Great job guys!! Had air compressor dryer freeze up plus a leaking air bag on my 2016 freitliner. Had to tow me a few miles but fixed the problems and had me on my way. Really appreciate it garrett!!

I have called ED today because my truck DPF filter went out! Candice answered the phone and she was very helpful by setting up a mobile mechanic, the mechanic showed up within good time and scanner the truck, after that he realize the truck were going to have to be towed, contacted Candice back and she setup everything. PATRICK showed up and did a great job by getting us to the international dealership. I highly recommend their services for they customer service anr friendly attitude.
After experiencing an axel failure on my travel trailer, Ed’s 24 hour service responded with a very knowledgeable and efficient service driver (i regret not getting his name) that helped me get the RV to the repair shop. Robert, the service manager and Pete, one of ED’s tow truck drivers were easy and pleasant to work with. Robert was really helpful and accommodating in arranging the repairs to my travel trailer while Pete was great in helpfulness and attitude after repairs were completed. We got a flat tire on a Sunday evening. Everyone we interacted with was incredibly helpful. Phil came and helped us get the spare on. Very friendly and kind. Would highly recommend.

Save your time and money. This service ripped me off by $161 for repairing one tire on my trailer to patching it. The standard price for such a service is $50-60, and this is pure robbery.👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎
When my coolant line burst on 15 East, they were quick to get me a tow. The driver was fast and efficient with hook up and drop off. I will definitely use them again if the need arises.
Save yourself time and money. Brought an international LT in here for a derate issue. They use Bosch for their scanners and was completely useless. Charged us $150 for about 30 minutes of doing nothing. Also they do not take payment over the phone. They email you a document where you need to send pictures of front and back of credit card and drivers license. This is how information gets stolen.
Save yourself time and bring your equipment elsewhere. Ive had loves and T/A do better work for less.
Excellent service, I am a truck driver. I was broke down in Uppersandusky Ohio. Joseph from edge 24 hour service got me back on the road and no time at all after he diagnosed the problem took care of it right away. Excellent service excellent mechanic.

it happened to me charge unfair price truck has been towed again to the dealer just finished with in 3 hours, so tow your truck to other repiar shop otherwise they will cost you a lot of money,

min away from the Ed's service took 2 hours to complete the tire change this place is a rip off I will not recommend no one to use this place.

Called for road side service for flat tire, they put me on hold immediately. I waited 20 minutes, hung up and called back but now nobody would answer.
Based off the other reviews on here I'd say they did me a favor by not taking my call.
I was charged nearly $400 to tow my car 10 feet out of the field. We drove it home ourselves. Major over charge. Waited for him for 45 minutes. He said he had to come from Marion and we were charged for that trip. He said he is paid by the hour but he worked for 5 minutes.
These guys are scammers. I had a truck and trailer heading to North Canada with a load of moose. I had a flat and called these guys. They came out and was talking with the guy for a bit and was telling him how there's very good money in the moose that I was dealing in. And then he charged me 1,400 for changing a flat. AFTER HE REALIZED I WAS MAKING GOOD MONEY

Tow truck driver was courteous and careful in loading the vehicle on the flatbed. He was knowledgeable about local repair shops and gave options. I was satisfied with the shop he recommended.

PURE SCAM!!!!. Stay away from them. Called them to come and see which hose was bad they said they will find out. Calling me 30 min later that he poured the oil into my engine to find out where the leak going on, without asking me if it is ok. Then mechanic saying that this truck need more work and cannot be fixed on the side of the road. They offered me $850 for 24 miles tow to their shop and they could not do it for at least 1 week, for their 30 min of work they charged me $753, travel time 1hr back and forth. I called around and got another towing company, Minich Truck Repair. He found out that only hose had to be replaced which was less than $50 for the part, with his travel time, work, and parts together cost me less than $400 - Got the best customer service from them. Use ONLY Minich Truck repair in Alger, OH in this area, you wont regret it. And stay away from this scamers. Bunch of thieves.

Big BS, couldn't get a radiator hose to be replaced, so they suggested to tow our truck to their shop. Question is why? So they can make in thousands. Please don't call them
i have used Ed's numerous time for road service and towing. The service has always good and in a timely manner. prices are as good as anyone else in the industry.
Delivered my Honda to the Buick dealer by mistake claiming in error that he had the right address. Honda dealer was across the street with a very big sign.
Happy with my experience. They were timely and helpful. Also gave us a discount when a misunderstanding happened. I would strongly recommend using these guys.
Called in for a wench out. Got told one price by the lady who took the info. Boss and co-worker show up telling me a higher price for it. And refused to get me out unless I paid the higher. A 10min job for what they changed. He could of sucked it up and went with the lower price since it was like 2 miles from where they are located.
The worse company I dealt with. 2 hours waiting and no show then called back and they didn't dispatch yet. The employee lieing directly to her boss saying she didn't took the info. While I repeated the info twice to her.
