Contacted Allen over email to discuss issues I was having with a recent install from another shop. I expressed the concerns I had and asked questions about the maestro system mod which I was originally told would not work with my 2015 Chevy Silverado. Not only did he answer all my questions but he also gave me a lot of information. When I went into the shop to finish the work that was started by another. The staff were very professional extremely knowledgeable and did the work within a timely manner. They fixed the original issues that were left behind and also gave me a ton of features that I never had before. This is now my go to shop for all audio equipment and highly recommended!

I went there about 20 years ago and it was decent, I often went to a other alarm type places,this time a small guy i was gonna have an alarm intalled refered me to Alan who he was on friend terms which told me about both places character (for compustar t-13) and the new owner is great. I got sincere sales as opposed to the snake saleman type. The old crew was decent this crew is awesome. Also had an interaction that's not alarm related and the store is well natured and motivated ie love their work. Im impressed with the owner Alan, operator and manger PS employees seemed happy too which I only patronize places that treat their workers well

I'm an audiophile with decades of experience with stereo shops. I'm new to Eugene and am glad I found The Stereo Store as they are top notch and took excellent care of me!

The guys there are really good guys, very professional, know what they are doing and very good installers! I will go no where else for my truck but them! The installers there got a very nice Kenwood stereo to work perfect in my truck where the stock stereo was really supposed to be the only stereo to be in my truck! Also the installers installed nice Kenwood speakers in the dash and doors of my truck too, sooooo, I will say now, IT SOUNDS GREAT! 🤘👍 Thank you to all of you at The Stereo Store in Eugene Oregon! ⭐

The staff here consistently go above and beyond. This was my second experience here. They removed my stereo and alarm system when I traded in my vehicle on a new one. Installed my alarm in the new car, and patiently walked me through making my sound system "just right". 10/10 recommend! 😁

I think it's a great store next to my home Would like to visit someday I mean I have but I haven't had no car Encourages me as the nice area there's a nice store next to it Let's open area love the parking Plenty of it I seen in the window it has plenty of selections for Anita Stereo There's plenty of stereos and what not car parts I think Seems like a good Arena The service is great By great I mean they had pretty much a good atmosphere of service they had plenty of resolutions to problems The price of Zimmerly good My overall impression of it all seems to be very much good for downtown My experience was pretty much Good Playing around What I mean by a good playing around I mean it's a nice Cool Store But Just waiting on some money And a car But if I had to upgrade I purchased the stereo from there Mysterio would probably be the best from What I'd say Has plenty of channels that would help And know The channels would enhance my stereo because I would get more Interaction with the news and whatnot Especially music My main takeaway from visiting was Great place to be free Nice colors of the building in fact as well Nest design Nice garage Holdings Yes I hope to find good Employees there I hope to find them polite knowledgeable and Worrying about my car In the best way.

David and Shane have always been great guys to work with. Since high school I’ve been coming here to either get parts or have them design and install a higher caliber system. If there’s an issue it’s always looked at same day and if it’s a quick fix they hop on it same day too or as soon as possible. Good business and good people brings me back.

Such a great audio shop with some great brands to pick from. The staff is super knowledgeable and ready to get your vehicle dialed in and sounding great.

Got a new stereo installed and my truck had some battery issues where it would turn on and off. I brought it back and they fixed it for free, quick and easy. Great service and super helpful staff. 10/10 would recommend!

I've been going to the Stereo Store for my car audio needs at the Eugene location since 2014. Every time I've needed work done we discussed various solutions and requirements within my budget, and I have always been satisfied with the quality of work done. They stand by their work and have been helpful and knowledgeable. If you have car audio needs definitely swing by and have a chat with them.

The town I live in said they couldn’t install a stereo in my car because it was too new. A 2026 Kia Sportage. I called the Eugene Stereo Store and spoke with the owner, Allen. He was super kind and friendly, and told me they could get me taken care of, no problem! After they installed the stereo in my car, I noticed that there was a high-pitched piece to the music that I didn’t like. I called them to ask what could be done, and Allen went over all of the possibilities with me. I drove up there a couple days later, and the guys insisted that they test a couple things before I put more money into it. They fixed it, easy peasy! I have to say, every time I was in contact with them or in person at their store they were so kind, funny, and understanding. I would definitely rate them a 10 out of 5 stars! I am very happy with my stereo and was very happy with the experience. I highly recommend going to them if you want good service and quality stereo equipment/installation.

The team at The Stereo Store! are GREAT. Two classic cars have clean modern sound now thanks to them. Had to get creative with one - and they went above and beyond with custom boxes/kick panels to make it work. Sound is WAY better than my brand new truck. Highly recommend.

They are the best!!!! I have been going to them for almost 10 years and send all of my friends and family to them, they are the real deal. They’re real professionals and care about people! If you buy a stereo from them and something goes wrong 4,5 years later they will still be there to fix it for you and help you in any way they can. They have great financing options and all of my decks, subs, amps, etc. have lasted such a long time. There is not one place I have ever been to that does the quality of installation as the Stereo Store. I have had them do all of my work for years and George does such an amazing job it looks better than those installed at the factory during construction. The balance of sound, the clarity of each note and the perfection of looks sets this business apart from all others. Ive had the pleasure of working with many of the employees here. David, and Aaron (owner) are awesome. They make everything painless and and are very informative/educated when it comes to car audio. This is one of my favorite stores to shop at. Theres numerous financing options as well. I will miss this store when I move out of state in a couple days. Thank you for everything guys!!!

Had a super experience with the staff at the Stereo Store. The owner and his team helped my wife and I get our Subaru upgraded with a new speaker and le wood monitor system. We absolutely love the upgrade and the Subaru now has renewed the travel mojo! Highly recommended for aftermarket upgrades.

These guys were great! they got me in quickly, very nice on the phone and when the first deck I went with was not working well with my steering wheel buttons they got me all changed out with a deck that would. Super happy with the Stereo Store!
