JR was amazing. I called because my car broke down on Carolina Beach road. Once he arrived, my car surprisingly started and he offered to follow me to my mechanic without charge. JR has bailed us out of a
bad predicament twice now when one of our vehicles needed to be towed. From the time I called him to the time he arrived was 7 minutes!! He delivered our Ford Transit to the repair shop in less than 40 MINUTES from the time I called him!! You can't ask for better service than that. His prompt service helped to get us back on the road in record time. He had already earned our business after my first experience with him. Now he has a customer for life! Thanks JR...You guys are the ABSOLUTE BEST!!!!

Ended up having a disabled vehicle shortly after leaving work. Called and answered a few questions over the phone. I’m so grateful that I didn’t have to sit on traffic long as he was able to come within 5 minutes. So quick, polite, kind and overall helpful!

Helped myself and my child off the streets in 15 minutes, towed my F250 to the gas station on the way home and figured out I just ran out of gas. Very nice man , true professional.
This place is truly amazing. My wife got my Tahoe suck in the sand at the beach around 12pm at night and they came out and handled everything for us. They made life easy to in the moment. Could not recommend a better towing company. Will use in the future if half any towing needs.

Broke down at Carolina Beach. Got to us in 30 minutes. Actually, got our Jeep running so didn't have to tow us. Very friendly and nice. I would definitely call him for service.
My son bag had got stolen with my truck key in it and NOBODY would come for every place I called to be 24/7. I called Towriffic Towing and they came out and got the job done in no time! JR has been more than helpful with my accident. After being hit by a road rage driver, JR came to my rescue quickly and has been so incredibly helpful throughout the entire process. He even gave me a ride to work and has done everything he could to help me navigate through the ordeal with insurance. It’s not often you find someone genuine that is willing to help you and guide you through a situation, a stressful one at that. I’m so grateful to JR at Towriffic Towing and all he has done for me in this awful situation. JR was a real life saver today. I had gotten my F250 stuck axle deep at the far end of Freeman Park. Even with 4 traction boards, I was helpless on my own.
A quick call to Towriffic and JR was there in the promised 30 minutes. Had me out in no time. Best part was that he diagnosed that my front axle hub was not locking. My bad. After showing me what needed to be done I was quickly on my way.

JR was Great through the whole process. He arrived to tow my vehicle after an accident and stayed to help friends load my daughter's wheelchair in their vehicle while we were on the way to hospital. Amazing service yet again when I met him at his storage lot to retrieve items from my car. He helped remove my roof rack and crossbars and the wheelchair lift from the back. He even had tools available to help. He really went above and beyond to make sure everything I needed and wanted was removed. He even found a couple of items I had missed inside the car. This is a great company and JR is awesome. My car died in a shopping center parking lot. It was kinda late so I walked home. I called Towriffic late that night and he answered (he’s available 24 hours) and we made an appointment for the morning. In the AM he came to my house and picked me up, we drove to my car, hooked it up and brought it to the mechanic. He waited for me and then gave me a ride home! He is also very knowledgeable and a nice guy. I would highly recommend Towriffic!
I had gotten myself stuck in some sand and needed a tow. I called the first place that showed up after searching. I couldn’t understand a word they were saying and they wanted to charge me over $500. Then I called Towriffic and JR was able to be there in 25 minutes and for a quarter of the price. Once he arrived he did everything he could to help us get out. He wasn’t leaving until we were back on the road. I am very impressed with JR’s dedication to his customers. I would highly recommend his services!
First tow truck at the scene of the accident. He cleaned up the area and bagged up the glass and parts of the car quickly. I went a day later to clean out my husband’s truck since it was totaled after the accident. The owner, JR Bullock was AMAZING! He was incredibly helpful and went above and beyond to help me find my husband’s favorite sunglasses in the debris and glass, helped me get the manufacturers labels and 3 car seats photos for the insurance company. Clean yard and helped me open the truck doors that were stuck. I would highly recommend!
