about a year.. i was told they will not warranty it because it broke from normal wear.
Pretty expensive the autozone next door is always 10% or 15% cheaper. That being said the selection in their stocked inventory is much bigger they have what I come in for 95% of the time even if it is more expensive. I had a person hand me the wrong part but came back in and we figured out what happened and they solved the issue.
What a friendly, personal, and professional experience today! An unexpected dead battery derailed my afternoon, but everyone there provided excellent service. Thanks Russ and Duane! You accommodated my schedule and took care of my car as if it were owned By you!
They strive to help you out with the parts, but their parts prices, for a walk in buyer, with out an account are not competitive! The main thing that we use them for is the Electrical shop and the machine shop. Both of those are a great help when working on and rebuilding older rigs or odd ball equipment. They also can make you HP hydro lines for your heavy equipment or tractors! They have been around for many years and will often bend over backwards for you.
Super helpful employees, consistent delivery dates, and of course almost anything you could ever need right there in one place. Also their return policy is excellent; bought a torque wrench and a couple weeks later lost a spring when a screw popped out. They exchanged it with no fuss.
I hate having to go anywhere else. Always friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. If I am taking on aomething new, I walk out of there with more confidence from the advice I recieve. They treat you like you are more than a customer.
This NAPA can be hit or miss with my personal experience being more misses than hits. Everything from the wrong parts in the wrong boxes, missed deadlines and no communication from the machine shop to ordered parts gone missing and no one knowing anything about it. Puts a person in a tough spot and at times have shut an entire operation down because of it. The staff is courteous and professional but unfortunately, that won't fix what needs fixing. Prices can be a bit high compared to other parts stores with the item in stock.
Great place, great parts and they always stand by their warranties. There is always a few "old timers" there to answer a few odd ball questions about older machines/ repair techniques. The machine shop staff is friendly/ very knowledgeable and the electrical shop is the same. I Highly recommend going to there for parts or auto advice!
