I am a senior citizen on a tight budget and took my car there for a repair. They totally took advantage of me by quoting the repair price out the door and then when I actually got the bill it was $800 more than what they told me, and my car had damage that they caused but wouldn’t own up to it of course. I would not recommend taking your vehicle to this place. I got scammed and totally taken advantage of. Still don’t know how I’m going to pay for it because of the dishonesty involved.
Jim and Dave are the best two guys to go to! I've known them a very long time and they are always willing to help. I needed my tires checked and Dave was so nice to check and fill them for me. Best place hands down!
Loved it. Went to get a tail light. It was ready when I got there, and the kind young man even installed it for me. Loved it. Would highly recommend this place.
Back in the 2000's my vehicle fleet was 8 to 10 years old and needed auto repairs at times and went to Jim's to get parts that were available from other cars great experience. When dealing with this establishment back then he always seemed to put the customer first and went the extra mile.
Haven't had the need to go back and have any service or parts as my fleet of vehicles has gotten newer.
Had a issue recently with a engine problem contacted Jim the new exactly the fix and quoted price could get me in right away. Took the vehicle over and he repaired the vehicle in a timely manner went the extra mile and installed Factory parts. When questioning him about issues with this type of engine he was more than eager to help explain preventative measures to keep the car running for a very long time.
He seems to be a very hard worker which is rare. And still seems to put the customers first. I paid for my purchase and gave him a tip just because he cares. Thanks Bud.

The people there were more than willing to help me, they found the part for me brought it up to the front and was waiting on me to get there to look at it.
Was told they would sell me a part over the phone. After going there they wouldn't sell me the part because it was on "too good" of a door. Waste of time. Everyone should take the advice they gave me "go check somewhere else".

I called about a transmission and within a day they had it pulled, ready for pickup and even offered to help load it in my vehicle. You can't beat that
This place is very helpful I was able to get a tire besides that I needed as being here and Sandusky every tire place I went to they didn't have my tire size they had to order it and I called them and they had it and I was able to come get it and I was able to get my tire
Great customer service, didn't have the part I needed, but he got on his HOT LINE and found it at his competitor. That's the kind of business I will go to first. Thanks for all your help!
Honest, good, crew of guys. My son blew out his front tire and pulled the truck in their lot and they did everything to try and help. Although they only had spare tires, we were allowed to take off the tire and go to another auto parts store to fix it. God bless them
I blew up my engine in the winter and they were the only ones who could replace my entire engine for cheap with very few miles. I lived 45 minutes away and they kept me updated the whole time. I would recommend them to anyone. Friendly staff and great service every time
