I had more unexpected car trouble today, I was in Veneta and my phone wasn't working well.. But through the patience of AE's Dispatch and driver named Manny, everything came together and made a bad situation as good as possible! It was so killer how Manny communicated with me even before he was there, and showed up quickly and then helped get my car in a position to be put on the truck and all the while Directed the traffic that was way more than I expected on Huston street. His good attitude and confident professionalism really made it just easy. I was so grateful. He helped me know the details that needed to be paid attention to in order to get me out of there without any difficulties. And I just got to relax in his truck on the way to my mechanics and enjoy it. It was a great experience for such a bad situation. Arrived just in time, as the County Parking girl was just about to call to get our vehicle towed. Fast service. 5 minutes later and it would have been too late. Most appreciated.
If ever needing a tow again, I will definitely call AE Towing, specifically Raul. He was very professional from start to finish. He waited for us sisters to figure out the best solution and reassured us we’d be fine. His truck was very clean, made sure the cab was comfortable for the ride home and was a delight to visit with. The driver name Raul came in ready to work no questions asked my car was on lowering springs and it was challenging but his hard work made it so easy and you guys are lucky to have him in the team car came out with no scratches he knew what to do and stay on task and wasn’t complaining at all thanks to him my car was able to get to my destination

From the beginning of my need of assistance AE Towing was very helpful and arrived at my home in a timely manner. Manny from the very beginning was very helpful and had me on the road very quickly. Towing: Service was excellent from first call to confirm request to the driver who picked up the vehicle. Pick up was a disabled Tesla, in a yard parking area off an alley. The Tow truck driver was professional, maneuvered the tow truck easily in a tight alley.
This was part of a warranty service issue. Don’t know the price so will answer Not sure.

John was awesome (this company knows this already). Called right away to give me a time frame, called back about half way to the expected time to give me an update and arrived when expected all along. He was very efficient at getting the truck hooked up and ready. Everything went smoothly. This was a heavy truck tow due to mechanical failure.

Amazing! They showed up twenty minutes earlier than scheduled, and treating my car like it was a precious thing looked like second nature to the tow guy. I was so impressed. They made a stressful breakdown miles from home feel like a pleasant side trip. I will never use any other tow company.
I was at Walmart ready to go home when all of sudden my vehicle would not start…called my insurance provider and requested a tow truck service to either give a jump start or tow me to the mechanic shop… the tow service arrived within the time they gave me. A polite, clean and professional individual proceeded to assist me with my dilemma. Mike texted to let me know what time he would arrive and he was right on time with his tow truck. He was professional and polite so I felt safe giving him the key to my car. He worked carefully but quickly in loading my car and towing it to the garage. I was very pleased with the service and will gladly recommend them to others.
AE arrived quickly, their prices a very reasonable, and everyone I talked with was super friendly and informative. Plus, the tow truck operator was very helpful with securing my loose parts, was happy to answer my questions, and very accommodating with how my car was placed at my home.

A&E was chosen by the warranty company of my nearly-new all-electric vehicle. They responded faster than expected and while they started with the wrong type of vehicle for the job, they rectified it and towed the vehicle to the dealer.
Nice and communicative people that understood some timeframe issues and responded to them accordingly.
I would use them again and can recommend them to you—even if your job is not a run-of-the-mill tow.
Other than the fact that I booked through my insurance roadside assistance which took much longer than if I had called directly I’m sure. But it was a great experience! My car was very well secured and I felt comfortable and at ease because of how kind and professional the guy who helped me was. Would definitely use your service again, thank you!
AE Towing has come to the rescue twice for our 34' Monaco Dynasty Class A Motorhome. Coachnet arranged the tow each time, but the 2nd time we actually requested AE Towing if another closer vendor couldn't be arranged. Our luck, AE was available both times! 1st tow was on a Sunday evening and 86 miles and 2nd tow on a Wednesday afternoon and about 20 miles. Dispatch is extremely polite and prompt, drivers are well educated & professional. They answered our numerous questions patiently. Top notch service. We were not a bit worried about our 29,500 lb coach in their capable hands. They got us to the shops we needed and saved the day both times. If we need a tow again in the Eugene/Salem, OR and surrounding area, AE Towing is our preferred go to!
Quick arrival through insurance. They called to let me know an approximate time for arrival. Driver called 20 min out. Nice guy, he loaded my car quickly and his truck was clean. Rode with him to the shop. Quick unload.
AE was fantastic. My call was answered with professionalism & then communicatied proactively throughout. They showed up when they said they would and got our car to the shop first thing in the morning so work could begin when they opened.

Between the dispatch to the driver that came out to help, it was a very positive and professional experience. The truck was to me within 30 minutes and the whole ordeal (even with it be dropped at a dealership) only took about an hour. I am very impressed and will recommend them anytime.
AE Towing was awesome - called me within 10 minutes of me filling out the request with my insurance provider on the easy online tool. Said it would take 30-60 minutes for the truck to arrive, but the driver, Brett, called me about 10 minutes later and was already on his way! The overall load up took about 20 minutes at the most, and Brett hauled me out of a grocery store parking lot with ease. Lifted my car straight up with no need to haul it on its own wheels, thanks to the clever towing equipment. Thanks for making a tough situation so much easier!

job done. My situation was atypical and required finesse to ensure the vehicle was not damaged. There was also a wasp's nest right next to the car. He worked quickly and efficiently to solve the issue and get me driving again. AE Towing is lucky to have an employee like Fernando!
My car’s engine blowed out all oil because I did not cap it well. It’s stuck at 9:40am. So I called the towing. About 11:00am the tow truck came. The driver was really friendly. I’d say it is very fast to get the service. Thank you.
AE Towing did not disappoint! They were dispatched through a roadside assistance option on my cell service. I received accurate updates on their ETA, which I appreciated, because the cell benefit updates was incorrect. I was able to connect with their live disoatch agent who verified that their info could be counted on.
Francois arrived with a flatbed, he took pictures at every stage, including the drop off location. Professional through and through.
My benefit only covered a ten mile tow, and it was less than $5 for the additional mile.

Bo did a great job moving my motorcycle after we nearly wrecked from a loose axle nut. He was very careful not to drop it and also took extra care to make sure the straps were not going to rub anywhere that would damage the bike. Great job!
We were in a rental car on a road trip and got a flat tire about 30 minutes South of Eugene. I had my wife and 3 children under 10.
Francois showed up very quickly and was very empathetic, helpful, and professional. He loaded the vehicle and went the extra mile by waiting for me after the first Uber that showed up didn't have enough space/seating. His priority was definitely keeping us safe.
I ended up riding with him into Eugene. Francois was awesome and I would highly recommend AE Towing.
On a Sunday on Memorial Day weekend I needed my motorcycle towed roughly 65 miles back home. The truck took a bit to get there, but the truck was clean, the driver was clean, he took his time to carefully make sure that my bike was secured and would make trek safely. He did just that. He was very respectful of my Harley. Thank you!
