AAA dispatched a plus towing out to me for a lockout. Herman did a fantastic job. He was personable and respectable of my property and got me in quickly. Very pleased with this company and I would highly recommend them and Herman did fantastic

My truck was recently stolen in Portland and recovered in the Eugene area, A+ Towing were the ones who handled the rest! They literally just dropped our truck to us 20 minutes ago!
Herman was our EPIC tow operator today, for the delivery of our 4Runner. He seamlessly got it home safely and even showed me how to recharge my battery properly so I was be able to save money and avoid a trip to the mechanic’s. I wish there were more Herman’s out there, because he was just a joy to interact with, so personable, knowledgeable and friendly! Herman was by far the highlight of an entirely crap situation and left us feeling confident-THANKS HERMAN-you’re the man!

Herman was a lifesaver today, if it wasn't for his expertise, help, and going the extra mile,I don't know what I would've done. I got into a horrible wreck, totaled my car (everyone was okay, just minor scrapes here and there, thank god). Herman explained to me what would be the most cost effective way to move forward, helped get the totaled car backed into our cramped driveway, and was all around very friendly and personable. I'm very grateful we had someone who knew what they were doing both on scene, getting it into the driveway, and helped the way he helped! Thanks again Herman, you were awesome!!

Lightning fast arrival and excellent service. Our driver was a miracle worker, Michael knew exactly what was wrong with our Honda and took us exactly where we needed to be to help us fix it and get back on the road again.
What could've been a long and exhausting trial was solved in moments thanks to these guys, you can trust them.

I couldn’t be more grateful for Zack that just towed me at 1:30 AM this morning. He was incredibly kind the whole trip. Got me loaded and home in about 30 minutes. First thing he did was make me laugh and get me off the road and sitting safe in his truck while he got my vehicle loaded!
Not the first company I called due to others being closer to my location BUT it will be now. One place wanted to charge me 300$ because it was “after hours” except their page said open 24hours.
Happy to support a company that takes care of their customers while also being a profitable business.

Thank goodness for John! Our car was totaled over the weekend, and we came to the lot to empty it out. John was extremely kind and helpful, even grabbing some tools to help us get our tags off, (they weren’t easy to get off). Car accidents and losing a vehicle, even if everyone is ok, are difficult times. Having a friendly and helpful person in the midst of it all made such a huge difference. Thanks so much!

It may have been a simple tire change but I was nervous and Billy took the time to explain what he was doing and offer advice and assistance. I really feel he went the extra mile for me. Great towing experience! The driver, Herman, was fantastic and a real bright spot in an otherwise terrible day (particularly the exploding tire bit). Good response time, kind and friendly guy, excellent service, and the best grill on any tow truck I've ever seen! Ask for Herman!
A + Towing - They are awesome folks one of my drivers broke down in Eugene Oregon. I googled tow companies in the geographical area and called several tow companies. The quoted fees were all over the board and I’m not one to be taken advantage of even when in a vulnerable situation! I reached out to A+Towing and Christine answered the call, I knew right away I had called the right company. She was professional and empathetic to our situation sitting on the side of the road in a not so safe spot. She quoted me very reasonable rates and dispatched two trucks immediately to tow my truck to the dealership for repairs and my 53 foot step deck trailer to their lot to store it until the truck repairs were completed. The rescue drivers were professional and proficient as well took my driver to a hotel. I don’t know the owner or the driver’s names but can tell you they are a class act. I’ve had many trucks towed in for repairs over the years some good experience’s and some nightmares. I can tell you this was one of the best Tow companies I’ve personally had dealings with. Believe me when I say there are some rogue tow companies out there waiting on there next victim A + Towing isn’t in that category.

Jason towed my lowered bmw and did a fantastic job. Not a single scrape or scratch and he took his time getting it on the trailer. The car was new to me and I didn’t have a tow hook with me but thankfully Jason was prepared and had the right one. I’d 100% recommend and use their service again for towing any car.
I have to give big props to Herman the tow truck driver. I broke down on I 5 and he came to our rescue through Triple A. He was the most courteous professional. And I don't think I've ever had anybody take the time to send a picture and video to verify that my car got to the place that it needed to be. I would most definitely highly recommend working with this company and if you can ask for Herman. Absolutely awesome experience with this tow truck and driver.
