I cannot say enough good things about the team here at the Mill Run location. Steve, John, and Fernando took great care of me after debris on the freeway left me with two damaged wheels and a blown tire. Thankful for their kindness and hard work!

The customer service that Fernando provided me was absolutely exceptional! He went up and above to make right what another location did wrong. Anytime I need new tires, he will be who I bring my car to.

Everyone at this location was super friendly and helpful. Even though it was the day after Thanksgiving. Fixed my flat tire for free, which I didn't even realize was something they did.

I had an excellent experience at the Tire Discounters in Hilliard (Mill Run). Gerald and his team were fantastic from start to finish. They helped me get a new set of four Michelin Defender-2 tires for my 2020 CR-V and made sure everything was taken care of, including alignment, installation, and all the additional services they include. Everyone I spoke with was professional, courteous, and incredibly helpful. They walked me through the best options, found ways to help me save money, and had everything completed quickly without sacrificing quality. I am very pleased with the service I received and highly recommend this location!

Gerald was incredible, very patient, professional, & knowledgeable. Had all four tires replaced, the alignment & oil changed. They went above and beyond as well as did it in a prompt time frame to accommodate my work schedule. Very thankful for this shop! Will be going here for future car needs!

Terrible experience at this location. They asked me to drop off my car but couldn’t give me any idea when it would be ready—just said, “We’ll call.” Four hours later, no call. When I called back, they suddenly said it was ready. I got there and the car STILL wasn’t ready, and I had to wait another 15 minutes. Zero communication, poor service, and then they charged me labor when I know other TireDiscounters locations do it free. Paid money for this kind of stinking service? Never again.

The Mill Run Tire Discounters gives me all the signs of being a clean shop meaning honest and diligent. I've experienced professional and friendly customer service. I don't tend to post many reviews but this shop deserves a shout out!!

I had a very frustrating experience with Tire Discounters. I dropped off my truck for a noise on the rear right tire, and after a 4-hour wait, I was told it was the rear end and that I needed to take it to a dealership—despite the fact that it was clearly a tire with a hole in the tread that I could fit my Fingers in. The technician, Chase, advised towing the vehicle, which I did. However, the dealership couldn’t even get me in for a diagnosis, so I had to tow it to a local auto shop, Lukes Auto Body, who thankfully diagnosed the real issue — a damaged tire. I ended up out over $820 for two tows and 10 days without my truck. I approached Tim (GM) and Steve (Regional Manager) about replacing all four tires at cost, as a gesture of goodwill, since I was already facing significant expenses. They claimed they would save me $600, but the actual cost was the same as elsewhere, and they refused to provide any additional compensation or a gift card, citing that they didn’t want to lose money because of their tech’s mistake. Despite providing videos and pictures showing the actual tire damage, Tim insisted the noise was from the rear end, demonstrating a lack of proper inspection and understanding. It’s incredibly disappointing to be treated this way by a national chain. At this point, I wouldn’t trust this shop with my bicycle — their service, communication, and customer care have been extremely poor. Luke's Auto Body A+ and I was glad my $2150 for 4 new tires went to a better place... Highly recommend avoiding Tire Discounters if you value honest, competent service and transparency.

Can't say enough good things about this place. Had a flat on one of my tires the other morning and was there before 8 when they opened. Opened the doors and got me looked at pretty quick. While my tire was under the service agreement they did not have one in stock but they were able to get one by the afternoon and had my vehicle back by 5. The entire staff was very professional and courteous, and kept me up to date the entire day. Tim was a great communicator and his time estimates were accurate. Great experience with a great team.

Update: this business lied to me and the better business bureau. Grossly unethical practices Sometimes morals and ethics collide with profits. This company chose profits. I went to this store in need of a tire because one of mine was bulging. They told me they could not replace the one tire because the tread was too low and that I would need 4 new tires. The salesperson told me that all they had in stock was four Cooper tires that would run me $816. I knew that Cooper is a quality brand, so I agreed. 20 minutes into already working they asked me to sign a document giving them permission to work on my car. After the job was completed and I drove home, I looked at my receipt. They put Milestar - a significantly lower quality brand - tires on my car. I talked to a regional manager, and he sent me the form I signed. It said Milestar, and he told me that this is what I agreed to. It was my mistake to not entirely read the contract, but I put my trust in the salespersons words. I was told I would receive Cooper tires while I was in the act of signing a contract that said something else. I thought I could put my trust in this company, clearly I shouldn't have. I was totally deceived. The manager said he could give me Cooper tires, but I would have to pay additional fees. I asked if there is anything else he can do, and he told me, "we did nothing wrong, so I don't have to do anything for you. I'm just offering this to save face." I would rather use out these tires and give my future business to a more ethical company.

Had a flat. Knew this was here. Made it to the parking lot. They didn't have my tire and couldn't even help me put my spare on. I was willing to pay but was told I had to wait in line, it'd be several hours and when I called around for the tire they were way more expensive on install than NTB right up the street ($182 tire discounters vs. $135 NTB). What happened to basic human decency that you help someone who is completely stuck?

Fernando was absolutely amazing. I called in and he gave me all the information needed with an amazingly positive attitude. When I came in, he was just as friendly and made sure I was well taken care of. I will definitely be coming back.

I drive an average of 50k miles a year. I use A LOT of service centers, I meet a lot of mechanics and I spend a lot of money on my vehicles. The service and price at this location is phenomenal. I went In For an oil change, knowing I had several other minor issues with the vehicle, they didn’t upsell me but they did offer to fix the known issues for very little. What I was expecting to cost me $300-500 they didn’t upsell for under $300 with an oil change. I inspected the work after returning home and they really did a great job. I will be returning.

My car had hit a nail and had a flat tire in the morning. My husband put the spare on. We drove to the closest tire dealer, Firestone. Our tires are not common. Firestone was able to get one today and install it. They put the spare back and everything else covering it. Definitely going back there for the next thing.

I used the Tire Discounters on Mill Run. These guys were amazing. I didn’t have time to get all the services done at the time I came in but was in need of an oil change badly. They got my oil change done and allowed me to schedule a time in the future to get the rest of the services provided with an oil change. In a time when good customer service seems to be dying out these guys show prove it’s not dead yet.

I had a very pleasant experience with Gerald he was very helpful and knowledgeable of his line of work. He assisted me with all new brakes, shocks and struts as well as four new tires excellent customer experience. That guy deserves a raise !!

I had a nail in my tire and needed it repaired. Dave assured me of my worries of patching vs. Buying a new tire. He if he wouldn't put his daughters in a car if it wasn't safe he wouldn't put me in a car not safe. I appreciated that. I waited a bit but they repaired it for no cost. Merry Christmas to me. Will return for future needs.

To say the customer service at the Hilliard tire discounters location was merely excellent, would be an utter injustice in comparison to how amazing they TRULY are. The staff there was able to buy me some time with my tire, give me a quick solution so that I had extra money for bills and Christmas presents. I am grateful and indebted to this company. The staff was amazing, punctual, downright classy. I know where I will be coming back for my next set of tires, at this specific location on Rome Hilliard road, in Hilliard Ohio, and nowhere else

Our Tire Discounters experience started in Lancaster Ohio, went in to get tires, they were out of stock, so they said we’ll order them and they’ll be here the next day, so come in at the same time. Before I went, I called and was told, the truck was not here yesterday, so I waited until 11:30 to call since they closed at 1, and then was told, oh it was ordered from the DC and will be here Tuesday. So I called around and found the Hilliard location on Fishinger had them, drove an hr and got there at 1:18 and was told it would be done but probably not the alignment, was okay with that. They close at 4, and no updates at 3:30, so we drove up there and at 3:45 the van still has not been serviced. They pulled it in around 3:50. There were 2 other guys doing nothing in the shop but sitting and playing with the dog in the garage, the kid pulling in the van had to back up a few time to get it aligned on the lift with no help from the ones sitting and one looked like they were smoking. After the 5th time trying, I went in to say just drop the van, I’m going to take it elsewhere. At this point I didn’t trust them with my expensive van. When leaving the sales guy came out and said did he get ur van dirty. Well he actually marked the inside of the door with dirt, he tried to say he had stuff to clean it, but at this point I was done since I wasted a whole day on the tires. They did not put any plastic on the seat or anything on the floorboard. We went back to Discount Tire. Dropped the van off and the tires were out in within 2 hours. My dad is switching all his vehicles back as well. I’m glad we went back before close to witness how they operate. Will not be back! Would have rated them a ZERO, but no option. I also love how they send everyone the same canned message, if they cared, it would be personalized and not canned/auto-reply/bot.

I popped my tire and called tire discounters. Fernando and Tim were fantastic in giving me information about getting my tire replaced and pricing options. I drove to the shop and they were able to get me in quickly and got me a new tire within an hour before I was due to go out of town. They were very kind, knowledgeable, and efficient. I would highly suggest this tire discounter shop!

I went in last minute right before close and Fernando didn’t mind and told me it was okay. He made sure everything was taken care of and stayed after close to help me. Not to mention he was super friendly and helpful for the whole process. I wish more people were like him - it made me feel better about spending hundreds of dollars, haha.

I went this morning (10:00am) to Tire Discounters to get a screw removed from my tire. I immediately saw they were very busy. I asked how long to get my tire done , they said 90 minutes. I sat down to wait. To my surprise 30 minutes later my tire was finished and I was on my way. Great customer service! I will be back! Tire Discounters just earned a new EXTREMELY SATISFIED CUSTOMER! Went here to get my tire fixed and instantly met with “you probably need 4 brand new tires”, even though my tires have about 6,000 miles on them. Funny. After taking my car back they explain that the nail caused a side boil to form and denying to repair, while shortly after they tried to sell me 4 brand new tires again! Just as funny as the first time. I end up getting in at my regular dealership and they end up having to replace the tire but not before the mention that they found about 75psi in the tire needing to be replaced which would cause a boil in the right side of any tire due to over inflation. Seems convenient. Attached is a picture of the nail, it’s about an inch and a half, not nearly large enough to affect the side wall or any other part of the internal structure. I was told by the professional mechanics at my dealership that this was intentional and due to over inflation. Interesting. Normally would not care but it looks like this has been done in the past by these characters. I’ve got the receipt for the cost of the new tire ready when promoted. Edit: I went on Thursday June 6th and this occurred between 10 am and 11 am. I understand the shop is recorded, that would be some interesting footage to watch if I were HQ.

Well, I gave this store another chance after a bad experience years ago. In short, I still won’t be using them in the future and I might be done with Tire Discounters in general. They found a nail in my tire and told me that the sidewall would interfere with a repair and that my only option is a new tire... They ordered a new tire and mounted my spare in the meantime. I checked the tire myself when I got home and found that the nail was far enough from the sidewall to plug. Repaired it myself, saved the tire (which had a good amount of tread left), and saved a few hundred bucks.

DO NOT USE. Horrible service. I bought brand new tires and received my car back with 4 damaged rims (see photos). All scratched to hell when they put the new tires on. One was not sealed properly. Now all the sudden its my rim, that never was an issue with the old tires. Refuse to take responsibility of their mistakes. The gentlemen next to me in the lobby has also been in and out of here for over a month because of issues with his new tire installation as well.
