USE ANYONE BUT THIS PLACE!!! OVER CHARGING ABOVE THE STATE LAW. IM REPORTING THEM. I had a truck towed by the police department. The courts didn't release it for 9 months. Meanwhile it sat at this places yard and still does as of right now. The owner of the place is very short with you. He has yelled at me more than once and hung up the phone. Totally unprovoked. I offered to sign the title to the vehichle over to him for the fees as long as he lets me get my stuff out. The vehicle was worth more than the fees even. He agreed and I went with the title to sign it over to him and he wanted me to sit and sign the title before I got my stuff out. I said no and he became extremely hostile immediately. I turned to leave and re ran after me saying I'm going to kill you. He then grabbed me around my next and started choking me. I was able to finally get away from him as he is way bigger than I am. A friend that was with me witnessed this and called the police. I had marks around my neck and scratches from his fingernails. Police came and refused to even make a report let alone charge him for assault, felonious assault, strangulation like they should have. There were several witnesses even. Why? Sandusky police use him for tows and he is in bed with them. Anyone else would have been arrested and charged for this. The owner is a ticking time bomb and seriously a danger to the public. All of this was unprovoked and he is going to seriously hurt or kill someone one day. I would push my car home before I'd ever call this place to tow anything.

Absolutely terrible that police officers really use this pathetic excuse for a company.. Witnessed this company damage a vehicle they were called to tow due to a traffic violation, trespassed on my personal property just to yell profanity’s at my husband who was only trying to help a young mother and her children.. this had nothing to do with him or his ability to proceed with his JOB.
Screaming in front of young children.. because he has to do his JOB..

This is hands down the worst towing experience I’ve ever had. The customer service was absolutely unacceptable—rude, dismissive, and completely unhelpful. To make matters worse, my vehicle was damaged while in their care, and they took zero accountability for it.
Instead of offering any kind of support or resolution, they doubled down on their attitude and basically acted like I was the problem. I trusted them to handle my car, and they treated it like trash. This place operates with no professionalism, no integrity, and no respect for customers.
Avoid at all costs unless you want to deal with a nightmare. I’m filing a formal complaint and looking into legal options because this is beyond unacceptable.
Don’t ever use this place I had my car towed Buy a sheriff they towed in 10 minutes away to the towing shop and charged me 260 for the tow plus 30 a day over the weekend they were closed on weekend and told me it would be over 500 to get it out
If I could I would give no stars. They differently are on the sheriffs payroll. And the fact they wanted cash only no card. Don’t ever deal with this company if they didn’t tow my car here I wouldn’t have.
Please use caution with this company...I used the branch in Wooster, Ohio. The trooper got this company out when I had an accident. The tower told me that if they take it to a shop, I would have to pay out of pocket and it's really hard to get the money back from insurance. With that persuasive "line," I allowed them to take it to their compound not knowing that 10-12 days later my bill would be about $1,500. I had left it in their compound until I heard from my insurance on whether the car was totaled. I'm sure TnT is just trying to make a living, but be aware, that they don't tell you their expenses up front. And if you've never used a towing company before or had an accident, you might not be aware of the cost of storage etc. It would be really nice if they told you their prices up front instead of taking advantage of people who are unaware. Always ask for the prices when you get out of towing company and what they charge for storage, etc. It may even make a difference on whether your insurance considers your car totaled or not once they add that huge towing bill on top of repairs. THIS IS THE WORST TOWING SERVICE COMPANY!! The guy who came to tow my car said he couldn’t turn my car on and couldn’t put up my windows so they charged me more. I gave him two keys and he only tried the one key and didn’t try the other one. I was at the scene and he didn’t ask me or anything and just charged me extra! And later he told me my car does start and that it was our mistake for not tell him about the keys? They did not refund me the extra money they charged me for it! And also they charged me almost $400 for like 5 miles!! Like what a ripoff!!! Don’t ever let a cop call this towing Company!! Cause they are just money hungry monsters!! Really bad customer service too and whenever we ask, all they said was “ I don’t know “ like come on people this is your job! Money don’t come easily people have to work hard for it and they just gonna take people’s money just like that. This deserve 0 stars but I had to write this review so here is a one 1 star for that.
Had a accident and the cops called them for me and I got ripped off of almost 400$ for just 2 days and 5 miles of driving and they made me pay more because they didn’t know how to start the car and we had to pay a whole lot more. Never ever come here they are money hungry and would do anything just to get more money off of you
Worst experience ever! Doesn’t even deserve a star! Nasty money hungry cold hearted monsters! Seriously Robbed us! Word of advice don’t let a cop or anyone ever call this company!
