Great new management the mechanics are amazing as well and there also running buck sanitary services and royal flush septic out of there now so if you need porta pots or septic tank pumped out or worked on there the people to go to
This automobile store called action Auto motive was the best in sales and service I have experienced in a number of years I would recommend them to anybody it was fast service reliable and I got a better deal than what I expected I couldn't say more totally satisfied
Horrible service. Says they will call you back and they don't. You call them back the next day they said they will look for the part and call you back and they don't. JOKES

Quiet possibly the worst customer service I’ve ever experienced. I went in to order a part, they found it and said the would order it the next day, gave them my phone number, name and address. Over a week later I still hadn’t heard from them so I called and they said they hadn’t even ordered it. Doesn’t surprise me since she wrote all the information down on a napkin. A week goes by and they finally say it’s been ordered. Another week went by until the part arrived, I went to pick it up and paid in full that day which took me over 15 minutes because the person helping me was way more interested in being on her cell phone than doing her job. A month later I get a bill from them for this part (addressed to the wrong person, super professional), after having a painful conversation with them explaining how we had already paid I think I’m finally done dealing with the horrible business that it Anderson Brothers. Do yourself a favor and go anywhere else, this place is a complete joke and is insanely overpriced.
Anderson brothers trucking parts are one of the most incompetent parts stores you can buy from. I have been both inside their store and have called for help on parts.
Both times I was greeted with aggressive rudeness from the owner Mark. I would not give this guy $.25 of my hard earned money even if he was a panhandler.
I was going to write a review the first time I came in contact with Marc the extremely rude owner but after the second time. It’s a must, he is not only rude but also very incompetent in parts and part numbers.
Yelling at me multiple times that I didn’t know what I was doing and cursing at me about how he needed a certain part numbers. That was not even relevant to the part I needed. Demanding that I crawl under my truck while on the phone. For a tag of numbers that we did NOT need for the part that he could NOT help me with.
He quickly then passed the buck to call,
D and L truck parts which I would recommend any day of the year! I have bought over 3000 dollars worth in parts from D & L!
D and L Truck Parts and Tom the owner are extremely nice and helpful! You can get whatever you need from them!
I would not suggest doing business with these people, unless you like being yelled at and treated very rudely.
Steve Waterman worked on my completely destroyed rear differential and was able to find the best deals and fix my truck within the week. I will definitely be going to Anderson Brothers over any other shop.
The drive line guy there is under the impression he is not replaceable and is rude to customers.. i have been self employed for 8 years and if one of my employees talked to a customer the way he did he would be walking down the road.
Mark Anderson and his crew are a dedicated truck parts and repair service specialist. 99% of the time they have the parts that I need and they've been so kind as to open up in the middle of the night to get my truck parts so I can be ready for tomorrows schedule. Not your ordinary business for.sure. He spent an hour after closing due to the line of customers making sure everybody had what they needed before the family locked up. They Definately have an excellent Supply of new, used, or reconditioned truck parts from most major brands, and maybe a few special or not made in the USA hard to get ones at a price that's right for your budget

Very friendly staff. They will take the time to understand your project and explain different options. The store has many items that are hard to find around here.
Very helpful. I spoke with Mark in the yard and he did his best to find me a hard to find part for an Isuzu box van. After much digging they finally found what I needed. Great experience!
