Awful, awful place!! I communicate with DOUG through emails. Knew I was very interested in a truck. Found out they are only open M-F 9-5 (which I work) took off a half day drive 2hrs only for him to say he couldn’t help me even though they have in house financing. I have good credit but, the vehicle is too old for a regular loans. Offer more than half down and still would not finance me even though they have in house financing!! Because I lived to far away. He was also mad we were there late in the day and didn’t want to be bothered!! Ran my credit report for no reason and instead of waiting on his CU for Answer If they could finance and dropped my credit score by 16 points just to tell me what I already knew it was to old! This place is a joke!
We drove 60 miles to check out a Gator. Online ad said it ran " as it should". We got there and it would not idle. They took it to the shop and worked on it a while. They got it to idle at a high speed, but it wouldn't go into gear unless you you held up on gas pedal. Shop staff was friendly and tried to help out. We chose not to buy it.
I brought my van about close 5 years now and I have it runs good I really like this dealership and I am about due for another car and I will be going back Good people 😊
Purchased my second car from WMS , remember when you could get a nice vehicle for a fair price and it was reliable. Here's the place ! Purchased 2 vehicles from WMS and its been a great experience. Both purchased as is , knowing the mileage, make , used conditions and you feel confident in your judgement . Foolish as some think . I test drove neither. Trustworthy, fair price, no stress or hassle . Easy down payment , perfect monthly payment which is great on the wallet . Service dept took care of an issue on my 280 k 18 yr old vehicle . Sold the z Camaro ( mid age crisis car ) and currently enjoying my focus, great mileage and granddaughter loves to shift gears . Best part . Have always detailed my own vehicles and was somewhat embarrassed at the condition of my F-150, 5 year old truck, as I have been remiss in the upkeep.
