I called on the phone to ask if they had a part. The guy that answered just said "hello" did not even confirm the store. he was very slow and seemed like he did not want to work there at all. He asked for my card information for a part I was going to order and I did not trust him with that information at all. Will not be calling this store again very unprofessional and the phone call felt very awkward and ruined my mood.
Amazing customer service and empathetic! I would recommend Nicole and her team to everyone! We live in Arizona and our daughter attends school there. It sometimes feels helpless when a parent isn’t there to help. Nicole went above and beyond to help get our daughter back on the road. Forever Grateful!
All of the staff were very polite and eager to help me when I came in to this location, one employee even wanted me to go ahead of him in like but I insisted he went first because he just got off work. I will ask for his name next time I come in and update this review, but I must also mention Mason Walker was very helpful and informative with answering my questions while I was checking out. A couple other young guys were knowledgeable as well, I'm pretty sure everyone that works here deserves 5 stars. Thank you guys ? it's nice to see professionals with integrity.
Nicole is the best and a total life saver! She went out of her way to make the impossible happen and found me the tool I needed after I spend 20 minutes trying to find something that could work. 11 out 10 customer service!
Isaiah Mendoza was an absolute savior! This talented young man was able to handle the chaos of a busy store while also translating from English to Spanish for me and my client which helped us decipher my clients car issues. I could tell Isaiah really cared and wanted to help as much as he could while also simultaneously taking care of everyone else in the store and the phones. Isaiah even went as far to help us translate over the phone an hour later when I called and he really went above and beyond my expectations. Most auto parts stores just want to make a sale so it was nice to be in an environment where they simply wanted to help.
Complete waste of time, says instock online, get down there and wait a few minutes for the kid to stop talking to his friends im assuming, to finally tell me we're out and the website is almost always wrong!!! I'll take my business elsewhere
Great too see employee's are on the ball and checking customer's out and not wasting my time and checking me out while not stocking or talking bullshit with other customers. Keeping it moving and not wasting my time with talking too employee's friends. Kudos folks that's the way a business is run. THANK YOU!
Don't expect good service here. 3 employees doing NOTHING while one guy is helping a customer. I stood at the counter for at least 5 minutes trying to check out before someone finally came over to run the register. This is my last choice for parts in town.
When I asked for help to have my brake light replaced. I was told "No" "It's a inconvenience."
This 65yr old handicapped lady was floored. Politely replied Thank you. and left.
Had an unfortunate end of my work day, with my car not starting due to a dead battery. I came into the store very stressed about replacing my battery. That stress was quickly relieved by the help and kindness of the store manager Phillip. He gave me all the info I needed and replaced my battery for me, getting me back up and running in no time.
Bought two headlights from them they were the wrong ones they supposedly emailed my receipt never received it. Tried to take them back never opened the boxes or anything. I'm on SSI and I'm almost sixty years old , why couldn't they just look on the computer? I'll never go there again I'll even pay a bit more for the right part and good customer service, sad but they have nether.
I don't normally go here cause. I live a block from competition. but I got some really good deals, and the staff was friendly and helpful. It hasn't always been that way. In the past, nice improvement staff keep it up
Extremely poor treatment of cyclists. Rude manager. I used to go to this store all the time but now avoid it when I can.
Sometimes I am willing to wait several days and pay for for a part to be shipped to a different store then have to deal with being discriminated against here.

Had to come in 3 times in the past two days and was helped by Phil each time, he was super kind and knowledgeable and helped me tons! I’m hoping I won’t need to be back in for a while but I’ll definitely miss the friendly faces!
Came in to get my old battery tested and a replacement. Was serviced by Phillip and he had a lot of patience and made me laugh while I had to look up some warranty information. I was able to get a new free battery under my warranty which saved me a lot of stress. Was an overall very pleasant experience!
This place has a great variety of parts on hand old and new and is usually 10% to 15% cheaper than the Napa next door. Their staff are helpful and friendly with one exception but overall amazing people who do a amazing job. Great selection of accessories stocked in their aisles as well
Good service, the associates are kinda quirky but know what they are doing. We were able to get some awesome wiper blades that were cost effective and have been working well. They were delivered the very next day!
I came to the store yesterday and my car died in the parking lot after I'd gone in. Came back inside and was helped by Rondy and I can't remember her name but they were AMAZING. He made sure to give me a veteran discount, but what was even better was the customer service. I'm a single mom who just moved here, and in a very stressful situation for me they were helpful, showed kindness and patience that is pretty hard to come by these days. Plus it hardly took any time at all! I'll definitely be giving them my business again. Again, thank you both for your help!
Four uniformed clerks were standing around visiting and ignoring us. Another person (not in a uniform) walked up and asked to help us. Very friendly and informative. Appreciated his help. Purchased the item we came for.
Stopped in to get a battery checked. With the store pretty busy the staff still managed to get to us quickly. They were both friendly and knowledgeable, solving our issue and moving on to the next customers. I would return to thus auto zone for sure, simply due to the friendly atmosphere and helpful staff.
Since I worked here in 2015, this place has seriously gone downhill.
What I needed was simple; To pick up an outer tie rod end that my brother had put on hold. Apparently that was not as simple as it should have been.
The employee I was dealing with was new and I didn't expect perfection, however, his supervisor did very little to help him. He cleared the item from hold and had to completely look it up again and I had to assist him through about 70% of the process.
They were also the only employees working at the time which could be due to lack of employee retention or maybe the third person was on lunch.
Either way, make sure you double check your parts and I guess come into this location with some serious patience because it took me twenty minutes instead of about five had I done it myself.
My check engine light came on and I had to swing by as I was passing through town and the girl that works there was really awesome she is the diagnostic test to figure out what direction the problem was coming from and it said the O2 sensor which a lot of people were having problems with recently because of all the smoke and Ash in the air so long story short now that the air is cleared up I just have to replace the air filter. What a huge relief because I was super concerned. The staff here is super friendly and I will definitely stop by again if I'm ever going through town and need anything from them.
