Wouldn't answer the phone for me. You have to tell a recording your name and why you are calling (screening their calls) and they didn't answer for me. I guess my roadside assistance wasn't a priority.
I had a screw in my tire and when I got there, the gentleman was quickly to fix my tire and patch it. Very pleased with quality of work in speed of service.

Held our car without our permission and refused to give name of company and location. Basically, our car was missing not knowing where car was located.
The following day, had to make phone calls to inquire location of second tow service. Supposed to be delivered directly to an Auto Repair Service in Fayetteville through my insurance company. The vehicle sustained damage underneath by a large object that fell off a work truck. The Auto Service in Fayetteville called us to inform us car had not been delivered. Three days after the incident.
After finding out the car was not towed to the location in Fayetteville, called the insurance company and while on a three way conference call, the individual from the second tow service informed us they holding our vehicle for payment of service and had not even delivered the vehicle! Come to find out, it went from one tow service in downtown Sanford to the second tow service, just streets from each other!!
Informing the owner of the vehicle would have been appropriate.
Bad business practice.
Recently had a flat and Julio was super nice and quick about getting it all sorted! I ended up getting a used tire for my car and it was a steal of a price. Definitely a life saver!!!

Man Julio’s is the best towing recovery in the Sanford or Fayetteville area but he will go that extra mile for his customers and the service was super fast Mikes plumbing will always use. This company from now on not only wen we call. To have him tow a vehicle He came to us Towed our vehicle and fixed it as soon as we got to his shop with in an hour we were pulling out of his shop. Thank ful we made a new friend and for him making us his priority This guy I highly recommend very friendly and by far the cheapest towing recovery company we have dealt with and we have use a lot of towing companies over the years thanks Julio and also thank your guys for. My a/c wasn’t cold and I needed an oil change and a friend referred me to this auto garage. Mind you, I decided I wanted these services done on the day I was ready to take it there. Once we got there they gave us a 30 min wait approximation so we left to get my car interior detailed and came back. I feel like it took him less than 30 minutes to give me an oil change AND fix my a/c! Normally the wait is so long at other places and the weather was kinda hot too. He was able to complete my services in a timely manner AND do it at such a reasonable price I will definitely be coming back because I need something else fixed with my a/c and his quote was so low! I wish I lived closer to Sanford because this would definitely be my go-to spot!
The couple that owns the place is so sweet. Walk in service for my breaks the same day, and fairest price in town. I'll definitely be back for future auto services .
