Quick and efficient. Asked for all the ownership information even though he was called to our house. Came within the time quoted over the phone and again was quick and efficient.
I used roadside assistance so I can't speak to pricing, but the service is definitely worth all five stars! They arrived within 20 minutes of my call to insurance, texted a tracking link, called with ETA update, and even gave us a ride home as it was within a mile from where we broke down. And the service was top tier! Friendly, professional, knowledgeable staff that go above and beyond to ensure an excellent customer care experience throughout.
Kevin was extremely helpful, patient, and kind. Anyone stranded in a frustrating moment would be lucky to have Kevin come to the rescue. He clearly cared about providing the best service he could, and his spirit alone brightened my crummy day.
Very helpful driver. I have arthritis in my hands and this gentleman helped bring cat litter and food to my door after unlocking my vehicle. He was pleasant and efficient. Hopefully I won't need further service from you, but if I do, I will certainly call you again and refer others to use your company.
Driver was amazing!!! Not only did he climb under my truck in gravel to manually put it neutral when my linkage cable broke but then climbed back under to take pictures to make sure I knew the problem before taking it to the shop. Great service and much appreciated!
Scheduled a tow to get my vehicle to the shop. Driver arrived about an hour after the scheduled time. Driver and assistant were very friendly and professional. Price was the same as quote given when tow was scheduled. Overall, I would use this company again.

My power steering pulley shattered on i-5 and of course everything is operated by one belt so I didn't make it very far. I called puddle jumper towing and being it was in the middle of the day on Friday they were there less than 2 hours. The young man that helped me was pretty cool ,he had it loaded and headed to my house in less then 15 mins and the price was very reasonable. anyone I come across,this is the one and only tow company I will recommend to them.
in a very stressful situation (broke down along I5 with the family) these guys showed up in an extremely professional matter and got us off the interstate and where we needed. The driver was very good at his job and really surprised me with his ability to maneuver a camper and pickup behind his tow truck. Highly recommend these guys!
A real professional outfit. My driver Nate showed up early and was polite, friendly, and thorough. He showed attention to detail while hooking up to my RV - which is also my home - explaining what he was doing and answering questions all along. During the tow he was attentive and stopped to check the rigging, though it needed no adjustment at all. He had it locked down real solid.
He also drove carefully which I was grateful for - I’ve gotten tows from some total cowboys before and found all my stuff inside the rig thoroughly tossed from the ride. This time everything was right where I had left it though!
I had a really good experience with puddle jumper towing. Nate was quick to help and super nice. I was worried I wasn’t going to be able to use a tow truck due to it being parked in a packed parking lot, but he reassured me and did a great job! Quick response and very helpful. Gave estimate before arriving. I slipped into some mud and was not able to get out of it. They helped make a frustrating situation much more tolerable.

My son was in a remote location locked out of his truck and could only send me his coordinates, due to signal issues. I’m located in Michigan and was referred to Puddle Jumper Car Towing. I explained my situation and Anthony was extremely helpful. So much so that when the coordinates didn’t match, he reached back out to me while his driver was looking for my son. We worked together. Via text to try to locate him. The driver located him once he was in the vicinity and honking his horn. I’m so grateful for the team and all their efforts to go above and beyond to help someone in their time and need! We needed two cars pulled out of a very uneasy situation. They were parked for years in a very small narrow garage. It took some time and a lot of patience, but the old cars were pulled out without damage to the garage or to the cars. They were transported to their new homes without incident. This Never would have happened without the knowledge and patience of NATE! I would recommend him to everyone I know. Call him, you'll be in great hands. He's awesome

Puddle Jumpers helped me move a 20’ shipping container for a long haul and they were great! They were informative and helped come up with the best solution for a tricky cargo load. Would highly recommend them!
These guys were amazing they were fast and efficient. My grandfather got ran off the road about a week ago and we called around but Puddle Jumper was the only ones with a decent ETA and resonable price, they got there quick and pulled him right out of the ditch with absolutely no additional damage. The tow driver was very respectful and clean and the tow truck was very clean as well

Anthony helped out tremendously, got the insurance to cover the majority of the recovery of the vehicle, with only liability insurance. They only charged a couple hundred for storage and the title which was fine with me compared to the price of the tow bill. I would recommend them for any recovery of a vehicle within a waterway. The prices might be high but they know how to go about getting insurance to cover most of the cost and they know the laws that insurance companies must to follow.
No one likes it when they need to get a damaged trailer across town. But when our 28’ travel trailer needed hauling (wheel hub issue), Puddle Jumper took all the right precautions to get our trailer where it needed to go SAFELY. When the owner of the company’s comes out to survey the situation and make the right call, you know you are in good hands.
