I enjoy getting my car serviced at Grismer in Hilliard!. They are fast, friendly and efficient. Mark is great at helping find affordable ways to get everything done and Demetrias made my car drive so great! Thank you for being awesome

Front end of vehicle was vibrating when driving on freeway at 50mph. Stopped at Grismer and they determined snow and ice accumulated causing the vibration. They removed the snow and ice and fixed the problem.

Great service, great pricing (even better than Costco). I’m so happy I found this place.

Do not go here for anything other than an oil change. Had no issues with this place until they changed my tires and they did not tighten the nuts correctly. I knew something was off because it was rattling and making noises so I immediately took it back. They didn’t service my vehicle for 3 days so i was out almost 300$ because i had to uber to work. would’ve been great if they did the job properly and they wouldn’t even compensate or do anything to say sorry. If im paying for a service, I want it done correctly. Instead I had to pay extra for their mistake since I was without a vehicle for 3 days.

Have been taking my honda here for service for about a year now. Have always thought the service was good and timely. Took it in to have them look at a severe noise going over bumps. I am pretty sure its the suspension/steering causing the noise. Was charged a $97.00 inspection fee to take a look. I didnt have a problem with that and figured it would cost something to take a look. Was called about 2 hours after I dropped it off and was told suspension is all tight and no issues. They diagnosed the noise as my timing chain making noise. Hmm, timing chain making the noise that sounds like my front end is going to fall apart going over bumps??? I dont think they even drove my vehicle to replicate. Paid the $97.00 inspection fee and will be taking it somewhere else. I dont think they wanted to even work on my car. If that was the case just say it. Oh and to top it all off, there was all kinds of black dirt on my carpet from the technician. Thanks

Amazing experience here!! very affordable and staff is very nice and helpful! I had a list minute tire replacement needed to be done, and they got me in same day and out the door within an hour! Very impressed, and will be back again!

William got me in immediately when I hit something on 270 and started rattling. Inspected the car and fixed the problem within 20 minutes. Highly recommend Grismer!

Efficient, fair, and trustworthy. I’ve been using this location for the last few years after running into issues with other local shops. I’m moving out of Hilliard, but I’m planning to drive out of my way in the future to continue having my truck serviced here.

Had a tire blow out on the way to work, was able to take the rim and tire to them after work and they took care of it super fast, definitely friendly guys with great since of humor. Very Happy with everything.

I've had a few nail/screw flats repaired here as well as having winter tires mounted a couple times. Every time they've been able to squeeze me in and fix me up in a pinch, and get me in and on my way quickly for a good price. Grismer is now my go-to for tire related work.

Have been taking both of my cars here since we moved to Hilliard 4 years ago, and I am thrilled with the service I receive. They are always quick and efficient, and I appreciate that they walk through each item and talk about whether it is critical or just something to keep an eye on. They also are good at explaining possible effects of not doing something which is helpful in making your decision on what to repair and when. Very pleased to have somewhere that still feels like it is run as a small local shop, even if part of a larger chain.

The service was amazing at Grismer in Hilliard. Not only was the scheduling process easy to get new tires, but they went above and beyond to help me with a problem with my car where the oil filter fell off. They did a wonderful job of explaining what was going on with my car to me, as someone who doesn’t fully understand certain lingo with cars. I will be returning whenever I need a car tune up! I highly recommend!

Donnie and Mark helped me with switching the wheels on my car. They were very helpful and polite. They are professional and knowledgeable and helpful. Easy to make appointments and very clean and organized store/waiting area. The pricing is very reasonable. I highly recommend this place for any car service and I will return here.

They were great. Friendly and knowledgeable customer service. They explained to me in simple terms what was wrong with my vehicle and what the fix was going to be. I also called 3 places and they got me in the fastest.

Slow leak in tire, found a nail so we scheduled an appointment. Dropped the car off at 3:30pm, got a call just after 4:00pm, tire was patched and ready to pick. Mark was great to work with! Great service!

Plus, their waiting area is immaculately maintained and comfortable!

They didn’t take long to mount and balance some tires I bought and I appreciate what they did however all of my wheels they took off has grease or something on the wheel around the center of my rim , they were cleaner before I took it in i know I would appreciate it if you wipe them down or something after you put everything back together would’ve been 5 stars otherwise
