Jake and Christian took care of my Tesla Model 3 when it began to vibrate. They addressed the problem and even took off a few services that they believed weren't necessary. The service was outstanding and my car was completed in a timely manner. Communication mattered to these guys which goes a long way. They were honest about the winter weather and felt the ice in the wheel well caused the vibration, rather than go the highway robbery route. If I ever have another problem, I won't hesitate to return.

FANTASTIC SERVICE! The young man repaired my daughters tire perfectly and timely as well as the young man providing customer service (name escapes me but begins with a “K”) juggled multiple customers and calls the entire time I was present, always keeping me informed of my repair status! Well done team

I had all four brakes replaced and overall had a really great experience. Zach (Zack) was incredibly helpful throughout the entire process. He took the time to clearly explain the reasoning behind the work that was needed and walked me through the pricing in a way that felt transparent and fair. I never felt rushed or talked down to, which I really appreciated. On top of that, he was able to fit me in the same day, which was a huge help and not something you see everywhere anymore. My only complaint (and this has nothing to do with Zach) is that the waiting room still feels very much like leftover COVID guidelines, with very limited seating. I ended up standing for most of the time I waited, which for me wasn't a big deal but thinking about others who may not be able to stand around as long. That said, the service itself was excellent, and Zach’s customer service truly stood out. I’d definitely return because of the care and professionalism he showed.

We were stranded 5 hours from home with a radiator issue and they were able to order the needed part and get everything repaired the same day. Zack went above and beyond to make sure we could get on the road again as soon as possible. He was very friendly and professional, and you can tell that he takes pride in helping others out of difficult situations.

I called the Firestone in Hilliard told them that I was going to have my van TOWED to them for a battery electrical check, flat repair, and alignment recheck. I received a call and was told the flat repair was complete, however they couldn't get the van started because the battery was dead and then proceeded to try to sell me a $200 battery! I declined because the battery I had was under a warranty I asked them to hook up a jump pack just to test the alternator to see if it was working they declined and said they would have to replace the battery first. I asked them could they charge the battery? I was informed it would take 16 hours! I asked them to back the vehicle out I would swap out the battery they called back and said when they went to back it out it was in limp mode(they didn't know why? I said because the battery is dead!) and they would have to do it diagnostic because the check engine light was on (it had been on for at least 5 years O2 sensor bank 1 sensor 1) then they proceeded to park it in a handicap spot I do not have handicap sticker and or am I handicap I suspect they were being lazy or just wanted to see if I would get a ticket not sure? I arrived replace the battery with a loaner battery drove to another garage they did a two minute free charging system test and found the alternator was bad they replaced the alternator put my old battery back in (after charging it while they worked on the van) and not to my surprise that fixed problem. Instead of going the extra mile and taking just a couple minutes to figure out the problem they proceeded to try to sell product and services at the counter and instead of making $1,000 they made $25 for the flat repair.

I been using the facility for years and even had my friend using it. Which after his last visit said he will no longer use. The day of my actual appointment before I went to leave for some reason I called to verify everything and was told 2 of my 4 tires were not in stock. They ask if they could reschedule for the next day and I agreed even though I was supposed to be leaving on a trip. The next day I went to my app. guess what. They got in the 2 tires, but there was actually only 1 in stock so at this point there are only 3 tires and 1 missing somewhere out of the stock. Needless to say, they had to go get another tire. I got there early that day because Kris whom I talked to told me to come in early. I got there 40 minutes early and still didn't get in until 50 min.after my original app.time. I was there over 3hrs. I had to postpone leaving again which cost me 2 days of leaving, plus all the time sitting and waiting. The place just keep getting worse everytime I go there. Not anymore

I’ve had a great experience at Firestone in Hilliard. The team is friendly, professional, and makes everything feel straightforward instead of overwhelming. They explain what’s going on in a way that actually makes sense, and they don’t talk down to you or try to pressure you into anything. As a woman who doesn’t know much about cars, I really appreciate how respectful and honest they are. It feels like a safe place to bring your vehicle and trust that you’re being treated fairly. Highly recommend for great service and peace of mind.

2 weeks ago I took my car there to be checked out because it seemed the breaks were bad. You could hear them sounding like roughness rubbing together when you would apply the break and back up and when you was coming to a stop. They did diagnostic and they told me everything that was wrong with my car and that it was going to be over $1600. I had just gotten a bonus from work and I was like ok I will pay what I need to to have a safe car. So I paid the $1600 ( it’s was a little over) and I got in my car and drove it to the stop sign and I heard 1 of the issues still and thought hmmm ok maybe it’s the new breaks. Well when I got to the next stop sign and 3rd and everyone after that I heard it. I called and it was close to 5 so I did not get through. I called the next day and spoke to a Manager and he assured me that the person who worked on the car knew what he was doing. So he said I could bring it back there to see what this issue was. They checked it out and told me it was a lose break Caliber and all it needed was tightened up and was fixed. Got in the car and I dammed if I did not hear it again and still today I hear it. Sound like the front breaks never got changed. Took me a couple weeks to calm down. I will not call that store again and I will not pay anymore damm money. Because when they checked the car out why did they not see the front damm breaks are bad and changed them. I mean what the heck did I pay for ?? I hope this get made right. I was recommended by my son and I feel screwed over!

We were in a pinch and needed a light bulb changed ASAP. Even though we pulled in at closing time, they still offered to change the bulb for us. Great customer service and great attitude despite it being time for them to go home. We really appreciate it! Thanks!

Great service, we had a flat on the freeway near by and with our spare we made it there on a Sunday even , they helped us with no hesitations. Very nice experience ? ?.

Came in for tire balance. Had a scheduled appointment. Waited for 2 hours before they took my car in and then another 30min to get it balanced. Paid for lifetime balence to get it done regularly. Left the shop with my tired shaking worse than before. Came in again and wouldnt do it withiut an appointment so I scheduled an appointment a couple weeks later when they had avaliablility. Came in and they rebalanced my tires saying they were really off after they had just done them. Then again shaking tires as soon as I hit 45mph. Went back and told them and they told me to schedule an appointment another day. Ended up filing a dispute with my bank and went to discount tire. They did my balance and rotation for free and it was done right. No more tire shake. Never going back to this franchise again. Garbage service, garbage work.

I had a great experience at this location. Even though they were very busy, they still managed to fit me in during my hectic day, which I truly appreciated. Christian did an excellent job—very professional, efficient, and attentive to detail. He made the whole process smooth and stress-free. Highly recommend!

AJ and Jake went above and beyond for me. The quality of the auto service was outstanding, but what I’ll remember most is the compassion, understanding, and kindness they showed by offering a significant discount when I really needed it and meant more than words can ever express. They truly made a very stressful situation so much easier to handle during a very difficult time. That level of generosity speaks volumes about their integrity and commitment to not just myself, but to all their customers. I left feeling respected, supported, and confident in the work done. It’s rare to find both excellent workmanship and genuine compassion in one place, but this shop has both. I’m incredibly grateful for AJ and Jake, and will absolutely recommend them to anyone who asks!

My husband called in advance to get a quote on front headlight replacements. He was given a particular cost and told they would have the bulbs in time for his appointment. He gets there and they had not even ordered the bulbs yet. Second, they tried to add additional cost of a multitude of fees and then gave a completely different cost of the bulbs he initially talked to them about. It would have ended up being $300 more than what he was quoted. Come to find out more people in this location were having the same issue. No apologies were provided, no taking responsibility happened. My husband called another company and it was cheaper. He shared that information. They didn't care and gave him back his keys.

Kristian is the best. His professionalism is unmatched and quite refreshing!! He spoke to everyone with dignity and respect and had a wonderful attitude. He was confident and you can tell he knows his stuff! I scheduled to have my brakes checked and from the moment he called to confirm my appointment he was incredibly kind and thorough. He gave me an estimated time frame for my service and what would follow if I needed more work done after inspection. When he called to update me about my service he explained everything and put me at ease because my brakes were really bad. When it was time to close out he made sure to explain everything once more and made me feel like any questions I had in a the future he would be there to help. Great job Kristian and I highly recommend this location!!

I recently went to this place because my car was blowing out excess exhaust and the engine would idle. I couldn't drive it maybe 1-2 minutes without the engine stopping then me having to restart it. They told me engine failure and it would cost $8100 to fix! Of course I don't have that so I tried applying for their credit card to pay for it and was denied. After speaking with a couple other people about my issue I decided to get a second opinion from a different shop. Turns out it was a coolant leak. The shop repaired the leak and replaced my head gaskets at the fraction of the cost! Now my car is running just as fine as it was before. The only good thing I can say is that the staff at the shop were friendly and professional but just didn't diagnose the issue correctly and I took an unnecessary hit to my credit. Lesson here is to always get a second opinion when it comes to your car.

I had an extremely disappointing experience at this Firestone location. I scheduled a 2 p.m. appointment, dropped my car off, and was told it would take about two hours. They never called me back as promised, and when I finally reached them, they claimed that someone was inspecting my car and that it was currently out. When I went back in person, I found out they hadn’t even touched it my car was still sitting in the exact same spot, frozen door and all. They tried to tell me some irrelevant issues and blamed it on a “Honda issue” without actually inspecting my tires. When I asked about the noise coming from my back tires, the guy decided to go outside and check it right then, which clearly showed that my car had never been inspected. On top of that, I was never handed any paperwork showing an inspection report, and I didn’t pay any service fee which clearly means they didn’t check my car at all. Honestly, all they had to do was be honest and tell me they were busy and didn’t have a chance to get to it. Instead, they wasted my entire afternoon, didn’t do their job, and gave zero communication. Definitely not coming back

I called in last week inquiring about the $189 lifetime alignment deal and was advised to schedule this week. So I scheduled and arrived at my 11am appt time to discover the lifetime deal is now $209. In addition, there's a $20 fee for some module that all modern cars have and $20 for shop fees. Who doesn't love misleading advertising and upcharges right?!? So whatever I bite the bullet and leave to grab lunch. One and a half hours later, 1230 pm, I return to learn my car is next up and appts aren't guaranteed times. What a pointless system and frustrating experience

I purchased new tires from them last yr for my BMW and have been very pleased,and now thinking they needed a tire rotation after certain amount of miles, so they got me scheduled for the next day..As Always they greet you very Kindly and I will waited for them to do the service, and it didnt take very long at all..Again I'm very Please with this Firestone and the employees who work here,I will continue to do business here and refer family and friends as well!! Christian communicated with me every step of the way; evalution, cost of repair and status. Heard my concerns, transparency when wrong parts delivered which impacted pick up time, (owned the issue) and reviewed cost of repairs prior to starting repairs. Door was locked despite an in advance, confirmed appointment. And we got from 2 months prior when my car save brakes/rotor was seemingly fine (with a marked battery courtest check.) To nearly $1200 in new battery and alternator issues. They seem decent at the actual work but dont seem stellar on preventative unless it's the entire appointment.

I went to Firestone to get an inspection on the source of front end noise. I was extremely pleased with every employee contact. Starting with Zack he schedule a time/ date for inspection. I met Phillip G he was patient & explained the source of the issue, ( outer tie rods) & lots of other maintenance questions unrelated to the issue at hand. Firestone staff Ronnie completed the inspection for the issue & was helpful. I am very pleased & scheduled to bring my car next week to get the work completed. Phillip provided options … credit card interest free for 6 month. Great service, honest, & friendly!!! I highly recommend Firestone Hilliard/Rome Rd. I can say confidently they will do a great job. Do not let these people touch your vehicle. All the reviews saying they lied about major work needing to be done on vehicles when really it needed something minor are probably true. They told me the same thing. I went in for a small shake in the rear tire which started after a rotation they did. Left with them saying all of my brake lines had collapsed, I watched the tech spray something on my brakes. They also said I needed new pads and rotors on all tires. I got a second open because when I left the shake was now on the front end. Turns out there was nothing wrong with my lines and only one tire had an issue. What was quoted as a 4k job is actually a $400 job. Sounds like theft to me.

Went in for a tire alignment on my f150. They got me in really fast and had my tire alignment done within 45 minutes. Customer service was great and thought the lifetime tire alignment was a great deal. Great work yall. If any recommendations I would give. Complimentary coffee for waiting customers would be great.

I experienced a car emergency yesterday when my gas tank jammed and I was running low on fuel, with only a quarter of a tank left. In a rush, I arrived at the shop close to closing time, but Zac (or Zach) and another staff member were incredibly understanding and patient despite their own busy situation. They quickly attended to my problem and efficiently resolved the issue, making what could have been a stressful ordeal much easier for me. Thanks to their prompt service, I avoided potential high repair costs. I truly appreciate their dedication and excellent customer service!

I want to shout my gratitude far and wide! I was traveling from Illinois to Pennsylvania when my car suddenly started shaking on the highway. I had just gotten two new front tires from an independent mechanic back home, so I pulled over to check. Sure enough, a lug nut was missing on the front driver's side. I carefully drove myself to this Firestone location, not realizing the situation was far worse than I thought. Zack, the young man who helped me, quickly discovered that my new tire had never been secured properly!! None of the lug nuts had been torqued, and all of them were coming loose. It was an incredibly dangerous situation. I could have lost a tire at 70 miles an hour. Zack not only identified the problem, but took the time to explain everything to me, reassure me, and make sure my car was safe to continue my journey. What really stood out was his kindness. He even gave me his personal phone number in case I ran into trouble later so he could talk me through what to do. That is far beyond customer service. That’s just being a truly good human being. I left this Firestone with a safe car and a huge sense of relief and gratitude. Zack turned what could have been a terrifying, dangerous situation into a reminder of how much difference one caring person can make. Thank you, Zack, and thank you Firestone for having such an exceptional employee!

These guys were amazing! I broke the alternator belt while on the exit on 70w, they stayed late to get me on the road the same day, even though I showed up with 1 hour til close. I would recommend these guys and their work to anyone.
