We had a wonderful experience purchasing a first vehicle for our college student. Taylor was especially helpful. Even after she drove off the lot and had a very minor issue, brought it back and Taylor made it right, no questions asked. I’m sure they didn’t have to do this, once it’s off the lot it’s probably not their problem, however with family being at a distance the staff was sure to assist and put our minds at ease that the vehicle was safe.

I am the owner of R&J Pickup Truck Parts we purchased a rear differential from Port City this month, sales people were very helpful. Upon receiving the rear differential pulled hubs and discovered housing was extremely damaged and unusable. Reached out to my sales person and replacement unavailable. i received a call from the owner Bryan he rectified the situation and we now have a trusted partner.

Great service, only hit was ( which was damaged) saying they had a fender which they had already gotten rid of. I didn’t really care about the damage since it was way better than mine.

Called and spoke with Taylor, she was great. Had the part I needed at a good price. Was from a newer model vehicle than mine, but Taylor took the time to cross reference and made sure it would fit and called me back quickly to let me know it was the right part.

Cannot be happier with the service. Taylor was great to work with. Very responsive and accommodating. They had the body parts I was looking for. I asked for special packaging of the parts as they are easily damaged in shipping. I had my doubts. However, the packaging was phenomenal and you can tell they took every word I said to heart. Will recommend them all day every day. It is hard to find customer oriented business in the used car part industry. I'm glad I found them.

I Just wanted to say that Bryan and his crew at Port city auto parts are amazing! I really needed set of headlights in good condition for my BMW three series and they came through! The shipping was very quick I was given a tracking number these guys were very professional they were prompt return my call and I will definitely be buying parts from them in the future.
