I placed an order and went to check in a couple of hours later. When I arrived at the store, I saw the employees sitting together, discussing how to make the perfect sub. I was ignored for almost 10 minutes until another employee came from the back to help me. This store has serious issues. The owner needs to invest in their employees and prioritize customer service. If you read the other comments, you'll see that many people are experiencing the same problem employees ignoring customers. They also seem to have a problem with online orders.
Thanks for helping me yesterday Leah. You went above and beyond expectations, and put my mind at ease during my "car emergency." You were truly an angel when I needed one!
I greatly appreciated the Store Manager Mark -who was an auto mechanic for 30 years -recognizing that the computer selection for my car battery was wrong and having me exchange the battery I'd ordered for the correct one. Also, a big thanks to store associate Leah who went above and beyond to offer outstanding customer service. It's a nice surprise to encounter a great in-store experience.
Placed an online order this morning 10/20/24 been waiting three hours for a ready for pickup email so i decided to drive to the store...
Like others have mentioned they don't keep the hours they have posted and decided to close the store today (Sunday)
Change your hours! its pretty simple
Not open on Sundays as shown on Google and the napa signage on the front door. There's a small PC printed sign in upper corner of window stating not open on sandals.
It's easy to change a sign on a door and hours on Google. They need to do it. Wasted a trip.
First time purchasing from Napa and probably my last ??♀️Placed an order yesterday called in to confirm the part was at the store and was left on hold for 20 minutes. As I walked in the store only one guy was on a call and the other guy was just standing there scrolling on his phone. He didn’t look up to speak or help. Out from back comes Jake and Jake instantly asked me if I needed assistance. He found my order and sent me on my way. Jake says he’s at this location helping out and I see why they need the help from the Reynoldsberg store Great Job Jake!
Some associate are professional but one individual was not really suitable to deal with customers especially females
I would avoid the store, other Napa stores are far better to at assisting customers.
Shop was clean and very well organized. Staff was friendly and helpful. The only reason I don't give it five stars is the same reason I won't give any Napa location five stars. I think they could do a bit better on their pricing. All in all a good experience.
Close early and lock the door after telling people they are open til 5 as well as having that posted on their door so you can imagine my displeasure when leaving my project to rush to Napa before they close and they have already locked the doors at 15 til. Sham-full won’t go back!
These guys ruin the Napa name. I’ve used Napa at other work places around the city and have never had as much problems as I do with this location. Constantly not delivering parts when we place orders, wrong parts, they sound rude and annoyed on the telephone most times you call.
So I walked in to get something and was ready to check out waited for about 10minutes before I left since the employee was going so slow to get ordered parts for a customer but clean store.
Ordered items for in store pick, stopped in the following afternoon. None of the items had been pulled, waited almost 20 minutes for them to gather everything up. It would have been faster to just pick the items myself. They had also sold out of one of the items that morning. The staff seemed annoyed that they had to fill the order and not so much as an apology for the wait or me not getting one of the items due to them not filling the order earlier in the morning. Terrible experience, and too many competing companies to ever bother returning to a NAPA.
My wife's car battery was bad, so after a jump from roadside assistance, she drove to NAPA for a battery.
After being overcharged $159 for a battery, she found they would not install the battery. In fact they were barely willing to help her move the heavy battery to her car.
Advance Auto and Auto Zone charge much less for comparable batteries AND will install them for you. Instead NAPA left my wife stranded in their parking lot until I could leave work to assist her.
This new store is awesome! Big, clean and tons of inventory. Much better than their old store. The guys at the counter were super friendly and helpful too.
Need a part? Even if they don't have it, they can order it and entertain you for an hour. We have a corporate account and visit frequently. The guys behind the counter are always in a good mood and always willing to chat for as long as you want.
I also love their bucket sales for my own purchases. All you can fit in the bucket for a percentage off.
