Called them same day for a service of a starter replacement on a 2013 Honda Accord 4cylinder automatic, and they got me in and got it done within the work day! Would super cheap, tow was cheap too, would recommend them to anyone.

My breaks went out and I was freaking out! I called Wilson’s towing, they sent Bryant out right away. Super nice guy, made me feel so comfortable, calmed me down. TJ figured out the issues changed the master cylinder and rebuilt my braided lines from scratch! The manufacturer stopped making that part. I got nervous because I know nothing about cars and I asked Micah, Do you think he can do it?” His response “100%, he’s a master!” I got my car back in a couple days. Wilson’s towing rocks!!! I bought a new to me car, was taking it on our family’s first (of many) trips to east harbor and ended up with a flat tire!! (Literally 3 hours after I bought the car) Wilson’s towing was super friendly, quicker than expected, very efficient and just plain awesome!!

These guys were AmazinG! Micah and the team, from beginning until I completed my travels, helped me out at the last minute with taking on my situation. All of my lug nuts popped off but one during my three hour trip. I called Wilson's Town and they came right out; they had all of the supplies on hand; worked with me after hours; updated me on other issues with my vehicle; and gave me a fair price!

My van alternator went while up for the week on the boat. Instead of towing back home to Cleveland And having to pay extra milage tow charge they offered to take it and fix it next day for no more than a tow and part would cost me. When picking up they showed me the old part and were very honest in what was going on. Very professional and all around friendly guys, easy to talk to and got me going in a jam. I will recommend anyone in the Sandusky area to use them and I will definitely keep their number. Also they are open 24hrs!
Wilson's 24/7 Towing is a top-notch operation. I couldn't have been happier with the service I received from them. I was broke down with a failed transmission out in the middle of nowhere, picked up me in almost no-time, and got me and my car back to the dealership in my hometown 30 minutes away. Price was way cheaper than I expected and process couldn't have been smoother. I will ALWAYS use Wilson's Towing in the future!!
Car wouldn't start at a restaurant after driving 8 hours to get here with just my daughter. It was after 8 pm and most places were closed. These guys were great! Professional, kind, and top rate. Took the liberty of ordering the part based on the year/make of my car and what I told them my husband thought it was in order to save time. Their prices were very reasonable and they could easily have price gouged me but obviously did not. I had my car back in less than 48 hours on a SUPER busy weekend in the summer. Highly recommend this business!
We broke down hauling our camper. They towed our camper to the campground and our truck to their shop. They kept us informed every day then delivered the truck fixed. They are top notch people!
