Alright.. I’ve never used them outside of AAA, but as a provider of AAA services, they’ve gone downhill in the past 8 years I’ve been down here. Almost 2 hours for a flat tire? Only reason I had to call AAA in the first place is my wife needed my air pump and I didn’t have the lock nut key for my car… That is absolutely absurd! Thy might be good with other things, but this… I don’t see it

I called AAA at 10:30 to have my car towed and less than 20 minutes later Joe arrived to help me. Unfortunately, I had parked my car in a spot that he couldn't maneuver the larger tow truck to to get it and within another 10 minutes Pat arrived. In no time at all they had my car loaded on to a truck and on the move. They were polite and positive and so willing to work with me. I am so grateful for them both because this situation could've been handled in a way that made me feel like a nuisance. Once again another day saved by the Joe and Pat show (: thank you so much again, gentlemen!!

I was at the mall and locked my key in the car. I called AAA and they dispatched Wayne’s Towing. The gentleman arrived quickly, got my car unlocked and was very professional. I appreciate their time and responsiveness.

I was connected to Wayne’s via AAA. I asked for someone to come and replace my battery, but when Steven showed up, he only wanted to jump my battery (while he was charging it, he complained about people who don’t tip) and then told me I should take my car (van) somewhere to get a new battery. I explained that I paid AAA for that exact service which is why I called AAA. He then told me that he couldn’t replace my battery because it was located under the driver’s seat. When I explained that wasn’t true, and showed him the battery (already uncovered and exposed by me) he said he couldn’t do it because it was raining. I then asked if I should call back the next day when it wouldn’t be raining. He then told me he could replace it, but he would have to go buy the battery as he didn’t have any with him. He then quoted me a price that was $130 more than what AAA quoted me. When I asked questions to understand the difference in price (while he was sitting in his van and I was standing outside his window in the rain) he got quite indignant and basically said “take it or leave it.” At this point I had lost all faith in any integrity from this man and chose to pass. I then spoke to AAA - they apologized profusely and solved my issue another way. I have had a previous good experience with Wayne’s towing, but this was truly awful.

My car broke down in my driveway and I was unable to get submit my request to AAA to tow it a mile away due to their link issues for roadside service. Doug was fantastic hooking me up with Lee who came and towed my car within 20 minutes. I heard I was not the only person to have issues with AAA's current app. They gave me guidance on how to address this with AAA and even gave my membership number to the dispatcher to try to avoid charging me outright. The service was stellar and I really appreciate what everyone did this morning. If you read this and also had issues with AAA, don't go to the local office as they will give you a number that got me transferred 12 times with still no guarantee for app. assistance. EXCELLENT SERVICE! Between the time I called and got my vehicle a jump start, I was back on the road within 20 minutes. Alex came and tested the battery, jump started my battery with no issues, and went above and beyond and gave me a plethora of knowledge about newer vehicles, changing the battery, and other things good to know. The jump start cost me 65 dollars, but it was well spent. Recommend with the upmost enthusiasm!

Let’s be honest — no one likes having their car towed. But since I had to, I’m really glad AAA dispatched Wayne's Towing and that Patrick showed up promptly. He arrived quickly, was professional, friendly, and made what could have been a stressful situation so much easier. Patrick handled everything efficiently, explained what he was doing, and made sure my car was secured and safely delivered. I truly appreciated his calm attitude and great communication throughout the process. If you end up in a tough spot, you’ll be lucky to have someone like Patrick show up to help!

Robbie did a fantastic job getting me towed back home when my tire went flat. Got there super quick and friendly as well.

I have had AAA for years and almost every time I've called them Wayne's towing has been the ones to come help me. Well tonight I hydroplaned and got stuck over in a ditch. Not even a really bad ditch. It was just raining. Really bad in the ground was muddy so first I called my son to come try to help me push it out of the rut it had created but we couldn't get it. So I went ahead and called AAA when the guy got there. Apparently he took it upon himself to assume somebody was driving other than me just because my son was there even though he watched us put my son's e-bike in the back of the car because it had started pouring down by the time he got there. This caused us to wait over 3 hours for cops to come so they could test me to see if I needed to be issued a DWI completely uncalled for and ridiculous and now I want to just cancel my AAA.

While driving home last night, I noticed an unusual noise coming from the back of my car. When I pulled over to investigate, I discovered a metal roofing screw had found its way into my tire. After getting off the phone with AAA, Wayne's Towing Service arrived within ten minutes. Providing a quick and stress free service. Plugging and inflating my tire, getting me back on the road in no time. Thank you for a wonderful experience. I highly recommend

Called for a tow through AAA today after spouses truck would not start in parking lot of strip mall. Spouse had tried his jumper pack, cleaned battery terminals, checked fuse box prior to call for assistance. Robert came in a timely manner and tried to trouble shoot himself, used his jumper pack and low behold the truck started. Was so thankful for Robert today, what a relief it was nothing bigger like a starter failure, felt blessed to have AAA and support and knowledge from him. Great staff.

Last night they left my husband stranded on the side of the road after telling him they were on their way and it would be 60 minutes. Called him back and said they had another call they had to do instead. Offered to send someone else for a crazy additional fee. Have used this company in the past and will never use their services again. Their website touts 11 trucks and 24 hour service when you need it most, but when you need it most they let you down.

Wayne’s towing was excellent! Helping us with a flat tire. We were stuck on Hwy 17, family of 5, dog, and car packed full. Can’t recommend this company enough!

My mother was in a car wreck and Ty assisted us in the process. He is the absolute sweetest, respectful, and informative young man I've ever met ! Such a great employee with Wayne's Towing !

Man, I just moved here yesterday, got groceries today and when I parked at my apartment my tire was dead flat, I didn’t have the tools to fix it, so I called them. And Patrick was the man! He came within 10 mins! He found a nail in the tire, and plugged it for me! Dude was super awesome and professional! When he was heading out of my apartment, I heard air coming out the tire and found another nail, I called him as he was leaving and he came right back and plugged that one too for free! Patrick all props do you dude, give him a raise he deserves it! Excellent excellent !

I utilized my AAA roadside assistance and I am blown away with the response time and kindness I was shown! The communication through the phone with Wayne’s Towing, on updates regarding when the technician was arriving, to the kindness and guidance I was shown on site of my car that needed to be jump started was absolutely amazing. They ensured my safety was a priority the entire time. I am truly blown away and am very grateful!

Very rude and disrespectul women on phone. My car was dead and I requested a towing truck with a battery jumper since battery was dead for leaving lights out, but in case it wasn't the battery, it will need to be towed. She told me was going to send a van with a jumper in 45 minutes to an hour with box jumper and if it didn't work to call again and wait another hour for a tow truck. Then she started asking stupid questions, like if we were inside the church or outside. I told her outside with 95 degree hot weather and that question was irrelevant. She hanged up on me. I hope management read this comment and either train this rude woman or get a nicer one. I am paying for a decent service and you are threated like it is free and they are doing you a favor. At least van driver was nice and thanks to him gets 3 starts instead of 1.

Recently, my car died and left me stranded on the side of the highway. My roadside service dispatched a driver, Benny, from Wayne's Towing. He arrived with a smile on his face, a very positive and helpful attitude, and became my "knight in shining armor" that day!! Through many tears being shed, Benny was kind and comforting. He was able to assess the situation and determine that...wait for it... I was out of gas!!!...even though my fuel gauge registered just under 50 miles to empty. Benny was a pure professional and got me on my way quickly. Benny... I cannot thank you enough for how you treated me that afternoon. Your quick response and non-judgmental nature through my "storm" literally changed my entire outlook on life that day. You are the blessing I celebrated that evening and am so grateful for service workers like you!!! Thank you!

I received excellent service from Wayne’s today. Seth from Wayne’s arrived quickly after I called and changed my tire and took the initiative to explain how I should drive with a different size spare tire. I appreciated his service and his concern for my safety. Highly recommend this service!

Benny got there quick, saved the day and got us back on the road in no time. He was very friendly, very kind and funny as well. Made the whole stress of the experience disappear instantly. We are very grateful for his help. Would definitely recommend this company 15/10!

I’m a delivery driver and got a flat tire while working. Benny from Wayne’s towing showed up fast and got me working again in less than 20 minutes. He was professional, friendly, fast, and humorous as he got the job done. 10/10 service. Would definitely recommend.

Wayne's sent a driver to my location to remove my 42' RV which was stuck in sand in a construction zone. To be honest, when I saw what they showed up with, I didn't think they would get the job done. However, I was quickly proven wrong. I believe the driver was Wayne. He was able to raise my RV up, place dunnage under the tires, and get enough clearance so that my RV could be pulled out under the power of my own truck with no assistance needed from the tow truck. I was beyond impressed with the professionalism, the care that was displayed for the safety of my RV, and the expediency with which the two members worked together. Thank you Wayne's for an amazing job !!!!

My daughter's motor blew and we contacted AAA to transport it to the mechanic. Wayne's Towing called me to let me know they would be servicing us. The lady who called was kind and courteous and explained the driver was assisting with an accident but would be to me as soon as possible. She later called to updated me just so I wasn't left wondering. Robert, our driver, took great care of my daughter's pride and joy Ranger pick up truck. He made sure the toolbox was secured closed and asked about a bed cover just in case. I would highly recommend Wayne's Towning!

I had vehicle trouble the day after Tropcial Storm Debby left and AAA sent Wayne’s Towing Service. They went out of their way to ensure I was accommodated. The 1st technician came out because I suspected it was a battery issue; when we found out it wasn’t a battery issue I was told it would be another hour before a tow truck arrived. The owner graciously jumped in his tow truck and headed my way so I wouldn’t have to wait. He came quickly and towed my vehicle to our desired location, but because of the remnants from the storm the dealership and the drop off gate was closed. He dropped my vehicle in the safest location and put a note on the car for us. He communicated with us so efficiently by calling, texting, and by sending pictures. His service was A++ and spoke volumes to me that he genuinely cares about the wellbeing/satisfaction of his customers! I’ve had other towing experiences, but have never felt this level of kindness and attentiveness. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!!!

Gary responded to our AAA Premier roadside assistance request in a very timely manner. He was professional while removing the flat, and made sure our spare was properly inflated before installing ultimately assuring safety while we travel to get tire replaced. We appreciate Gary and wish him many blessings!

Wayne's towing is great. I had two different car issues two days apart and when I called AAA they dispatched Wayne's to help me out. The dispatched that called me was very polite and let me know when they would arrive. The two drivers that I had, Jeff and Dale were great. They both knew what they were doing and got the job done quickly. It was a pleasure to work with both of them. They both went above and beyond to make sure that my cars were taken care of. Can not say enough on how great the experience was. Will always use Wayne's for my car issues.

I had to have my Jeep towed at 2 o'clock in the morning. I called AAA and the sent Wayne's Towing. They not only kept in contact with me but arrived near the beginning of the arrival window AAA told me. I felt bad that it was 2am and the guy was so pleasant and friendly. He said he didn't mind at all. Highly recommend Wayne's Towing. Thank you for superior service!
