Customer service is really good when it comes to solving any problems. I came in not knowing much about my car problem and they gave multiple solutions without being pushy about costs. The pricing is pretty good compared to some other places and the wait time is decent as well.

Fred and the team did a great job. They were fast and friendly. I just needed a valve stem replaced and the tire put back on. I was in and out in 30 minutes!

This store was amazing. They quickly found a tire for me when no one else could. Also gave me several great suggestions on how to. Perhaps turn in my old tire for some money against the new Super cheery attitude, kindness, and prompt service would highly recommend

I've been getting oil changes here for years. It used to be pretty cheap. Nowadays the price has gone up but that's true everywhere. Staff is always friendly and not too pushy with extra things. They always check with you and will show you if they find a problem with the car. For a corporate shop it's pretty good.

i had went in December 31 2025 and i had an amazing experience. i felt the job got done nicely and super quickly! i was at tire discounters and they said a hour and a half of patching my tire is quick, but when i came here they said half an hour max! i loved it and the workers were super nice:)

The Mill Run NTB is great! I have had multiple things taken care of there and always have a good experience. They are efficient, professional, take care of their customers, and have never tried to upsell me. It's worth driving past several other places to work with them.

Chas as a front desk representative is an asset to this NTB branch. He provided me options, was professional and offered suggestions I could easily understand. I was satisfied with the speed of service and total costs. Will use this office for any other relevant needs I have that they offer.

Rayma at NTB was amazing! Pleasant and smart. She made sure I ordered the right tires and was super-accommodating getting me scheduled. Car drives like it's on clouds. Also, I left my stainless steel water bottle behind and Rayma saved it for me to get later. Kudos all around.

Fantastic service from the Hilliard, OH location! I booked an appointment at 3 o’clock for a flat tire inspection and was out the door in 30 minutes! I couldn’t believe how quick the service was. Everyone was so kind and wasn’t pushy to get other services or something I didn’t need. I will absolutely be returning!

I absolutely would recommend this shop. The manager there was super helpful and very polite. I didnt have an appoinment as I had a tire blow out. He fit me in their busy schedule and I was in and out in great time. He1 also helped me get my window up and let me know I needed a window regulator. Great experience

My engine was getting a little grumbly and sure enough my indicator came on that it was time for an oil change. I googled and found this place close by and they had good reviews. Chaz was friendly and they did a great job job! When I left I could tell the difference in my engine idle and it was driving more smoothly. I’ll definitely return when I need another oil change. Way better than Valvoline and more convenient than the dealership. Thanks guys!

These people saved me. I drove up 15 min before they closed. No attitude no faces just asked how they could help. Got me right in, changed my donut to a brand new tire no issues at all. Matched my other 3 tires in seconds. If you need anything tire, battery, brake, oil come here. They treat you like a human. a++++

My last oil change was my 2nd for the 2024 Sportage I currently have, at the dealership. Mileage was 13317, with an upcoming service interval at 16000. I was told I needed an alignment. Didn't have time, also the estimate was $188. 2000-ish miles later & more than enough free time, I made an appointment with NTB/Mavis. Free inspection, had a coupon for service. The inspection at NTB/Mavis said this vehicle does not need an alignment. I truly appreciate not being bamboozled. Also, they've taken great care of my daughter's previous vehicle in the past.

One of the best experiences I’ve ever had at an automotive shop. The GM of the shop told me I couldn’t get an alignment until I fixed a couple alignment cams and walked me through the process. I fixed them myself and brought the truck back to get an alignment. They are very knowledgeable and competently priced. Will be bringing my truck here from now on!

I got in with a same day appointment for two new tires. The woman working front desk (I’ve forgotten her name but she had blonde and brown hair and glasses) was extremely helpful, kind, and professional. I appreciated this especially because I feel as a girl, in times past I have not always been taken seriously at other mechanic shops. Thank you for making my experience so great and time efficient!
