Chris performed a quick diagnostic on used headlight assemblies I had purchased for a DIY install that confounded me. They were not for a 3500 RAM. Ugh, a deer had taken them out and I was headed back out of state. He was very kind to send a link for the correct ordering details to my email. This was/is a noticeably busy shop recommended to me. It stands to reason that is because of their knowledge, integrity and overall helpfulness even when so busy. Zero charge and thank ME for coming in. Thank YOU for your service, Car Guys.

Very nice to work with and thorough. Seemed a bit expensive for diagnostic check but perhaps that’s what everybody charges nowadays. I don’t think they were charging us anything extra or trying to push us to do things that weren’t needed. Felt like they were very honest.

10 out of 10. Highly recommend them. They are def reasonable with pricing and they are straight forward with how much it will be and have no hidden fees. They do great work in a timely fashion. While I was there waiting for them to do my brakes and rotors there was a little old lady waiting and one of the workers ensured to drive her home since it was going to take awhile. All of the workers there were friendly and nice . I called literally 20 different places and so happy I picked them. Will def continue going to them. Chris the manager in the front was very nice and explained everything in detail.

I recently had some work done on my car at The Car Guys, and I couldn't be happier with the service I received. Chris and Jonathan were extremely helpful and really went above and beyond to make sure everything was taken care of. I recently brought in my 2016 Grand Cherokee to have my spark plugs replaced and installed. My vehicle since then has ran worst than before the maintenance. The proper boot hole was completely missed and the mechanic just kept going, now leading to combustion in my intake.

These guys are awesome. Fixed my wife’s dodge magnum in an incredibly quick timeframe. Their approach felt honest and straight forward. Will recommending them to everyone and bringing our car’s here for service in the future. Thanks

Manager Chris was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. Didn’t push unnecessary upgrades/fixes. He ensured a quick turn around and car is running better.

This was my first time using The Car Guys, their parking lot is always full, so I felt they must do go work. The guys at the front check-in were friendly but professional and were able to address my issue with brakes. They scheduled me an appointment and after diagnosing my issue gave me a fair quote to complete the job. When I picked my vehicle up they reviewed work performed and addressed any questions I had. I plan to make this location my go to for future vehicle related issues.

The service team at The Car Guys went above and beyond to diagnose the water leak that I had with my 2016 Mazda 3. I had reached out to several locations, including a Mazda dealership, and each business I reached out to gave me the same reaponse, "We don't diagnose water leaks". The Car Guys were professional, prompt, and accommodating. They took the necessary time to root cause the problem, measure where the problem existed, fix the issue, and validate the fix. I am new to the area but have found a reliable mechanic shop.

These guys were great to work with when my starter was having issues. They kept me in the loop every step of the way, and had me back on the road faster than I expected. Friendly and professional, highly recommend

My water pump went out 3 days before Christmas, with family coming to visit. The Car Guys were able to get us in the next day. They do quality work and the prices are completely reasonable. I’ll never take my trucks anywhere else.

These guys are amazing. I had EVERY warning light blinking and needed some major work done. They walked me through every steps, told me my options and what should be prioritized, then got it done quick and for a reasonable price. They’re not only car guys, but also good guys.

Car Guys is our new mechanic. We have had all of our cars serviced there and they were kind, had decent prices and were easy to work with. Further, they didn’t try to fix everything and were reasonable about what must be done now vs ok to wait.

I cannot praise these guys enough! They are extremely knowledgeable and helpful. They do not try to push extras on you and will make sure you’re driving away safely! Love my experience! I needed an emergency check on my car after my brakes stopped working, and they made space for me right away, even keeping my car until it was fixed since I was out of town. They repaired it super quickly and ALWAYS kept me updated with calls. They never made any changes without informing me first and gave me options that fit both my time and budget. I loved it here, they truly care about their customers and their reputation!

My Jeep needed its sway bar links tightened and one of its daytime lights replaced. We saw that Car Guys had good reviews and decided to try to schedule an appointment. On the phone, Car Guys told my husband they could have it fixed by the end of their work day. When he took it in, they told him it would be a two-week wait. The guy at the shop claimed it wasn't his fault because he wasn't the person on the phone and this was just a drop-off appointment. The entire staff needs to communicate to avoid these mishaps. I completely respect a busy shop and am happy to find a different place to do a repair I need done ASAP, but I would have appreciated the transparency from the start, before my husband took off work and drove all the way from Leland to have our only personal vehicle fixed. Luckily, Black's Tire & Auto was happy to get us in same-day so that I can get myself to work and my child to school tomorrow.

This shop was great. I was from out of town visiting family when I started having issues with my vehicle. The manager and his team got me in last minute to fix my car (faster and less expensive than I had expected). The team was friendly and they explained everything that I needed thoroughly. Overall good experience!

A pleasant and welcome surprise when I took my Subaru Forester to The Car Guys for AC problems. There managing the operation was Scott who I remembered from Subaru several years ago. Needless to say, I felt immediately at ease. Scott is so thorough and patient. He explained the diagnosis and treatment in a way I could understand. The entire process was efficient and stress free. While an expensive job, Scott made every effort to keep the costs within a reasonable range. The mechanic who worked on my car did a great job.

This was the second time that I have used the Car Guys, and their service is excellent! My van was fixed right the first time and on time for the quoted price. The 3 year nationwide warranty is great for peace of mind too! I highly recommend !

They repaced all 4 leaking and expensive shocks on my 2015 Corvette. I found reduced cost shocks. The good news was they were less expensive but it took 9 days to come from China. Chris at the Car Guys kept my car and patiently waited for the shocks to come in. They have always done good work for me.

I live 4 hours from Carolina Beach and we came down to spend 2 weeks surf fishing on several beach locations. Day 1 my 4 wheel drive went out ruining the chances to fish where we'd planned. On a whelm I drove up to Car Guys early the next day. Although I had no appointment they worked me in and went straight to work on my f150. By 3pm the same day...I had a newly repaired 4 wheel drive that worked as if the truck was brand new. I can not say enough about how wonderfully I was treated and the excellent professionalism and customer service I recieved. Car Guys literally saved our 2 week fishing trip. Thank you so so much.

I was stranded over 200 miles from home and the guys at the Carolina Beach location got me in, repaired and out the same day and for a very reasonable price. Also, they had great attitudes. Call them the Nice Car Guys.

I am transferring all my automotive care to them. Have already recommended them to all my Sisters & Brothers at the Kingdom Hall next door. The air conditioning recently stopped working in our 2005 Chevy Tahoe so we set up an appointment with Scot to get it checked out. The rear evaporator was bad and needed replaced. After ordering the part, they called and said it arrived damaged and didn't want to install it. They sent it back and had a new one shortly after. I appreciated that they did not install a potentially defective part. Communication was great from start to finish. Scot was our service advisor and Ryan was the technician. These are honest and great guys! Highly recommend for any auto repair needs!

I stopped in to to fix three issues with my Jeep, two were simple and one is complex and ongoing as we search for parts. Victor, the manager, worked with me to fix the two issues that were easy (for them) to repair. My bill could have been quite costly at a less than scrupulous shop, but Victor kept my costs very low. The honesty and speed at which these guys worked was very impressive!
