Great to work with, they actually take the time to listen to their customers, and went above and beyond in helping to diagnose some suspension issues I was having. They were also very accommodating for off hours drop off and pick up.

Very professional, needed to have my car checked out to see all issues I was having so I could make the best decision for my car.
Had been somewhere else initially to have it looked at and the estimate was extremely high per my research of what the normal range should be.
They also did a total check of the car for the cost of having it checked out which other place did not do. I knew there were some other things that needed to be fixed in the future which other company did not address yet they claimed they did and did not.
I prefer dealing with family owned businesses who are proud of their company and the service they provide their customers.

My vehicle is very important to me, as it is for most people. My phone call was answered by Kate quickly and professionally. Able to get my vehicle in that afternoon. Techs went over the vehicle’s suspension. Very impressed with the experience and will steer future automotive repair services their way.

They are extremely high on labor rates, they will tell you your vehicle will be done a certain day never is, going on over a week to repair my truck when it calls for 12 hr labor. Highly recommended Arrow or Hilliard tire and auto, I’m sure they are good at very basic repairs, but as they told me in text message “ a water pump and oil filter housing and a pinion gasket is a very large job for them”.
When you read reviews and think I hope its all true, it really is when it comes to the Auto Emporium!

The free loaner car is real! Its clean and reliable. We picked our truck up after just a day and a half of service..it was washed and smelled great!

They found a cheaper fix that still felt solid and high quality, and they had it done exactly when they said they would. Really good experience all around—I'll be back when I need anything.

Took on an intermittent problem that they couldn’t duplicate the first time I had it there. Took videos from home and brought it back and they fixed the problem. Prices were very reasonable, would definitely use again.

Hands down, best auto repair experience ever! I took my Mini Cooper in for a service check and to have a a few other things checked out, and they were absolutely amazing. They were kind, honest, and kept me informed 100% of the way. They didn’t perform any unnecessary repairs and their prices were very affordable. I recently had my car in for repairs at Auto Emporium. Some of the repairs were major and I can’t say enough about how trustworthy, kind, and helpful all of the staff were during a stressful situation. They gave me a free loaner car for the duration of the repair. They took their time to make sure that my car was running well and really went above and beyond with customer service. I highly recommend this shop to anyone in the area who needs engine or bodywork done. I had previously gone in to have deep paint scratches repaired and they did an excellent job on that as well. All of the staff are absolutely amazing and I wouldn’t take my car anywhere else. Don’t forget they do regular maintenance like oil changes too. Thanks AE!
Auto Emporium came in very clutch for me last minute. I had scheduled a day off work to get my car inspected by another shop and that shop dropped the ball, so I called Auto Emporium and they got me in same day! They Inspected everything thoroughly and found the source of the problem promptly. They provided me a loaner car as well which was very helpful. Very pleasant experience from the front desk, the technician and the owner as well! Would recommend giving them a try for any of your cars needs.

I had a great experience getting my car repair done here. First of all - the lady who answered the phone and worked at the desk was so respectful and polite. (As a woman calling around different mechanics that kindness was very refreshing!). Most importantly they did a very thorough diagnostic on my vehicle and sent me all the details. They were very respectful of my budget and did a fantastic job getting my car back in shape. My car was even ready by the next day! I feel they are very real and honest people and they did a fantastic job for an affordable price. I definitely made the right choice coming to them for my repairs

Extremely pleased with the collision repair of my car. Professional, reasonably priced and worked well with my insurance company. The paint was perfectly matched and there was no evidence that any damage was done to the car. Walter is a pleasure to discuss issues with and is forthright and reasonable. The employees did an outstanding job and I did not experience any negative situations or problems. Job was completed in less than a week and drop off vehicle availability is provided for convenience.I would highly recommend Auto Emporium for collision repair and would definitely use them again.
