I’ve been hitting up AutoZone forever like, we’re talking decades of loyalty here,but I’m officially done. I’m taking my business elsewhere because the vibe at this spot is just trashed. There are two ladies working there (didn't catch the names, but they looked to be in their 40s or 50s) who were straight-up rude. Total attitude for no reason and they had zero clues about the parts or even basic store rules. Like, how are you gonna work at a parts shop and not know your own stock? Management seriously needs to get in there and fix the team's energy because they’re failing hard.

I noticed my headlight was burned out this morning. I wasn't sure how to change it or if it would be a courtesy change if I bought the bulb here. I must say Ernest was great! He found me the correct bulb and offered to change it. Since it was an original bulb (21 years old) it was a bit stuck but he managed to get it changed without problems. He was very professional and friendly.

Ashton took the initiative to greet me and solve my issue with a lightbulb. Going as far to install my new bulb. Knowledgeable associates in the entire store, Ashton is my hero today!

My Fusion hybrid was having intermittent issues starting, namely slow (or no) starts with accompanying flickering screens and static sounds coming from the speakers. It would also fail to lock/unlock randomly, which I had blamed on a "defective" key for far too long. I thought there had to be a chipmunk that chewed halfway through a wiring harness, that there were now demons inhabiting my car, or that maybe my hybrid with only 100,000 miles on it was starting to experience a catastrophic (and probably expensive) battery failure. I was already mentally prepared to have to spend thousands of dollars before I stopped by my local AutoZone and got a free electrical system test that helped narrow the issue down to the 12V battery, which only provides accessory power AND power to the relay that the high voltage system actually uses to start the car. Though they didn't have my specialty battery in stock, they helped provide the guidance I needed to get back on the road ASAP for my business needs!

Lisa here was very friendly and when I sheepishly asked for help replacing my windshield wipers she just laughed and said as long as it ain’t raining! She quickly changed them for me and was pleasant and professional the whole time. Thank you Lisa!

Hello AutoZone, a huge shout out to your new lady (forget her name). She has worked at your shop for 3 weeks and transferred from Ga. She was friendly, professional and eager to help. I was jerked around the day before by another auto place. Your woman was so upbeat and positive. I was feeling negative about my battery issue because of the other shop. She attended to the battery issue and was giving me a little pep talk about being positive in the situation. She tested, measured and replaced my battery. And did it quickly and in a positive manner. She even recommended I buy the anti- corrosion spray. She was I tune because one of my terminals wax corroded. She even dang me a little jingle at the end of our exchange. Excellent job hiring such a caring and thorough associate AutoZone.

Went to this Autozone in a pinch because my car battery died due to the cold. Thought they would help me change the battery out. Last time I went to an Autozone they offered right away. Nope, not this time. So I kindly asked if anyone was around to help me change it out and all I got was a “I can’t pick them up”. I didn’t need to be catered hand and foot but really? Waste of time. Should’ve just waited and gone somewhere better tomorrow. Gonna have to wait until tomorrow to have a buddy come over and change it out anyway. Guess I learned my lesson the hard way. Hope you enjoy my money this time cause it’s my last.

There is sign on the door that says they are committed to customer satisfaction yet not one worker greeted the customers as we walked in and not one offered any assistance. I walked out because I’m not spending my money in a place that can’t even acknowledge the customers. I am headed over to Advanced auto parts on cemetery where they care about the customers. DO BETTER!

I came in yesterday to get a new battery and Blain was my AutoZonrler. My battery was in pretty rough shape, and long overdue for a swap. Almost everything about the swap was difficult and not going to plan. But, Blain kept a positive attitude and continually went above and beyond to solve the problems that arose. He also went the extra mile to educate me on exactly what he was doing so that I left the store with a better understanding of my vehicle then when I got there. I would give this experience 6 stars of I could!

Another superb experience at AutoZone with John L. John is always courteous, professional and goes above and beyond to help his customers. He offers knowledgeable recommendations and never tries to oversell you. He replaced my car headlights in minutes and saved me hundreds of dollars. I LOVE this autozone. The staff in there are so kind and helpful. I had a little issue with an alternator and it was resolved. The management goes above and beyond. Tammy is super helpful and could answer every question I had. She is very knowledgeable about products. John and Scott were very patient with also helping me find the solution. I will definitely be back!

I truly cannot say enough great things about the people who were working at closing time on November 20. My battery died at the gas station a few doors down, and they came to give me a jump. Once they got my car started I went over to AutoZone and bought a battery to replace, thinking it would only take 15 to 20 minutes. The employees worked on my car for almost 90 minutes! I thought at one point that they would just tell me that it was too much and that I would need to take it in, but they were determined to get the old battery out and get me back on the road. By the time they finished it was well after closing time and I felt horrible, but they kept saying that it didn’t matter they just wanted to make sure that my car was working. Never in my life have I had such a wonderful experience at an auto zone, and the two guys who were working last night have made me a customer for life!

The representatives here were so helpful! I visited here for the first time around 3:40 pm and a lady with blond hair I believe greeted me as soon as she was free with her previous customer to help me find what I needed. Both her and Jason offered me advice and Jason even took the time to come out to my car and help me figure what I needed to do. I will definitely be coming back here!

I had a bunch of batteries to be tested. Jason quickly and politely checked them for me. All but one were dead. He offered to charge it for me and gave a store credit for the other battery cores. I realized I needed a new battery anyways and went back in to purchase one. Jason helped me again and even gave an extra discount bc I had to wait a few minutes before he was able to assist me. I came back after an hour to check the progress of the battery. It wasn't charging well, and Jason quickly offered to call me once it was charged. Talk about great service! Ended up I needed another new battery and didn't need that one. Just purchased a new one and left the other as my core replacement. I'd gladly go back to this store again. I couldn't have asked for a better experience. Thanks, Jason!

I stopped by to ask questions about my wife's battery. They were so helpful. I had the battery with me and they kept it and ran a check to see it I was incorrectly replacing it. More than that, I needed rosin solder flux for soldering electronics and even though they didn't carry it, they told me where to find it. Very helpful.
