This wasn't my favorite experience I went to the counter with what I needed and wasn't acknowledged for close to five min which is a long time while waiting I was passed several times by an employee but no greeting. When the employee finally found time it was a quick exchange with no plesentries no have a good day and was getting the feeling that my presence was more of a burden than anything. I definitely won't be going back. It's obvious the people working their don't love the job. I have worked jobs I don't like so I get it not their fault gotta do what you gotta do I guess.

I've been to this location multiple times. Everyone is always nice except for the long blonde hair lady. Not very friendly. But other than that never had an issue anytime I've been there. Everyone else is super helpful

These guys are great. The staff is so friendly and helpful. My son and I have been there a few times lately and every time it was a pleasant experience. Nice people.

The young man behind the counter was very helpful to direct me, look up another product, and even go & get it from the counter while I waited to pay ! He was friendly, polite & took good care of all of the customers that I witnessed him assisting !

Need some help a couple weeks ago and we in a huge hurry. The store was pretty busy and yet the staff was beyond awesome in helping me get the battery I needed SUPER FAST. Many thanks for valuing my time, Tip of my cap to the whole staff. They have competitive pricing and tons of stuff in stock at the location. Not happy with Service wait 30 minutes for help never can get on the phone. No one answers it. It rings and rings and rings when I go in I’m not welcomed and it takes 10 to 15 minutes to get someone to talk to you. They are not very educated, they need to up their game. I now go to Wilsonville to get my parts.

I came in trying to order new headlight bulbs for my aftermarket headlights. Patrick spent the better half of an hour trying to put back the clip that held the old headlight bulb in. It was NOT easy. I can't thank him enough. He was extremely helpful and worked his butt off making sure everything was put back properly. In the end he was able to identify the bulb I needed and I purchased it. Every once in a while you happen upon a hard worker who makes sure things are done right and Patrick really set the bar. I will absolutely make sure McMinnville Oreily's is the place I recommend to every one I know and the only place I take my business when it comes to car parts. Thank you so very much, Patrick.

They never answer the phone!!! Been trying to reach my local O'Reilly mcminnville for a week! Answer the phone & put people on hold till you can help your customers is the least you can do. Such a waste of space!

I went in today to get a headlight and Patrick was so friendly and put in the headlight for me, it was such a pain for me to get it out, great customer service!!!!

I have been on hold for over 48 minutes. I tried the website first. Entered all the information for my vehicle. Did a search for a fuel filter. It only gave me generic in line filters. I tried several times to no avail. I realize they are short staffed like everyone else and busy being a Saturday afternoon. How long is it acceptable to remain on hold? My suggestion is, fix your website so people can search and order on line. That would be much more convenient. Today, 1 star for extremely poor customer service. Good luck, I am headed up the street. They answered the phone with a 3 minute hold.

I needed to replace the headlight bulbs in my car, and was going to try to do it myself. When buying the bulbs, the manager Ian, who was very polite and smiling and helpful, told me that he would be happy to do it for me. What a generous offer of help! He was willing to do this for me even though it was raining and there were 4 bulbs to be replace. He never complained and besides being happy to do this, wanted me to stay in the car where it was dry. Ian is my hero. It is so nice to experience such excellent customer service with a genuine interest in helping me out. Thanks Ian!! I will be back for sure! p.s. and thanks for the rebate coupon for an additional $15 savings! Awesome!

Patrick was very helpful this evening. Polite, friendly, and skilled. He swapped out my car battery with a smile even though it was stubborn to remove. Will definitely shop here in the future. Thank you Patrick!

This review is of Patrick in particular. It was pouring rain, I had a toddler in tow, my husband was just out of surgery, and I had just been pulled over by the police for a faulty brake light. Needless to say, it was a stressful day, and one where a little kindness would go a long way. Patrick from the McMinnville store really delivered in this regard on that day. He found the light for me, came out and installed it, and greatly entertained my toddler with the “car repair show”. Especially in this pandemic, a little humanity means a lot. I SO appreciated the kind of customer service he provided!

Hi, I recently had my old work truck break down in McMinnville and so I crippled it over to O'Reillys on Oregon W 99 . There was two men working that day, Justin and Patrick. Justin came out and looked at the engine and come to find out the drain plug blew out and all the anti freeze was gone. Time for a tow from my roadside assistance right? This happened around 4 pm. Justin asked us (my 11yr old grandson was with me) to come inside and wait as it was a hot day that day. He brought us chairs and him and Patrick were very nice and understanding. For whatever reasons, the insurance could not find a tow driver. Finally when the shop was closing @9pm I received a call from the tow driver who was on his way from Washington! We didnt make it home till after 11pm. If it hadnt been for the kindness of Justin and Patrick I dont know how we would have made it honestly. I especially want to commend Justin for his concern. He went above and beyond. Whoever does the hiring did a great job putting them on the O'Reillys crew. Thank you! Mary Miller

Pretty small selection of actual parts for cars and trucks in their stocked inventory but the isles have some cool accessories. The people behind the counter are not really interested in vehicles or have much knowledge about them they just type the information into their computer and sell you what pops up which a lot of times is inaccurate

Felt welcome just as I walked in. They where patient with me. An I way a pain changing email and other stuff. He even came out and put on my wipers for me after all that time I killed of his and still smiled and said have a great day with a smile.

Have yet to meet an unfriendly rep. When my $80 thermostat failed in less than two weeks (bought elsewhere), their $13 thermostat has been running without fail for over a year. When my battery died and I only made it on a jumpstart, they let me use their tools to swap in the battery in their parking lot. The store is clean and well organized. Shelves of unique accessories are fun to browse through because you never know what you need or want until you find it.

Patrick had a great attitude and work ethic. Thank you so much for taking the initiative to help me solve my fuse problems. This guy deserves a raise.

This has probably been one of the best stops at a parts store ever. Family trip was held up by bad brake. None of the auto shop could get us in until Monday (this was Saturday). My awesome husband change caliper and rotor in the parking lot with the assistance of O'Reilly's and their tools. Wasnt too long and we were back on the road! Thank you!

They gave me a cool hat. Unfortunately the turn signal relay I bought did not fix the problem and they would not let me return it towards a turn signal switch. Something about no way to test it to see if I damaged it. That was okay, the guy on Amazon dropped his price when I sent him the broken switch and good relay.

Very rude and poor customer service. I don’t know anything about cars and that’s why I came to the auto store so they could tell me what kind of battery I needed and how much and if they could install it for me. The guy with a buzz cut and glasses at the counter was super rude and unprofessional. He could. It be bothered to come look for himself. A week before this visit I came here to buy headlights the kid who sold them to me said he would install them started to and than gave up.

Don't buy any batteries from them. They will only honor the warranty for 1 year. I just found this out because my battery died from having a bad cell. After only 2 years. It was their best highest cost 5-7 year battery life. Not pleased is a understatement.

Awesome service! I was in & out in 10 minutes (and that included the time for them to install my new battery.) Fast, friendly, & knowledgeable. Saved my previously rotten day with their fantastic attitude - thank you!
