I was in a pinch, time crunch for sure, it's Monday and we're heading camping on Wednesday. The wife is unaware of our dilemma, hot water heaters not working. This is the go to place in western Oregon to get RV parts often not even in stock anywhere in the PDX area. Handy having them local and if you RV around the northwest working like I do 1 day shipping to PDX area and 1-2 days shipping most of Ore & Wash. The ladies in here are super helpful and polite and have a great sense of humor ( don’t bring up the “double bagger in college” or “coyote ugly” when you bring in an old worn out ugly part trying to match it up…..unless you want a laugh). We have a 2006 Beaver Patriot Thunder and our Sealand 3010 toilet control panel stopped working. Northwest shipped a new one out the same day. Our toilet is working again, when we were told by a few RV places to buy a new one. (To my fellow Canadians, use postal shipping not UPS, the added fees were insane.) Pleased with service. TY

About a year ago a friend over-tightened to close one of our frameless windows in our Jayco Whitehawk. Popped the operator arms out of the track, and then it got bent while trying to fix at the campsite. Taped it up to get home, and then spaced getting it repaired. We have a long trip ahead, so we measured and ordered online (on a holiday Monday) a large replacement operator from NW RV Supply. I did just the cheap option for shipping, hoping with us both being in Oregon it would show up by end of the next week at the latest. We got a confirmation on shipping first thing the next morning-Tuesday, and it was at our door same week-Thursday. Highly recommend!

Obviously the owner did not understand the one star from my wife. The manager was very rude to my wife instead of trying explain their policy and helping her to understand. It’s not the money, I promise. It’s the customer service. She was not treated with respect.

I would give 0 stars if it were possible. My family needed a $4 part to fix our heater in the cold weather. I placed the order on 11/22 during business hours and then called the office to explain our situation and gave my number to contact me if there were any issues. I paid over $20 for expedited shipping. It is now 11/25 and the part is not scheduled to arrive until 11/28. We are leaving this location tomorrow. All the company had to do was contact me before shipping and let me know what was happening. I would have been happy to change shipping address or pay more for faster shipping - something, anything! But, now money is down the drain, my family is still freezing at night, and I have to order the part all over again - certainly from someone else. Very poor customer service and business practices.

We called on the phone to make sure they would be open. We got there 1 hour before the guy said they closed that day. They were closed. I guess they decide to close early whenever they feel like it. So be aware that no matter what time they say they will close its no guarantee. We traveled an hour and 15 minutes one way to get the part we needed to have basic heat for our motorhome. I will never go back and don't recommend it to anyone else. Go with the big corporate guys. At least they are reliable. We went to Camping World instead.

One of the only RV parts places in Eugene Springfield area. Bought several items off the floor, I’ve never had to special order. I do agree with the customer service. Hopefully that was cleared up but she really didn’t like people. I had a brief run in while trying to purchase with her, so I know what others are saying. If you get the right person, they certainly have the right prices. Give them a shot. I will continue to use them.

So I ordered some Atwood window latches they sent them right away that was all good but they are wrong, so I called them to send them back for over two hours no one would answer the phone I left a message no call back, so when it became 2 1/2 hrs I called again finally got someone he told me he had to get with his manger and she would call me back 6 freaking hours later no call back the way I see I was in line to be helped way before all those other people that they helped called again the guy told me he would take care of it and hung up on me so I got no return authorization no call back no service at all why does the manger have to talk to me what's the point in other workers if they can't do the job I will never deal with this place again guess I'm stuck with parts that I can't use. Screw this place never been treated like this ever in my life. So here it is Monday half the day gone still no freaking call back from this place they just want to drag this out passed the return window date this is not how you run a business I'm going to report them to the Better Business Bureau.

Needed a part for my classic airstream. All the places on the east coast had it, crazy prices, and ridiculous shipping. Nortwest had the part, not only the best price, $4 shipping, which is what it actually cost, ordered late afternoon Friday, shipped on SATURDAY!, I know sounds crazy, and had my part in hand on wednesday! And I live in NY! Thanks Northwest RV for a job well done!

Ordered a tank on June 23, it is now July 7th, still no tank, called yesterday and was told it was drop shipped and they would call me back at end of day, no email, no call, no tracking, no tank. This is not how to handle customers ordering several hundred dollar parts. I will not be doing further business with them

ON-LINE ORDER: Wow! These people did good! The parts I ordered were simple little fan motor covers. However, I live in Alaska and everyone uses our remoteness as an excuse for slow shipping. Not this place. I ordered Friday and it was at my house, Monday.. Not saying I expect that every time, but none the less it happened... AND good quality parts, exactly as described! Thank you NW RV. You will be getting more business, from me!

I went in there looking for a simple pin to replace the one lost on my anti-sway bar, and the manager was incredibly accommodating...for a pin. The rest of the sales crew were great...super helpful...funny, even. If only these folks were in Seattle. We have basically one place in Seattle, and they are rude, condescending, and know they have you over a barrel if you need something quickly, so customer service is the last of their concerns. Northwest RV Supply was quite the opposite!

I was so impressed with how good Joe was at helping me with my sewer pipe that I broke. Didn't have the part, special ordered it. I question other folks who say bad service, being in the service businesses for almost 50 years, all I will say is you get back what you put out.

Went today to open a commercial account. Waited 10minuites for them to open as I showed up early. Walked in at 9:02am with everything unlocked and was rudely greated by someone who asked, "couldnt wait until we were open huh?" I will kindly take my commercial account elsewhere thank you.

Great customer service, fantastic about locating and ordering a new door latch assembly for my 1979 rv. I know it was a long wait to get the new latch but I'm so very happy they were able to locate someone to get it through. I highly recommend them and am glad they were able to help us get a new latch.

Great little place, was very busy, owner Joe bought our new RV recliner chairs because we bought different ones....great people, highly recommend!!

Noticed an access panel disappeared in transit. Stopped by here on way through Creswell to see if they had a replacement we could get real quick. They did not have exactly what we needed so they called another shop to see if they had it. They did. Told us how to get there. Great service! Looking out for the customer. If you are in the area and need parts, this is the place to go!

One of 2 good RV parts stores in the area with knowledgeable staff, extensive inventory and good prices. Having visited most of the parts stores over the years, these guys are one of the best options. It's an interesting place to browse but if u want in and out quickly just go to the desk and they will find whatever you need. If they don't have it they will get it quick.
